The only reason why I'm not giving this app a 5 is because for some reason, it's messing with volume on my other apps. Plus the volume for audio calls on this app aren't loud enough. Other than that this is a great app! I'd def recommend this app to others if it didn't for the simple fact that it didn't mess with my volume on my apps.

Always works well! Great private texting app, It does worth the downloading. It works very well, great for texting. I love this app. This app is Fantastic!! You can buy coins or earn then free by watching adds. It keeps a log of all your sent faxes.

I seriously HATE how often these text messages FAIL to go through. VERY IRRITATING!🤬 I paid for the year subscription, felt like it was worth it to have the 2nd line and not deal with the Google voice headache; been there and since that. Especially in relation to my business. But this is getting RIDICULOUS!

Absolutely great free and no intrusive ads. Ive recommended it to several colleagues to keep in touch with parents. Second Phone Number is the best free phone number. Awesome features and organized layout. Excellent free phone number.

Update - I did exactly what they asked. I submitted feedback through the app. I also emailed them several times. I requested my money back within 48 hours of signing up. They wouldn't help me or refund my money. If you'd like to make it right, please refund my money. ------ Not worth it. They're recording your personal calls. You can't use a Bluetooth. You can't hear very well.

I wanted it for text messages. Didn't work. Then keep crashing when I wouldn't accept all permissions. This app is predatory. Do not use!! There 3 month subscription right after free trial is a trap to keep your money even if you don't use it or want to use it. Bad business practices.

**SCAM** My bank card was debited nearly $55.00 and I've never VIEWED much less PURCHASED the premium version and merely downloaded the "trial" version by mistake! I quickly deleted this app and have emailed the developers and not only have they refused my refund they won't even respond. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as something must be done to stop this from reoccurring

This is not a free service its 35$ a month. You might as well get an actual burner phone for 10 or 15$ from walmart and use straight talk its unlimited text and calls for only 20$ a month and save 15$ use this and its 6.99 a week with a 3 day free trial but every time I click 3 day free trial it says "server is busy" So it doesn't even work properly have no idea how so many good reviews they must be bots for none of the top reviews to even mention the cost. I'm uninstalling asap. Don't download.

UPDATE: The app support team finally responded about my texts not working. They wrote, "Sorry for the issue. After checking, we found that your account has reached the daily limit of sending text messages for your new subscription, so the text function is restricted currently. Please try again the next day, it will be back to normal the next day. Thank you for your understanding." So, this app DOES NOT come with unlimited text and calls. That is fraudulent advertisement. DON'T use this app.

The number of 5 star reviews really surprises me. Totally questioning most of them as fakes. This is a mediocre app at best. There are dozens around that do more for free. The way it's set up it's way too easy to miss the cancel period and get charged for 6 months worth of service. Two stars for working app but too shifty for me. Be careful and read fine print if you download this.

They charged fee before the trial was over and they RIPPED ME OFF! IT isn't right to charge someone $72 for a service that SUCKS HAIRY BALLS! Even if free The app is completely outdated in layout and functionality. This is only meant to be a total rip off to get your money and run.

I don't recommend get the free trail. I signed up for the free trail I had until June 12 that's when my trial ended however by 6/12 they had already charge me for 3 months service plus tax. No 1 month but 3 I contacted the developer the same day and they told me they cannot refund the money. I also made a call during my free trail and the static and reception Is horrible. Stay away from this app. Arrange feedback by most recent and you will see all the negative reviews. I want my refund!

I was billed over $40 immediately after downloading and beginning to set up the service. I've never tried THIS particular app, but have used CoverMe in the past which is why I believe I was instantly charged. I immediately requested a refund. I'm feeling upset, tbh. I'm upset I was billed immediately, which now means I have to wait 3 to 7 days for the $40 to be back in my account AND I couldn't even try this product. Lame!

Do not get this app don't even try the 3 day free trial! I agreed to a 3-day free trial and a day before my 3 days was up when I went to cancel the trial so my card wouldn't be charged I realized they had already charged my card 44.00 for the 3-month subscription. I'm just now reading the reviews a little too late because I see other people leaving reviews of them having the same thing done to them. Shady sheisty business these people are thieves! I would give zero Stars but that's not an option

Worst experience ever. I literally downloaded this app on the 1st around like 6 am. It promises to give you 3 free days of trial use before charging you. If that's the case, it's still the 3rd as i type this, yet im being told that i can't cancel my SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL AFTER MY BILLING DATE ON JULY 30TH. NO, I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T EVEN USE. GO FIGURE ITS ALL DONE BY BOTS SO I CAN'T RVEN SPEAK TO A LEGIT PERSON!!!! SAVE UR TIME, USE DIFF APP!

Looking at these reviews a second time, I realize some of them are fake. The app is only free to download but not free to send text or make call unless you sign up for a trial. The prices afterwards aren't bad honestly, BUT if the advertisements say free then that's what I expect. (Unless I'm doing something wrong which I doubt it)... I hate being lied to lol.

It started off a bit rough. I could hear the voice on my incoming calls. Had to put in speaker phn to hear them. Even with that I still could barely hear them. Now I'm not getting any text messages or phone calls and I use this for my work. I paid for full service also. I'm starting of switch apps, which is what I don't want to do because my customers has my PL number. Hopefully it gets worked out soon! Please and thank you!

I've used about every text app in the game and this one probably has the best layout, customization settings, and fastest sign up process. I had a new number and perfectly working text device within 2 minutes thanks to this wonderful app! The only downside is the cost. I wish there was a longer trial period than 3 days as I typically like to try things out a tad longer than 3 days before committing the $50 or $11.99 per month that I would pay to use this past the trial period.

If you use a new phone, you just restore it. It can only be on one phone :( Feature(s) to add: an "import all" contacts button & fingerprint lock for the app as well? Review: I did a 3 day trial of this vs 2 other similar apps. This one won. It's the most expensive at $72 a year but you get 3 lines that you can change at any time. There's no ads, and the user interface(how it looks) is the one with the most modern/not ugly design. I hope they have a 3rd party audit this app regularly though.

UPDATE: 06/02/2021 Sadly, I'm updating my review due to the app not receiving or sending texts, as well as not being able to call out or receive calls, along with ALL previous messages and contacts disappeared. I paid the 6 month subscription, and reached out to tech support, but the issue has not been resolved. LOVE! Very simple. Keeps personal and work communication separate, especially through text. Phone calls aren't always reliable, but texting works GREAT!
