Chat with customer service disconnected me three times. They told me I had to transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster. When I try, it just says "Something went wrong" over and over. Been at it alll afternoon. Still no tickets. Wish I had read the reviews first. I plan to trash the app when I get the tickets, if that ever happens.

Ballet canceled because of Covid. $603 credited to the account instead of refunded. The funniest part is the credit had a expiration of 2/19/22. This motivates me to find something. Find a show and it costs $313 of the $603. Figure I will find another show to use the rest of the money that is about to get stolen from me. Well, no go. Could only make one purchase with my credit and I guess since it was not of the same value my funds vanish. No customer line. No app assistance. Garbage hustlers.

I had purchased a 4 day pass for a music festival prior to Covid-19. Once the pandemic started gaining traction the even got postponed. My 4 day pass then got transitioned to a "Thursdy pass". I reached out and was informed that it was an error that would be escalated to get taken care of. I have since received two seperate emails starting with "since you didnt respond to our last email". I have reaponded to both stating that issue has not been taken care of with no additional responses.

Frustrating app that does now show you full ticket price by default. Whatever price you see on here at about 40 dollars for "fees". Not to mention when you purchase them on here half the time they just send your tickets via ticket Master and you are required to download that app as well to access your tickets. But also you have to wait for the tickets to be released and by the seller. This app makes it very difficult to plan for a game by throwing all sorts of hurdles in front of you.

There is no way to contact customer service to speak to or type to anyone. I got a credit on refunded tickets for $664 due to need to change plans. New tickets cost 429. There is no credit showing on my account with remaining credit and no way to verify that I will not be out of 230. The only "help" is the automated FAQ. Thought the app might have a way to communicate that the website didn't but I was wrong.

Horrible customer service! It's literally impossible to contact anyone if there's a problem with 'their' system/app/website (NO ONE responds to emails & forget finding a phone number). Trying to get credit for a postponed/canceled concert, to use the credit towards another concert/different artist, and I'm going to lose the tickets (and good airfare), because SEATGEEK leaves NO options to get help! What a disaster of a way to run a company... not everything can be solved by chat bots and AI!

Not very user friendly. The app sends you an email with a link that says, "click here to verify your account". However, this link simply dumps you back into the app with no instructions on how to proceed further. Then a page says it is sending a five digit verification code to your phone and you are to enter the code on the page. Unfortunately, when you retrieve the code, the page to enter it on disappears. So you have to send it again. And again. I stumbled on the page and finally got verified.

It is 100000% worth it to pay extra at any other site than to use this one. I ordered a parking pass with next day air delivery. It didn't get delivered for 5 days and to the completely wrong address. They wouldn't tell me where it was, they wouldn't provide a tracking #. I called 10 times throughout the week. Always a different response. Avoid this app at all costs. It ruined a tailgate I had planned for 9 months cause of their incompetence

I prefer this app over Gametime or Tickpick. Usually I can find the tickets I want for better prices. The only complaint I have is the taxes and fees are sometimes as much as the tickets themselves. I understand it's not a free service but for example of I see $50 a ticket I would expect to pay a little over $100 for my fiancé and I to go to that event but taxes and fees add another $25-$50 on top of the initial price. That's the only reason I'm not giving five stars.

Perhaps just doesn't play well with my Moto G7+. Was able to install without any issues. When logging into the app with my password, I get a general error that says "something went awry" and when logging in with the "instant" option, I get a link sent to my email but upon clicking it, I'm taken back to the Seat Geek app with a message "could not authorize the magical link" or something similar. No issues just logging into the seatgeek website on my phone.

App login is totally unreliable. First time when I opened the app I got a blank screen that never went away. After several tries gave up. Next day tried again. Didn't get that problem but TOTP 2FA (which works fine on the web page) failed every time. Scares me to death to think about standing in line with $900 worth of tickets and wobbly WiFi/phone connection and relying on this app to get in to an event.

This app/site charges 30% "service/delivery" fee... WAY TO HIGH!!! Maybe you dont think much when a ticket costs $30 and you are out the door for $39. However when you want a playoff ticket and find a "deal" for $1k per ticket and you have to pay a $300 "service/delivery" fee per ticket... I know they need to make money, but there should be a reasonable cap both floor and ceiling on fees. Until they have that, stay away.

This app.... Good Lord. Awful. It errors at every turn. Couldn't create an account, "unknown error" received constantly. Adding a credit card, "unknown error," got it added after reentering the card about 5 times. Tried to buy my first ticket, "unknown error" I don't know how many times. I had to do everything from a browser. From account creation to ticket purchasing. I hope to never have to use this app again.

I try to log in, and it keeps saying "something went awry!". I go to the help page and it says contact help via the app, but after you login! What a garbage UI. I have tickets for a mobile-only event, and I'm not sure I'll be able to use my tickets. Update: I figured it out. The app was trying to connect to a domain that was blacklisted on my home WiFi filter. Switching to mobile data made it work. Hope this helps somebody.

Doubled sold tickets. Had purchased seats that someone else had. Difficult to contact anybody. Update: I did attempt to reach out! The website says that you can call, but there is no phone number listed. The instructions for support literally send you into a loop because they're either wrong or outdated. When I e-mailed, I got a message stating that there was a high volume of requests and they couldn't reply. Avoid SeatGeek at all costs!

Every time I try to login it just says "Something went awry!" I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, force stop, clear cache, clear storage, changed password, magic link (SUPER broken), and revoked android connected app (thinking maybe it was still connected to my old phone). It needs a fix because I can't access my tickets or anything without going to my computer and then what's the point of having an app?

The business is an absolute scam. They advertise full refunds but that is false. They instead give you credit for use in the future. Conveniently, they don't let you use that money without "approval" from some higher up. After talking with people in three different countries who had no authority to issue my credit to purchase other tickets, We missed the concert that we needed tickets to. I've never felt so defrauded by a business, and with Ticketmaster in existence that's saying something.

SeatGeek app absolutely is THE single worst app I've ever used! Let me tell you, if this was the only way I could get tickets to watch my Denver Broncos in person, I'd stay home! It's not helpful, user-friendly, easy to negotiate, or anything I look forward to logging in and using! Once my game is over, I'm uninstalling! Then there's the account setup. Despite, at least 15 attempts, an original profile picture taken vertically (up/down) SeatGeek, wants it horizontal. No exceptions, no edit.

Horrible service, they approve returns and the tell you a credit is on the way a month later and no credit/promo added to the account. Might be good, but if you buy because of the return guarantee, don't plan on the credit. I've sent in multiple emails and no response other than they are busy. I'm filling a fraud case with my credit card. Eventually they got back to me claiming I needed to follow the provided instructions to return the tickets. Sure, no problem, except they never sent the instru

Pretty decent UI for finding seats, but for some reason the browser UI is better, showing the location of individual seats. Would much prefer this in the app. Also, fees (typically VERY significant) are NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT which is VERY MISLEADING. They do not tell you your final ticket price until right at the end after you input a credit card.
