When I want to pay a credit due to the app it doesn't let me do it... I choose the option "PAY THE CREDIT" and the app inmediatly take me out!

Whenever you need to access the most, it never works, plus it will not open if you are using mobile data, just through Wi-Fi

Every update is the same thing You enter it says "there is an update", wait or go to the store and update. Went to store and guess what. No update available or, you are updated to the latest one.

The app doesn't let me transfer money to any other account. Aside of that, it constantly crashes and closes suddenly.

The latest update is asking for the GPS location else does not allow you to login. Don't tell us that it is for our security. Big Brother wants our location, bio metric data (finger print, facial image etc) and what's next ? Our DNA ? Global surveillance is very real!

Constantly crashes after second time opening the application. Means I cannot use any of the features including CoDi, e-Llave, etc.

Version 6.2.9 crashes right after opening, not able to use it.. and the worst thing is it leaves the session open, so I am not able to enter via web.

Terrible customer service, worst i have ever experienced from any bank. If you can avoid this app or this bank do so. Had to visit a location to try and activate the app. The staff there is horrendous! this bank is trash!

Can't login since yesterday. Can't add contacts for transfer and can't transfer to contacts already added. I need to transfer urgently. This is such bs. Useless app. Will change of bank

Great app for everyday use. Easy access to banking services, all in Spanish but clear and straightforward. No glitches no bugs, only couple of times there were outages but I was notified every time about maintenance. All good.

Continously crashing while using app not able to transfer money to any account, don't know while adding amount two currency display $💶 when click next the app crashes immediately, please fix this bug asap, its bug in the app and need urgent fix.

Since last update, can't get access at all. Now with the july 28/22 update, every thing is working OK. I hope you stop making that many updates. And again August 9/22, new update and took 7min to install the update, and 9min to login 26min just to check my account.

Fine when It works. Since last forced update the app does not open and I'm effectively locked out of my account. Branch does not know what to do. Looking into moving my account to another bank.

The call center is just trash and the operators are so unprofessional that is just an utopy that they can solve problems. Who write here is just copy-paste the same comments asking for email to help clients... The whole scotia system is just embarassing. Moreover this new download doesn't download, it freezes on downloading. Shame on you.
