Stupid app. Doesn't work. I paid for a movie ticket using credit card and they took my money but I didn't get any confirmation or code. And the seat I selected shows as available still. Don't use this app. It eats your money

A great app to book tickets for scope cinemas and 5 stars if you add this option- before online booking starts you should have an option as "notify me". So the users will be notified when the booking starts. Was really worried that I couldn't book my favourite show. Please look into this😇

installed it few weeks back and tried to login with Facebook account. still waiting for the verification sms... bad first impression! again tried registering on 3/april/2019: utterly disappointing!!! bad registration experience as impossible to enter birth year!!! and still not getting the bloody verification sms!!! typical Sri Lankan service delivery or the utmost lack of it!

Bought tickets while logged in but points were never credited to the account. Tried to contact them via email and Facebook but no response. They've seen my messages on FB and chose to ignore! Is this the way they treat loyal customers? 👎👎👎

Firstly,. I couldn't log in with my credentials or request for a password change. The login with Facebook function also doesn't work. I created a new account and logged in but asks me to update the app even though I have the latest version.

Just retire this app. Scope can save some money by not paying their developers to maintain this trash app. I have to book through the webpage every time because the app is unusable.

I have never been able to book through this app. when the app is minimized to get the otp the payment screen closes automatically. Happens all the time. Today, app just hangs after pressing submit button after entering the credit card details.

It tells me to verify my number. I already used it once. And now it just logged out and I can't log in. I reset my password more than 5 times but still not working. Can't access through my Facebook account even. Then I made a new account but still can't log in with the new id even. I'm truly disappointed

Have spoken to them twice in person and emailed them about issues on the app. Have deleted the app and redownload it but the same issues persist. I watch a lot of movies at scope but my account details and points never appear and aren't redeemable. Disappointed as a frequent user.

I tried four times with two different bank cards to book some tickets through this app, but every time it gave me an error saying the payment failed. It worked fine through the web site. what is the point of this app if the main feature is not working properly?

payment is not working. I've tried all my cards and it says payment failed?? This major bug has been there for a long time now and it is not being fixed. what's the actual point of this app if you can't book tickets

App Keeps Stopping when i try to book some movies. It happens over and over again on the same movie and hall. But not all the movies though. They work perfectly fine. Tried clearing cache, but nothing works. (Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 9.0) Please fix it with an update and i will rate higher.

App is crashing and full of bugs, it just says no network found. You cannot use the app at all. Totally useless now. It was perfect back in 2017 2018, I had my purchase records now nothing is there, can't check what movies available or theaters, it's all white and with red a error no network found, it is the same with the recent update. I don't know who develops this app but it sucks now. It's as if they just forgot about it's existence.

Why does this app exist? I'm sorry the sole purpose of this app is to book tickets and I can't even do that. Everytime I get the transaction failed error. I've paid with my card before and every time i have to fill it you can't save the card too. What's the use in being one of the biggest cinema companies and ignoring it's most important source for customers to interact with? Please fix this app soon!! Don't even think of talking about Scope privilege until y'all do so!!

cannot book tickets through the app, which is ironical since that's the main reason for the app to exist in the first place. Tried all my credit cards & debit cards as well thinking it was an issue in the cards. Finally I had to reserve it through their website. Even though I used my same phone number for the purchase, still that purchase is not avaliable on the app. very disappointing

Cannot pay for tickets via this app for a long period now as it crashes when you submit. Also no way to manage credit card through the app but it shows the old card information saved. The previous card was cancelled due to an unauthorized transaction most probably exposed through this app or databases of this company.

Makes ticket booking way easier than other places. Good UI, smooth transitions. Although there are multiple bugs as well. Suggestion: Please add a feature show more details about loyalty points. I see it's there but I don't know how I got it, how it got spent and when it expires.

App is only good for viewing what is available. The booking of tickets does not work properly, when you are in the payment method. The screen you get to confirm the payment with the bank disappears when you switch to another app (like your sms to check the OTP), which in turn blocks the seat you wanted to reserve and you can't try again. Sorry but what is the point of this app if the a important function (booking tickets) does not work properly.

Booking process is impossible with the app. Since, I'm a returning customer I decided to install the app as well. But, the app stops when I enter credit card details. Although the countdown stops, it doesn't go through to asking for a OTP, nor does it prompt the credit card company to send the OTP. Instead I booked from the the Web and it worked fine. I see alot of other users have reported the same issue.
