Text font is too small. It's hard to read, so easier to make input errors. Please reopen computer web page access. The excuse that phone app access is safer doesn't hold water for me. All my other bank and financial institutions have no problems with their computer website services. Also, allow for other transaction verification channels. While overseas last year, I was unable to make transactions because my Thai phone number does not work overseas.

I'm trying to use VPN on public WiFi connection, this app won't launch and show a warning that it's not safe to use VPN.... 😓

The most terrible banking app i've ever used. Ive used several banking apps before and this just barely performs the most basic tasks. Many apps allow you to have your accounts on multiple devices (since many people have multiple devices and may want to see their accounts) and have an easy setup process. For some reason, this cannot be set up on any device without the express permission from the bank, meaning it cannot be set up or properly utilised when abroad which is bad for users abroad.

worst bank I ever been. when you go to office, manager call to support same as you can do by yourself. they only one bank which blocked the account 3 times for 3 months without reason, another banks in Thailand works without problem for year now. just stay away from their service please

Good app BUT it use Google to determine every security aspect, bad practice. You can't de-google with this bank. I disable play store and google play then SCB EASY will freeze my access to use an account and became unavailable. Require 7 days unlock request from customer service.

Mostly smooth experiences. But ther are some usability issues: 1. I can't find any option to add already completed transactions to Favourites anymore after returning from transaction completed screen. This is quite annoying. 2. The scheduled transactions disappear without trace, without any explanation, on the scheduled day. Then at some time (around 7:00 - 8:00 in Thailand), there would suddenly be a notification that the transaction has completed (or failed).

Same as the reviews from many other users, I have upgraded my phone while out of the country and it won't install on my new phone, which is really annoying as I need to use the app on a very regular basis!! Please fix this issue!!! Also I have this issue with Kbank!! Why is tech such an issue in Thailand???

It's the worst banking app ever. The app gets stuck on the first page almost every day. They cancelled the online internet banking platform and are only focusing on the app. Now I have no other alternative methods to view my account or do anything with my account while the app sucks!

the device I have installed in, is a play protected and downloaded scbeasy app through Google play Store only but still getting message I have installed it through unknown source and not able to use this app. what source code are developers using for this and making customer experience more difficult. just pathetic condition and forcing me to close scb account.

Cannot use face scanning properly. So that's mean all money you have with SCB cannot be transferred unless you have to go to the counter bank for proceed.

Foreigner so not eligible for Thai credit. Please make the default payment method selectable or remove unavailable options. Scan QR in Starbucks, forget the default is credit card, app just hangs. I've got used to it now but it's poor design. Here's the code. If no credit card, dont insult user and waste retailer time by defaulting to credit card. Also often get timeout after previous transaction screen. Dont offer to scan and then say I can't because timed out. If timed out, return to home.

To everyone who has an issue running the app on mi hyperos 1.0.7.xxxx and possibly other android flavours. It's likely that you have some malware running that's currently not detected by any scanner. Try turning off internet connectivity, restart the phone and go through the app uninstall and remove suspicious apps especially if they are lacking a name.

This is one of the worst banks when it comes to security they do it all wrong. They disable the ability to paste a password into the login screen thereby forcing the customer to use an easily memorized password. I use an app like last pass to store all random generated passwords so for me this app is worthless. Best to log in via the website.

You can do just about everything from this app (notably missing wire transfers, which is a hassle because it's a terrible experience on desktop web as well). The back-end issues they used to have seem to be resolved now (actions used to fail more often than they succeeded). Generally good UX, but some functions are harder to find than they should be.

In some respects this is a very useful app. It has a LOT of features... basically all of your banking functions are here. However, the overall performance of the app is quite bad. It takes a long time to start up, a long time to load new pages, and a long time to scan. I've also found that it crashes or is out of service too frequently. It's definitely the slowest and least reliable way to pay for things. You'll need cash to back it up.
