This short puzzle game was quite fun. The puzzles wasn't too hard that I need no hint. The ads amount wasn't too excessive and there was no forced ads (unless you use hints) which is better than most apps. No game breaking errors was a plus too. Though this game wasn't scary at all. The scares was rare, there was no time limit, and despite what the prologue said the player could never die. No record too.

Good game not impossible to get to the end without paying , but lots of annoying ads lol but I'd still pick this platform over some of the others

It was awful. I had to watch ads every other room. I'm so sick of ads, I understand it's free to play. But being forced to watch multiple ads every other time I moved rooms is incredibly ridiculous. I would give a 4 star if you could choose to watch ads for hints instead. I only increase it to 4 star because half the time it wouldn't select items even though I tapped it, making me assume that it wasn't usable. This game is nothing but frustrating and I'm good at these games

I really enjoyed playing, two of the puzzles I needed a hint but they were solvable, I was just not going the right way about it. I enjoyed the variety in the game, and my favourite part was definitely the doging the beam part! Barely any adverts, it was perfect and a relief from some of the other games I have installed! Thank you developers for making such a cool game!

I think this game is very challenging and fun, the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I got stuck in the 3rd room where you have to put the gear back to open the door. The problem is that I'm playing on a mobile phone, and it turned out to be really difficult to click the gear as the door looks quite small on the screen and there is no zoom option or something that lets me have more precision when clicking. Otherwise, the game is great!

This one is math heavy and shorter. The ads are decent at 5sec skips. Enjoyable horror atmosphere which makes me wish it was longer.

Very nice game! I'd like to point out one of the puzzles in the game does not have the correct solution as that of what is displayed. The room that come right after the washroom where you will be unlocking a door with the colour shapes on it. After you've put the jewel on the nailstand, you have the shapes seen from the reflection. The shape combinations shown and the one you're supposed to enter is different which didn't make sense to me. Other than that, amazing game! Loved it!

You have to be good at math or your going to have to use the hint to complete quest... overall it's really challenging n good game to past time ....

Skip this and go to the second chapter is my advice! Although the ad breaks there seem to be worse, the puzzles make more sense and you can see the name of the objects you're picking up. There were some good parts - I particularly liked the beam-dodging! But a couple of the puzzles just didn't make sense to me. That may be more a reflection of my abilities but still - there were no hints, so I got bored and looked up walkthroughs in the end (which just gave the answer, rather than the logic...)

Interesting puzzles but a little short. I have played the Scary Horror 2 also. The sequel has so much more content and it's very challenging. I am moving on to the S.H.3 and I am sure it will not disappoint.

This was fairly difficult however it was fun and filled with strategy and fun puzzles to solve. Overall I liked the game but to many ads and the puzzle at the end was the hardest I had to look up how to solve it because the math was all wrong

The puzzles in this game are too nonsensical for enjoyable game play. No complaints about the ads since I bought some hints, which makes the game ad free. I spent the entire game clicking everywhere in the room because there was no in game direction to guide you in what you were supposed to do. Almost all the math puzzles made no sense and without hints, it is almost impossible to complete those puzzles.

It was great, number 2 is better. This one only had 9 rooms and the very last I couldn't figure out the stupid math problem at all. Made zero sense I had to look it up after trying to figure it out for 2 hours. I wish it had more rooms to figure out but that's okay ill be waiting for number 2s new room to come out in a couple months!

I only finished the first 4 rooms before leaving. tl;dr: It's an okay game, not a good story, nor good puzzles. Puzzles are sometimes nonsensical and contrived. Storyline is lackluster; it's basically a set of horror-themed rooms that you escape from. It's obviously trying to be scary without actually saying anything about it nor giving any background info on the rooms you're in. "You're in a scary escape room, wooooo!" is basically all that you get.

Very fun. Not too scary (yay), a bit of gore with some surprises! Good graphics. (But tablet/PC would be better than a cell.) Good intro to escape genre, yet still fun for us addicts. Hints are clear & easy to get if needed. 4 stars bc, on a phone, some items are so small that it's hard to determine what they are & thus what to do with them. Also, one math problem was nonsense (39=109. Uh, no...) The ads to get hints were reasonable: 10-29 seconds. Already downloaded Scary Horror 2. 😱 🙂

There's a lot to love about this game but also a lot of shortcomings. The concept is amazing but some of the puzzles are nonsensical or simply don't work properly. It's ruining the experience a bit. Especially the not working properly part. I'm at a bit of a loss because some things just aren't registering in game. Had three different points where trying to use something took me over an hour each because it just wasn't activating a response even though I was doing what I was supposed to.

THANK U TO CREATORS & DEVS FOR SUCH A FUN & FREE GAME. controls are a little confusing to figure out but just keep playing around and u can get it. There are hints available if needed, puzzles are challenging so it keeps your interest. But not impossibly difficult. It's COMPLETELY FREE TO PLAY, so it's a little bit short but still took me more than an hour to complete. I highly recommend this game to all lovers of this genre, beginners and pros! I've played good escape games & I've played bad ones. But, y'all's escape games BY FAR 😉 outweigh the others in greatness! Some puzzles are hard, some are easy. The best thing about the way your Dev creates these games is that they're always coming up w/new ideas and/or ways to work thru the game. NEVER a dull moment. When I pick up my phn 2 play, I know I'd better be prepared 2 stay 4 many, many, MANY hrs of fun, inquisitiveness, awesome story lines, great realistic graphics, & Laura w/me. 🤫

Overall the game is a satisfactory and challenging experience. However, my two complaints are the ads are terribly annoying and too frequent. It interrupts game play just too often creating an aggravating experience after a while. The second gripe is that puzzle to open the safe with the =109 clue. It is just plain wrong and unsolvable using the correct math principles. What I discovered is you have a number wrong in the equation and it is off by 10. It will make sense then!!

Very simple, a good escape room game if you're new, but it's a little difficult understanding what you're supposed to do with each item you collect. Unfortunately, one of the puzzles' answer was completely different from the clue they give. I had to look it up on a walkthrough. (Also, I played this one after I had already beaten the sequel, and they do so so so much better with the sequel! Five stars for that one!) Edit: Responding to reply: is there an email that I can message about clue?
