Doesn't work. Worked fine before, but I did a factory reset on my Note 4 and now I get message that server can't be reached... I lost all my business card contacts. Apologies for my previous bad review. My contacts came back and I am once again elated with it!

Customer service is awful. Using this app has taken many hours and the expert options they say exist aren't showing up. I contacted them via their support center only to get a copy and paste of the instructions from their website which does not address the problem a day later. There is no way to call them. So angry I used this app and now I'm so far behind.

Ive used this app for over a year. It was great. snap and info was collected and converted into my address book. After latest upgrade however, everything changed.Now it requires an account and its difficult to set up, and requires a lot of personal info. have to find a new app. too bad.

What is the point of scanning and saving a business card if you can't even just save it in your phone contacts, without having the upgrade. This app was a waste of my time. Plus the fields typed in the form were all wrong.

What happened? I am now getting a discontinued warning. I thought this app was purchased, but now doesn't show up in installed apps. I do wish they'd save a photo I could assign the full card to contact picture. Importing/Exporting or cloud saving would be nice to have.

I not happy the this app. after I upgraded my phone and tried to reinstall the application, but it's not working like the previous version. It not reading the cards sinking to my contact. This is very troubling. Is there any way to restore the original features.

Scans cards and add them to my contacts ok, but the crop feature doesn't work at all. Can't crop it to just the business card. Your stuck with whatever is in the picture behind it as well. Very annoying. Wish I wouldn't have purchased the pro version after trying the lite. Disappointed

Please allow 1. Camera to focus at particular area to take cleaner object, also allow to select area of picture being taken 2. Allow contacts to be saved to Google Accounts, not only when first time scanning, but also while editing and also through context menu, at any time 3. Local Backup cannot be created and cloud backup shows error message. Please correct those backup problems

I gave it a try thinking/hoping it might scan cards and automatically use OCR to create a contact?... But no. Yes you can scan cards but then to create a contact you have to add/type the contact data yourself, rendering it pointless. Someone, somewhere will become very rich when they can use OCR intelligently to simply scan and create a Vcard that merges with your contacts. I am sure it is not beyond the wit of programmers out there.

This app keeps all your business cards in one place. You no longer have to have a stack of business cards that you have not looked at for some time in your drawer.

I had this app on my old phone and really liked it. However the app did not transfer over to my new phone for some unknown reason. Now when I tried to reinstall it it requires access to my entire contact list. I just want to store the business cards in a separate file so there's no need to have access to my contacts.

"Gateing" users of old app: 1) to install the new version to continue use, 2) directed to enter email credentials to retrieve signatures- only to learn after doing all that you must PAY for this feature. Had it been initially disclosed it was "payware", I wouldn't have allowed the app access into my coroporate mail and continued to use the free version. Because of this new Bait and Switch tactic, I've uninstalled this app from my phone and changed my mail passwords as a safety percaution.

The app is great. I have only one concern though. I want to assign a scanned card to custom created folders right after I scan them. What I do now is scan a card, then save it, then go to Total Contacts and search for the newly scanned card to assign it to a folder. It's frustrating specially when you have lots of scanned cards. Why not having the folder assignment option right after scanning a card?

We have to manage contacts from different regions and most apps we've used have been disappointing. This one is by far the best with European languages and this has saved us hours and hours of work. Scanning is mostly accurate but we get hundreds of cards transcribed using the paid service so we've never really had any complaints with the accuracy.

Great customer service. These people went out of their way to follow up on several emails that would not go through for some reason. I finally got a call from them and they helped me restore my stored cards from several years ago. The app is great because it makes the organization of the business cards very easy and accessible online from anywhere. If you're looking for a business card app look no further. This company has been doing business card apps since the beginning.

This app has been so VERY helpful. I never have to worry about losing business card/ phone number information. And this is the free part of the app. If I had tons of bus cards Id add the 99cents to have info added to my contacts. Some of the reviews state the pictures don't always come out suoer great (I couldn't get the crop functionto work), perhaps they are working on that, BUT I'm not complaining- it's FREE Thankyou!!

Tried to use it for about 10-15 minutes. Couldn't understand if it wanted me to pay for OCR. I took a poor picture and wanted to delete the card. It was "in queue" and I could not remove it. It was second in queue. Nothing seemed to be moving or advancing. The top of the page said "0 credit" so I guess it wanted me to buy credits. STOP TRYING TO HIDE THE FACT YOU WANT ME TO PAY TO USE YOUR AP.

I liked the old version of scanbizcards better because when you added a contact to your phone, it gave you a button on the bottom of the screen to automatically scan the business card and then automatically populated the fields. With this version, you have to open the app and then export the information to your contacts. Not as convenient.

This app is pretty bad and very fussy (same experience on iPhone), but it's sadly the best business card scanner I've used and I've tried at least five others in the last year. If a company could make an actual good card scanning app, they could crush it. Edit: I'm floored that this app has as high of a rating as it does! The older versions must have been pretty good. That's the only way I can rationalize it.

OCR is challenging. You need to really check the data. I used to use their advertised capability of importing through the clipboard but that feature has been deprecated (even though it's still in the product description). Without the ability to import through clipboard or manually create a new entry which would allow me to cut and paste myself, the app is largely useless for me with digital contacts.
