₹327/- worth points were tried to use for mobile recharge on 30 June 2024. Neither phone was recharged nor points left balance.

Flaw in app is : it doesn't show, points expiry date. Only shows total points earned but doesn't show dates when, some points expire each month if not used by month end. Hence you will be unable to make plans for your recharges etc.

Worst app, designed just not to give any rewards to anyone. All prices are higher and han same product rate in flipkart after sbi discounts

My reward points get swipe out and the recharge process was not done really disappointed for that please 😞 give my rewards points back because your process was not done

My reward points got cut when I tried to pay for electricity bill but nor did the bill get paid and nor did the points got refunded this is very bad 😞😔

It is very good app But by using this app for payment, you are sending two otps for submit of payment. It is very confusing to sbi customers. Today I'm trying for so many times for phone recharge due to two otps confusion But recharge is not done. This for your kind attention and steps to take for sending one otp for payment like other payment gateways. Thanks. .

I tried to purchase a few items by using my rewards points. I couldn't complete the transaction as the rest amt could not be debited through my debit card due to some technical problem. But surprisingly, my total rewards points are gone. There was no other source of payment available on the rewards page.

Worst app to use. Once I pay my gas bill through using reward points but the transaction failed and my rewards points goes to zero.

My account is not opening. 2. Most of the sites won't accept your points. 3. I have complained abot this last time. 4.Then my points got deducted, however, mobile site refused to accept the reward ponts.. 5.Really a mear waste of time.

I cannot log in at all. Even after entering my correct login and password, it still does not accept them. I've even changed my password, but the issue persists.

Everytime i want to login i enter the details but also not logging in and if we try for 3 times continuously it says user blocked try after sometimes No.1 worst App don't install it waste of time,space

Giving Zero star 4th time.App asks to login almost weekly while i never logout.also usually points are not added when we use sbi debit card or upi.i observed in the last 4months,not a single point added even when i used sbi debit card.so the stars are decreased from 3 to 1

I tried to login but forgot so I selected forgot password which led me to a page for entering my customer ID and last 4 digits of mobile but once entering them it just simply go back to home without any messages or notification and shows no signs to change password. Well I tried multiple times too

Unable to use this app as the error - Security Alert - Please disable the developer option appears! Even sbi yono and yono lite function with developer option then why can't this rewards app function??? Disappointing

1. Point : price ratio mut be reduced as price X 3 times instead of 4 times & shipping charges must be examted. 2. Verity of items should be increased & attractive. Otherwise the Rewardz offer is meaning less.

Very poor service App doesn't function At checkout found all my points had disappeared and selected product not obtained again tried today OTP demanded 2times no progress and no products received but points have completely disappeared What is the use of fooling customers like this very very poor service

Developer options are needed for people who want to customize their phone beyond what normal people uses. If you are asking to disable it due to security reasons, that's where we draw line. I have worked on android system development for years. Turning on developer options does not compromise security. Only if you turn on usb debugging things can go south. Thanks.

it's an amazing experience to use sbi rewards point to pay bill and purchase many things. By spending money, we can earn points and later redeem those points as cash to pay. thanks sbi for providing such wonderful service and help. Happy customer of SBI.

The last time I rvwd this app, in '17, I gave it 1 star coz it was hopeless. Howvr, things have imprvd since then, but more wrk needs 2 b done 2 improve the app. I'm giving 3 stars this time. 13.7.'24 - I, still, give this app only 3 stars. Each Reward Point is worth only a measly 25p. On top of tht they don't notify u whn ur points r about 2 expire. I have lost a lot of points coz I wasn't aware of the expiry dates.
