Excellent app. Easy to use and highly convenient. We can make credit card payments easily and the payments made are instantly updated. Spending alerts are received both in sms and email even for meagre amount spent. Love the app.

These guys indulge in blatant false advertising. They have this aurum card offer which gives 4 tickets per month (2 per transaction) on bookmyshow. When you use this offer for the first time, the offer magically stops working for that month for the next transaction. So you get only 2 tickets. Mind you this card has a 10k fees per year, its a premium card. And good luck trying to access airport lounges with this card, the process is so convoluted you might as well not use it.

The worst ever app..it doesn't show much information about the payment...only have the option to pay the minimum due or the full amount even I chooses EMI option and the already deducted the charges for conversion to EMI....the ask ILA is also very pathetic...very useless...it only provides certain very basic details that already programed ...they didn't even provide a customer service ...very very disappointed and frustrated experience with sbi credit card...

SBI card new mobile application is very attractive and nice to use. graphical display on dashboard is also amazing, Instant payment reflection feature is very nice. The sign of paid appears in the total due amount which looks very good, at first glance it is visible whether the bill is paid or unpaid. Total limit and available limit, all this is visible in one view. A very good app has been designed, congratulations to the team SBI Card

I have never seen the app like this which is released in production with lot of UIUX issues, journey is very bad. Before my name null is showing and in all the screens, who had reviewed this and allowed to release for the customers. After enrolling without CTA lable, now app is asking to enroll biometric and giving option of Skip and enroll. No CTA is working and I am not able to see dashboard and any further action. Pathetic app.

After updating app unable to transfer amount to other card. After selecting label from Balance transfer page then page is not loading successfully. I ve screenshot unable to attach here. Navigation step login > dashboard > Emi& more > balance transfer> enter amount> select Tenure month > select card earlier used. Expected card list should be displayed. Actually it is showing label. After clicking on label app is not responding.

This is the worst app and bad service. They have debited money from my credit card without my knowledge and now they are not solving the issue. Customer care service told me to cancel e-mandates which was automatically debited my money but I'm not able to do that through this app. And now customer care service is not solving the issue 😔😔😐. Please do refund my money.

Really bad experience with the app as the UI is too cluttered with hard to find customer service and mail option. Haven't received my renewal benefits on my SBI pulse credit card. So all in all , deserves less than 1 star. Also unable to change email ids in 2024 with digilocker and e-kyc. Obsolete processes.

If there was option to give zero star I would have given that. Wrost experience so far. After clearing out all the dues the card status showing DELINQUENT. They keep asking to add additional services though I was not at all interested. And they keep calling you again and again. This is so unprofessional behaviour from SBI. Giving it 4 star. After the initial issue the app is working fine. It's good. Keep it up.

App interface (UI) has vastly improved over time. Easy and uncluttered both on the iconography and wireframe. There is of course a favourable familiarity bias for long time customers. A 'preferred' payment method could be an added improvement ... The stark warnings that precede a payment process sre somewhat scary ... Could they be just a clickable radio button permission with the disclaimers or risk statement as an attachment link or as a footnote readable at the user's option?

SBI CARD application does not login with biometric and face authentication, the app crashes, or you can make it smooth like BHIM app and add new features. The application is low level and very basic. The ratings I gave are also very high. This application crashes many times. Login cannot be done using biometrics. Proper tiles are not made. There is no direct option for credit card and loan account holders. It is a very old app. In all other banks, online virtual card is available at other times

The app is not opening for the last 5-7 days.. It simply crashes or shows server error! I uninstalled the App and reinstalled it multiple times, but the issue persists. I restarted the phone, but the issue persists. I tried it both on WiFi and on Mobile data, but the issue remains unresolved. Kindly get the App working. It's a good App otherwise.

App is not at all working, everytime I try it says that it can not connect to servers. It's so hopeless.. I am so annoyed. How to check the statement, expenses? Its been more than a month now. I reinstalled it, deleted the cache data, installed it on another device, tried everything else but no it doesn't work. It's so frustrating. Why do you change good working apps and make something so terrible.. just keep on updating for the worst user experience. 😡😠🤬

This app has been nothing but frustrating to use. I've been attempting to log in for days now, but every time I enter my credentials and verify my mobile number with the OTP, I'm greeted with an error message stating 'You can't login SBI Credit Card'. This is incredibly disappointing and inconvenient, especially when I need to manage my finances promptly. I hope the developers address these issues promptly because right now, this app is far from user-friendly or functional.

Its all features are very good and handy. However, option to enter amount figures manually along side of slider bar for changing spend limits for daily and per transaction is not available. Which is inconvenient and time taking if one want to set the limit precisely to a figure. So it is requested to update feature to enter the daily and per transaction limit manually along side to the sliding bar. It will make this app extremely user friendly.

Very worst App, I have ever seen. SBI team didn't improvise also. I am the card user since last 8 months but till date I couldn't login to there mobile App. Whenever I am trying to login, it gives error message "something wrong try again later". I communicated them via phone not get any positive response. Even wrote a mail with all the screenshots, but I didn't get a reply. It's very strange that, they are not trying to improving their system after knowing all the issues.

The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.
