They suddenly freeze my account on the name of security. They are asking my bank transactions but are not telling me where should I provide such details. Second why should i gave them my private data. Such a disgusting attitude. I was in travel when they freez my account and i was without any money that time. Even i couldn't buy water because they suddenly freez my account without any prior notice. I wouldn't use satispay in future. Not trustworthy.

It is a good app for digital payments, but I experienced some flaws. The app is not always able to show the list of shops accepting Satispay (with localization active of course) and there are periods in which the app does not perform the weekly money transfer to my bank account nor it retrieves money from it to recharge my budget. weird

It's strange that Satispay removed my account from the access. There are many strange things I saw while using. It's very disappointed to using this application. I made 11 referral which is 550euros to put in my account. They made a 55euros in my account and removed my access. I middle of the referral they keep on changing the referral dates and budget planning. I strongly recommend stay away from their traps.

Unhappy with online payments. I was in hurry, bought on app a trenitalia ticket. Satispay took my money (paid), but I didn't get the ticket. 30 min later while sitting on the train Satispay paid me back the money, but I was without train ticket! Another time bought online, payment seemed be gone wrong, but in this case got the items. π€ In normal shops works, but still too often cashier get in panic when they hear Satispay, because they still do not know/remember how to accept payments.π€¦πΌββοΈπ

Terrible account creation process. It takes a week to verify before you can use it. And when it is verified you cannot even charge it quickly because a quick top up costs 1β¬. Wozld give zero stars if i could. Instant uninstall.

Worst experience ever. Had my account setup and then decided to deactivate it after discovering che pointlessness of this app. Had 35β¬ in my budget and couldn't transfer it to my bank acc. Asked for deactivation 4 days ago through a Google form, told me that in 72 hours the process would be complete and the money transferred to my bank acc. Nothing happened. In the meanwhile I couldn't access to my Satispay acc as they already removed it. Asked again through another form. Nothing. Again.

The fact that now i see all my contacts, even the ones without satispay, degraded a lot my user experience. I have 2 phone numbers and peopleare sending me money on my not registered number and I cannot get it. This feature creates more issues than others, please don't show all contacts in the list. How many people register in that way? For sure NONE

Amazing app, you can pay almost everything from groceries at the supermarket, pharmacy, bars & restaurants,its supported almost everywhere in the bigger cities. Best feature:you can exchange money with friends in an easy an immediate way for smaller amounts which are not comfortable to exchange trough bank accounts.

So many checks to activate the account, and the procedure is not even amooth since NFC doesn't work, ID photos are always not ok etc... then you have to wait several days for (maybe) starting using the app. If you don't have to use the app for a particular reason, then using traditional cards and/or cash is way better! I had to install it for paying my wifi bill (I found they only accept credit cards or satispay), so now I'm going to change provider and delete my Satispay account.

The app works well, but I really don't like the new colors, they are too bright and hurt my eyes. Is there a way to customize the interface?

I'm sorry, but the app is pretty much useless. Too much time for the activation, after you need a top-up who doesn't arrive immediately (unless you pay one euro fee) and you can pay only in shops which allow you to use Satispay. With thousands of options already on the market I can't see how this should be one. It feels too oldy and doesn't simplify your life in any way which ultimately is what we are looking for in a payment application.

This is the shitiest app ever, completely fraud. I tried to do my 1st top-up (charge my account), and they just made me pay a commission and didn't charge the account, of course. Also, there is no customer service, no one to contact, no phone number, and it seems it takes forever to answer at the mail. I don't understand how so many people use this app in Italy because it's a waste of money literally. They just make u pay commissions and leave you with nothing. Worst experience ever. Disgusting

I forgot my password, and when I selected the forgot button, there was just a bird that flied, and nothing else happened! when I touched the help button and wrote my problem, a loop started by an error: "resource not found" I really don't know how to retrieve my account!

Very bad experience. Customer service sucks. No number or agent to call. I thought I could use it to pay online in general, but it turns out it doesn't even work on most online shops. The transfer is very slow. I'm trying to take my money from the budget back, but it has been a full five days since I tried to make the transaction, and it is still "in progress." Don't recommend it. Other apps are better than this with a fast transfer option even if i have to pay. This one doesn't even have that.

The app does fit for purpose but the old look was much better. Can no longer send stickers when making payments and font of text is very small making the user experience a bit difficult

Sign-in procedure with a NFC Italian Identity card crashes with a nonsense error message. Support does not answer after 36 hours. Uninstalled, I will keep paying with my Visa and Amex.

In general the app is really good. But the login for users that already have account is full of bug. For example when you have to insert the verification code received by sms there isn't the "ok" button. Each time i have to uninstall and reinstall and hope the everything works fine.

it's been at least a year that I'm waiting for my account to be activated, none of my tickets had had an answer, and now my company is moving the meal vouchers to this app and I'll not able to use them thanks to poor costumer service.
