South Africa to Bangladesh, Botswana, Cameroon, China, Cameroon, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe.
All new customers will now have their first 3 transactions for FREE. Added to this are Cash pickup options to provide more convenience for recipients to collect their money. The quote validity period has been increased to 24hrs and reasons for sending money have also been added for customers to specify the why they are sending money abroad. To register to send money with us follow any of the following steps:
Step 1
1. To send money, you must be a registered Sasai Money Transfer customer.
2. You can self-register on the Sasai Money Transfer website or Sasai Money Transfer App.
3. After registration you add a list of your intended beneficiaries who are based in any of the receiving countries listed above.
Step 2
To send money, you can create your quote using any of the following:
1. The web application – https://moneytransfer.sasai.global/
2. Sasai Money Transfer App
3. USSD (available for Zimbabwe.)
Step 3
You can pay for your quote to send money using any of the following ways:
1. Electronic funds transfer or through your bank account.
2. Your credit card or debit card.
3. You can also pay for your quote to send money at any Sasai Money Transfer authorised agent.
Receiving money with Sasai Money Transfer
Money can be received in any of the following ways:
1. Bank Account - Your beneficiary or recipient can receive money into their bank account.
2. Cash Pick up - Your beneficiary or recipient can pick up cash at any authorised Sasai Money Transfer cash out points in the receiving country.
3. Mobile wallet - Your beneficiary or recipient can receive money directly into their mobile wallet.

App is not user friendly. It offers no real time online support. Requests for editing or cancellation are either ignored or take too long to be attended to.

The app keeps stopping when you try to add a new recipient causing inconveniences . Please fix this bug......

Easy to use the app but the money takes a long time to arrive there and they don't reply to emails or Twitter. It got there eventually though and paid out in USD

They have a very bad service.sometimes when u send money it doesn't deliver to the recipient and when u call them to refund the money back to u, they don't do it.it looks like these guys are fraudsters.just watch out when sending money

This app is performing dismally. It keeps on logging me out after selecting recipient but before doing the EFT payment. Kindly fix that issue ASAP.

After I installed the update I can't open the app anymore. It keeps on stopping. Please fix this as I urgently need to send money home... I am still waiting for your response or how can I send money

Good cheap transfer rates. Will rate 5 stars if it stops rejecting most WIFI networks. Says offline even if connected to Wi-Fi then works well if I connect to mobile data

Very poor service, did transaction yesterday around 11am till now no confirmation of payment sms even the receiver didnt get any sms ...and on my app its showing status concelled but i did the payment I've been talking to one of your agents since morning but still not getting answers

i don' know what is happening with your app. It is not registering recipients on my phone. whatever I try to input anything it is not visible when I am keying in information can you rectofy that your app is so disappointing.

It's a great service, but the app, not so great. Keep on getting notification to remove the app because it's infected or something. Late updates and so on. Come on guys, work on making this thing great and add more features, even a virtual credit card would be great

Useless app. You only create a code but it doesnt allow you online transfer. You have to go and que in the supermarket for payments

Great app sometimes your trnsactions are faster sometimes are slower you have to wait for more than 72hrs for the recipient to receive the funds especially when choosing mobile money cash pick up method.this happened to me twice,they don't respond you in time

Either this app is just clickbait or just a government-like scheme. You never get registered but must phone someone somewhere to register even after submitting the required documents. You don't even get feedback as to what is holding your registration.

A lot of work need to be done, I can't upload the documents, whenever I try upload my selfie it keeps on telling me the face can't be detected. The app closes at any time. Tried more than enough to register to no avail and I have totally lost all the interest.
