The service for trading is ok and simple, but the application is very badly developed, the application hangs very often, and it crashes from time to time, moving from menues take an eternity, and you keep looking to your screen wondering if its looding , hanging or just missed your click. I think its time you spend some mony on enhancing the user experience and less on adds for an application that is not good enough.

I was skeptical of the app when I downloaded it after reading the comments here, but thought of giving it a try. Upon downloading the app, I opened it up to try to register, the app crashed and closed - within the first 10 seconds How am I supposed to entrust you with my investments if the app is not reliable - I'll reconsider if the app gets fixed

The app should benchmark with other available apps, at least it should show charts and percentage of portfolio. It also should display the dividends as per stock and ETFs ownerships. Example, the dividends per year, per month, per day, per hour... So investors at least can know what their monthly dividends in nice charts and menus. Few extra work will make the app great.

I faced an issue with funding the account initially (on android) but the customer service advised me an alternate way which worked fine. Their response time was better than I expected. The app is very easy to navigate. However, the time after fund transfer to fund the app account should be a bit faster. Highly recommend to give it a try if you're looking for an online trading platform.

People being critical of loading screens and bad ui are exaggerating. The ui looks fine, and the app sometimes just needs some time opening. Close it, wait a minute, and try again. If you have the patience of a normal human being, sarwa won't be any trouble to use. Customer support of sarwa is with confidence the best out of any service I've ever used, and one of the reasons I chose sarwa over other platforms.

Tried to sign up but there was an error with uploading documents and the customer support were clueless and frustrating to deal with because they keep giving the same suggestions that have been already tried and failed. I gave up and deleted the app after 10 back and forth emails

over two weeks waiting to withdraw around USD 500 which says it should only take 4 to 6 business days. No reply from the support as they are "busy" with "unusually high number of enquires"... avoid. Oh and I still need my money back.

The app was recommended by one of my friends as a uae based app for investing. I downloaded the app and entered all my data to create an account. The account popped a message that they are reviewing my data and it will take from few minutes to 2 business days this was two weeks ago. No answer no feed back nothing it is really disappointing. I am planning to just use another app.

This is the 100 % scam broker, thank God i didn't deposit more than 100 AED, i deposited 100 AED for just testing, but now when I'm trying to withdraw it its showing some error & when i tried to contact the support team no one replied to me, be aware 100% Scam Broker

Sarwa app is easy to use and quite suitable for beginners. In my opinion, in terms of invest account, it doesn't reflect the live trading results and had to wait the next day to know how your porfolio performs. With regard to the news section of a particular security, most of the time it's blank. It would be great if the news is available for a particular security.

The app (Sarwa Trade specifically) crashes more often than not. I have contacted customer service, have shared videos, tried on multiple devices but the problem persists. The customer service is responsive but unable to find a solution, it has been months now with no clear resolution to this. I don't know what else can be a priority than fixing the app with bugs. Baffling to say the least! P.S do not respond by saying to send an email to customer service, have gone through that process as well.

Slowest app in the history of trading apps. Never ever opens on time. Never ever you can enter or exit trade on time. Page keeps on loading with infinite number of minutes even with fiber optics high speed internet.

I had installed the app for trading worldwide. The app is but crashing whenever I try to open an entity for buying or selling. It has to be fixed as soon as possible to give users an easy and smooth ride.

One of the worst online brokers. 1. They don't have a web interface for trading, only the app 🤦 2. You cannot download your current holding statements. Only the past monthly statements can be downloaded. Monitoring and tracking your portfolio is a a nightmare. 3. Bank transfer credit to your sarwa account takes for 24 hrs even if it's a UAE based account. Imagine not being able to trade 24 hrs waiting for your funds to show. 4. You cannot add option contracts to your watch list.

I gave this app 5 stars before. It had minor bugs like charts delay or sometimes everything freezes for 5 min, but now this app has become unusable. The bugs are getting scary! suddenly you will find your money gone and you have to contact them to fix it again. Today the whole options chain were damaged. None of the option prices are right. If you can't do math you will lose money. they also had a bug, if you press on any stock the app will crash, so basically you can't trade and lose money.

1-Notifications for buying and selling orders are late, it sometimes takes an hour or more to show up. 2-the avarage price calculated is WRONG, so if you buy a stock, the add more shares later, the avarage price you see is actually wrong. 3-everytime you set a limit order to buy or sell, it automatically goes to the previous page, so you won't be able to add multiple orders without going back to the watch list and selecting the stock again.. App Needs works, otherwise it's good Notifications!
