Such a stupid, pathetic and useless app. I can't check my payslips. Yes, I've tried everything. Why complicate things. Just give me a paper payslip like before. Nah, that would be too easy!!!

I hate your app!!! I have to go through a 3 step verification process every time I want to log in, then change my password and still doesn't work. I just want to read my f#@king pay slip!!! It's a legal requirement for me to have access to my pay slips. How the f#@king hell am I surpose to provide details of my income to anyone??? What if was trying to buy a house. Sort it out please!!!

Update the app, log out user. Then the app asks to create a new password: it requires numbers and special characters in the password, but the input keyboard only allows numbers to be entered 😑

The app won't open anymore. It says something went wrong. I uninstalled it and installed it again and same result.

The SuccessFactors Mobile Application is not functioning properly. Upon opening the app, it displays an error message stating, "The SuccessFactors Mobile Application has encountered an error and will shut down when you leave this screen."

Terrible, can't even look at any information. It takes an ages for anything to load, I gave up after five minutes.

Unimpressed. It doesn't sync with our other existing HRIS which is responsible for attendance. The UI is slightly clunky and needs more work.

Worst app, everything is so complicated. How can anyone create this complicated app for attendance purpose. I had to accept my leave as attendance was not captured due to app downtime and missed punch. Please do not refer this app for any purpose. Using this app because of office purpose or else would like to switch jobs because of this app.

I'm using this for work and all of a sudden as of yesterday (24/04/24) the app no longer opens, it crashes constantly. Not helpful when I need it to log hours for work.

Hasnt worked properly since day one. Nothing loads, have to constantly close and restart the app. Totally pointless and a waste of storage space on my phone

No longer works since update. Opening screen pops up for a couple of seconds, then stays in the background. Can get to App Info but nothing else.

Easy to use when it was properly setup. However, whenever there was a password changed, the app is unable to pickup and update fingerprint login and have to re-setup the fingerprint login.

Worst app ever! Often doesn't load information. Locks me out for no apparent reason. Slow to do anything when it does work. Most people I know using it have the same problems. April 2024 Update - still the worst app I've ever used. No fixes just more problems.

Recently upgraded my phone and now this app won't even open. I've un-installed and re-installed multiple times still with the same result. Can't do anything with it now.

Great APP. Find it very useful for when needed to check my personal items and things. Convemient and easy access 24/7 to keep up to date with everything.

I like the convenience of the app, but I have a slight problem accessing the app on my new phone. When I set-up the phone I copied all data, files and apps to it from my old phone, the one I'm using now. I need a qr code so I can access success factors. The app is on my new phone but I can't open it.

Hardly ever opens. And when it finally does, it doesn't load payslips 😫 Terrible app. And now it opens to an error message screen and the update button doesn't work on it either. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing! Waste of time!

Saps energy: Our instituition moved to the "SAP" system. The move completely messed up a previous simple application and approval system that was running fine. SAP replaced it with a convoluted and complicated and obscure process. Instead of a tabular format they replaced it with a never ending scroll format with no visual distinction between applications. Hope they realise that a social media like never ending scroll neither makes their system user-friendly or futuristic. It just saps energy!

Absolutely unusable. The UI is very outdated and not user-friendly at all. It is very limiting on what information you can find overall. And the load times. Oh my God the load times. IF and I mean IF it loads your actual pay stub at all, it take SEVERAL MINUTES. Like 5 plus minutes.... to load a single screen. Absolutely useless. I don't know how they sold this to a single employer.
