This application is very useful to view Sap OSS(cases) but it's not comfortable for Service request.

Totally inexperienced app and developer. The app crashes everytime I log in. Randomly it again works.

In samsung S24 keeps crashing and not even once I was able to open successfully. Atleast basic checks should have done before releasing for Android.

Not intuitive at all. Cannot find cases which normally can be find through web interface under same user. Web interface also poor quality.

Each session need a relogin, Enable fingerprint for app login authentication on SAP mobile apps to ease the re-authentication process than punching in password and avoid fat finger issues.

worst app whats wrong why did you remove biometric authentication and everytime we need to enter the long irritating password

Worst for android application. It needs lots of fine-tune in displaying the stuff. If you try to see the sap notes, the screen is cover with bottom part, hardly we can read 2-3 lines of sap notes. In service request, we can't view the updates.
