Used to be a good app, now it is more painful to use the app versus logging on to the full site. The app is pretty much useless now as you cannot do anything without it locking up and then crashing. A real PIA...now only real use is capturing receipt images, everything else is easier and less frustrating on the full site. Would give lower than 1 star if I could.

Update:. Cannot add second hotel tax under itemization. Many other usability issues. Many fields will not allow you to cancel without accidently creating a mandatory field that ultimately requires you to delete your entire expense and start over. No ability to accept or reject a picture without it automatically storing. Infact you can't even preview a photo after taking one. ********************** After years of using this app, I still have issues when I take a picture of a receipt, the image will not save or upload. It gives no error message. You have to take pictures over and over before one is finally uploaded.

So many things continue to be wrong with this app. The camera function doesn't capture receipts properly. When you try to amend a receipt it shows that it saved it but then it doesn't resulting in having to try multiple times. It's turning my color receipts into black and white making them illegible. It reverts back to Old dates after I've saved the report under the accurate date. The mileage is incorrect every time. On and on. Every update it gets worse. I have emailed many times. Horrible.

Absolutely horrendous experience using this app. First of all, the recognition of the receipt works terribly. Like really bad. I know the idea sounded cool in your design meeting, but please please please give an option to disable it. It doesn't work for me at all - it recognizes 2 -3 lines as the whole receipt. Absolute nightmare to use it. Fiddling with the receipt until it recognizes. I quit and just uploaded using regular camera. Also, how come the web version has more currencies?

This app continues to find ways to be more frustrating with each update. Milage tracking is VERY inaccurate (a 47 mile trip shows up as 75 miles) and even though the app "captures" the route, I had to manually enter to and from on every trip taken for my last expense report. Also, when I try to use the feedback option within the app it doesn't work. I wish I could use another app for mileage tracking.

A most troublesome app that makes things easier. If this didn't have so many glitches, and if it didn't force phone settings change and password renewals it would be wonderful. It would make expense reporting so easy, and when you finally go through all the hoops- it is easy. But there always seems to be another hoop. More than once have had to reinstall to get my password to work.

I am having the same issue as many. When I take a picture of a receipt, I choose ok, then it asks retake or use. I choose use and the app closes and does not save receipt. Clearing cache occasionally works but many times I have to power down my device and restart. This use to never happen but over the last 6-8 months, it happens all of the time.

This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.

Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.

This could possibly be the worst app you can have in a professional setting. For over 2 years of using this app, it has been constantly filled with the same sort of major bugs and issues to the point of extreme inefficiency. It misplaces captured receipts from expense to another if you're not attentive. The app keeps crashing after switching out to another app like an email app, calculator, and back. The interface is slow and finicky. Again, this has been going on for ages! Absolute rubbish.

It used to be 4-star app. But not anymore, it gets more buggy over the time. It constantly lost my expenses with receipts. Now, I can only add receipts to avoid losing receipts along with the expenses. Even though, it somehow does expense instead of receipt once every ten times or so. Whenever it prompts the amount when I just upload the receipt, it mistakenly uploads it as expense and the receipt will be gone. I will keep complain Concur to our IT.

Only use this app because it's how my company pays us for mileage. I always have it just track for me.. if I input my route manually I lose a lot of miles. I never take the routes it's offers. Anyway, all of a sudden, it stopped the tracking after each stop. So now i.have to restart after every stop. And unfortunately sometimes I forget and I'm losing milage and money.

This app CHEWS through my battery when I capture receipts. Half the time or less it can't capture the correct city or dollar amount on any given receipt, electronic or not. I have to use it in light mode because the button to upload a screenshot in dark mode just disappears and I end up tapping in the lower right corner hoping I find it, so why is there even a toggle for light and dark modes in the first place? This app is very poorly optimized for Android and honestly doesn't save me any time.

I don't know how, but it keeps getting worse every time they update it! I still have to use the full website on my laptop for 25% of the expense reporting tasks, so it's not that useful. Travel booking is very limited. also very buggy. sometomes cant even get past the "authenticating" acreen Another step on the wrong direction. Virtually none of my receipts import correctly anymore

The app version is ineffective. Unlike the web version you cannot make your business trip a round trip. When you enter your home address to your out of town business trip there is no button to "add round trip" so you have to put your home address in again. Now the trip is showing your from location and to location as your same home address. Deducting commute does not fix this. It's a bug that does not exist on the web version. When I do my trips on my PC they show up correctly here.

Just like many others, this used to be a great app. I've used some version for many years without any interruption. It is the top crashing app on my device after many shut downs, restarts, uninstalls, clearing cache, etc. This has only become a problem in the last 30 days. The desktop version is good but inconvenient.

Poor execution at best. Cannot select non-airport locations. A pain to use. Not up to date with rentals that are actually available, i.e., just because it says a rental is available does not mean that it is. Found this out the hard way upon arriving to rental place and them saying they're completely booked and no online bookings made will be guaranteed.
