You appear in this online RPG as a member of an Assault Team, working with other imprisoned players to reach the 100th floor of Aincrad!

Battle System
Fight through the sprawling fields of Aincrad with your partner Koharu, trapped together in a game of life and death!
You'll need to cooperate with Assault Teams across the land and battle together to beat powerful monsters and tough quests! Forging stronger weapons, using skills with all kinds of effects, and preparing for each enemy's weak points and attack patterns are all key to your success!
-Boost Mode is a monthly subscription that gives you the following boosts:

・Boost Mode is valid for a month starting from the purchased date and will be automatically renewed each month.
・If cancelled during the validity period, you will continue receiving effect of the boosts until you log out after the expiration date.

So far I am having a blast. While the combat is relatively simple it is nice and responsive almost always and there is still some difficulty in it (when I'm forcing myself into higher difficulties). I love the way skills are used (having cards that you apply to your equipment) and the partner system is great. The "cash shop" so far seems pretty good as well, droprates and prices are pretty fair. I really enjoy the game and I highly recommend it!

Overall awesome game, i got hooked in no time. Only issue is that the audio cuts out sometimes, which is annoying. I think it also has a loading problem, when it takes too long i close out my game and go back into it and it loads fine. Other than thats its pretty much solid Edit Dec. 9th 2020. The game has come a LONG way since i last played/reviewed. To be honest it's the most solid open world gacha i've ever played. A well earned 5*

Love the game but there are three things that NEED to be added at some point. Trading amongst players. A way to take apart gear and weapons to get some resources back from them (it takes a lot of upgrade stones and items to upgrade only to level up and it becomes useless). Lastly, a marketplace to sell materials, avatar items and gear to players would be extremely useful. There are more suggestions but these are really the most important.

09/14/2018 I honestly can't even bring myself to criticize, just started playing this game is really fascinating especially if you're familiar with the cannon however if possible I would like to see a weapon/armor evolution, and as for story its great but mixing ALO I think was a bit much without offering the classes and skills th at come with it *I understand that this is a moblie game and expectations should be limited and if there were a kickstarter or a donate option to get this into PC or console I'd happily donate what I can but these are just opinions/wishlist.* 09/18/2018 So after a few days of playing and understanding a little bit better I like it even more but I can see where some areas could improve. For the story the overall plotline seems to run in unison with the original arc and is creative except for the ALO parts and there isn't a lot of dialogue options for your character as well as any honest character choices. For combat I really like especially for a moblie game however I think there could be a better combo sequence. The dash button could be held while moving instead of constantly pressing it. For character design its detailed but limited not much of a weight/muscle option, as well as hair. For Graphics being that it is a moblie game and has the quality almost of a PC is really extraordinary hopefully some updates in the future if not then that's no issue. For Miscellaneous, I think the guild member size should increase or when you recruit there should a notification that you're at full capacity, as well as some decorating of the head quarters.Again I would like to see some armor/weapon evolution as far as aesthetics go. Skills like cooking, blacksmithing, and gathering/mining would be nice to see. Also random chest or loot. Dueling and trading would definitely make a better community improvement.

It's fully open world, and I always keep coming back because it's just so good. It's exactly how an SAO game SHOULD be. I say bring this to nintendo switch, it would be a BLAST. And PLEASE for the LOVE OF GOD add controller support. I have a nyko core wireless controller that I love to use on my phone, but sadly it only supports touch controls. Would be SO much better, and actually perfect if that was the case. But unfortunately thats what keeps me from playing most of the time. Update please 😊

The game play is amazing, I've made it to floor 15 so far. I love the grafics, I love the game as is, however, I wish there was a way to trade items, equipment, and avatar items with friends. I also wish there was a way to devolve and get back items you used on skills and equipment that you no longer want to use. Aside from that aspect, it's met all my expectations so far.

I love Sword Art Online! It's amazing and very fun to play with other people. I will be critical of the game a bit as the lagging and some bugs make it a bit frustrating at times. I have been playing so much that I find bugs all the time just mean I really love the game. I would like to get more items and arcana gems in game so that I can feel like there is more to grind for as end game is very slow. I would pay money for avatars if they had skill or bonus status and I love the events quest.10/10

It a good game, but there are some quality of life changes that would make it a 5 star for me. One would be allowing us to do all daily dungens. The bigger thing is that sometimes I would be next to a boss or mob and I would still get hit even though it attacked forward. Another thing is being able to get exp easier at early floors. Those changes would make this 5 stars for me.

A lot of people on the game love it and believe it could go places, but the game systems are repetitive, and these is no personal story at all. If more exp farming and such was added, more personal functions and storylines, i think less people would be wanting to leave. I personally like it but am starting to feel that this game is slow with no new excitement. The events are the same and these no real relationship with the two main characters, (yourself and your companion).

I like grindy games, this one is kinda grindy, however the controls need a bit of fine tuning, it seems to be for the most part user friendly. Maybe maybe it easier to navigate the item menu, I kinda want to see actual values for materials in the shops so that selling them can be an viable option. Great job so far, I know this game needs work, and I know you're doing your best. Thanks for reading my review!

The contral system is very good, remind me of ys7. This game has the potential to go top out of all mobile rpgs. Only problems are: 1. lack of 'operable' elements in a map, like ur scene is beautiful but too simple to explore. If adding some gears or traps or other operable elems it might be far more lively. 2. lack of an ultimate challenge for high lv players to chase(many ppl quit because of this). Ppl quit when they find no goal to chase or the goal is impossible. And cooperation events is far more attractive than single player events. 3. Some skills have duplicate movements and not attractive.. ppl will buy something only if it's truely attractive(complicated and unique movements) and useful. Hope this game can go top among MMORPGs because it has the potential! I played many and this is the only one I say something like this.

pretty fun experience. Gameplay and story are nice. The developers mixed a bunch of plot content from different sources together into this game. One of my major problems with the game is the leveling experience 70+. I always feel like I'm under leveled and its bothering me. Please fix the leveling meta. I don't want to grind 30+ runs of one thing to get a single level. (from 78 to 79 is the same as approximately 25 runs of Fallen Elf Character Quest).

There are some things you need to fix First you need to add like a saving system for if someone unstalls and installs they save their progress! It didnt save mine and I was too upset to do it all again. Second please add a romance partner for the player. I see a lot of reviews about the player's partner and best friend to add some romance and although agree I'm a girl and would like to see another character for romance to the player. A girl and a boy would be fair for everyone.

Great game. The only real issues I've experienced so far are involving loading and over heating. When playing for extended periods of time, the game heats up your device to the point where it's actually hot enough to feel. The loading screens can take up to 30 seconds to load, so that's not particularly great. The only bug I've really encountered was when I tried to quest with my party. The quest loaded, and I was met with a black screen. Everything was normal, except I couldn't do anything.

I Love It! Graphics are cool and the function in general reflects the actual series in terms of menu location, concept, and sound in general. However, the fact that it takes so long to require a loading screen just to go from the spawn hub to the merchant place just a walk away is quite bothersome. Like in the anime SAO, you should just be able to walk down the side hall straight into another section instead of having to load everything excessively. Otherwise it's an amazing game.

The game is great and everything, but every single time I finish something the game just hits me with a loading screen and I have to wait like a minute (for some people it's not big deal but me ohhh it's a BIG DEAL!!) And it's annoying when it says doesn't have internet or error (if it doesn't happen to you good for you) but I think that's it the rest is great.)

I'm almost done with the 3f and loving this game so far. The story is great , the combat is smooth. It's everything you've wanted from an SAO game and is very F2P friendly. It does have a gatcha system and an optional monthly subscription but as far as I can see the game has no restrictions of gameplay just because your a free player. There is alot to do in this game. Plenty of quests and ways to get gear etc. they even have fishing. Definitely give this game a try. Also nothing is auto.

Being a huge fan of the original Sao series I was absolutely thrilled to stumble across this. I've been enjoying this like a sugar addiction. I'll start and mean to play for an hour and find 3 hours have passed. My only complaint is that as of today I have experienced two game freezes. A simple restart of the app has fixed this. However I'm sure once the devs fix this issue the app will be 100% enjoyable for all. Can't wait to play the pc version 😃

For years I've found myself coming back to this game. I love the gotchas because I'm getting everything 100% free to play. I've never put a cent into this game but always get great avatar items and skill records. The story is great and really fleshed out over the hundreds of floors and side conversations. The graphics look amazing and it runs perfectly smooth on my not so great phone. Being able to change your class any time by changing gear is great too.

I'm glad this game isn't like a lot of other games, the typical take-turns attacking game. it's super lively with tons of events, and helpful boosters such as 30-mil exp boosts. however, I do think the game would be a bit better if we could jump. it can be annoying accidentally hitting a small wall when we could easily jump up. other than that, I have no complaints, it's a fun SAO game that I'd recommend to any SAO fan
