It is difficult to understand how this application has 4.7 average rating. Both the bank and the app is increadiably unrelaible. One day I stopped seeing my debit card on the app, now I made a payment and it is been hours app is still showing as if it not paid. I am afraid that one day it will stop showing my bank account at all and my money will dissappear.

after latest update i am unable to save factura of a transfer as pdf. the app says it lacks the permission to access the file system on my phone and directs me to change my phone settings. problem is that it has the necessary permission and it had it since i installed the app. and only now i am unable to download or send any proof of transaction. please fix this. thanks

Great app. Lots of improvements added in the recent updates. I am completely satisfied with this app as it's safe, fast and easy to use from anywhere at anytime. Today, 07-0618, I have changed my 5* to 4*. Their One Pay FX doesn't work, at least not in my mobile. I tried to use this service for the first time and was unable make any payment to an account in UK. I even tried through their website and was still unable to use this service. I am giving them a 5* again as their update s have brought in additional features that are very interesting.

Unreliable... I've a very good phone and this app is completely unreliable... sometimes works but most of the times throws a connectivity problem when I've full speed 4G... I've been observing this app for months and the problem is the app..not the phone or connection or the version...im very disappointed that such a big bank has such poor app.. other banks apps work like a charm !!!

There's a bit of confusion on logging in on the front screen not very well thought out. When you select your identification in the first box you then have to click on the text in that box to input the details.. as if you are writing over your ID not underneath in the empty box... Even the helpline couldn't help me with this I found it totally by accident. Please make the sign in screen clearer. Once you figure it out you're ok but lots of people have the same issue.

I have tried to access my account but it says my code is incorrect and to use the new password sent to me but no code has been delivered,this has happened before and I find it pathetic that Santander can't do this correctly,if I can't get better service I will have to think about changing bank

Popup at start really annoying doesn't want to go. Doesn't let you open the app. Bizuming someone is really cumbersome

The amount of settings is huge so it needs time to get used to it. However the application works perfectly and is far more usable compared to many others I've tried before

The English version doesn't work well! I live in Spain and have opted for English as the medium to use the app. The app still mostly has Spanish in it, doesn't have a lot of English in it. If I want an account statement, I am unable to get it due to my limited Spanish. Also, the people from the bank don't respond to my queries through my email. It sucks when the bank manager or executive doesn't respond to the queries... Terrible!

App is really easy and useful... Only difficulty I'm facing is the language. There should be some option to change the language. Please add support for English language so that it becomes easy for people who are from different countries. Thanks :) Forgot to update my review, English language support is available for a long time now, no more issues with the application. It's perfect with a great user experience. Thanks a lot :)

Since some time ago both my wife and I are having problems with logging in (different devices) from the app, although we have no problem do log in through web. The message we see is: We're sorry. We are unable to respond from the app at this time. Try again in a few minutes or go to online banking to make your arrangements.

Its a scam. I downloaded, openned an account with 3 nominas passed, to get nomina bonus per advertising and never received as I did not "sign up" yet there was no sign up process. I called, I visited the bank and sibmitted online tickets without resolution. I will complain to AEB and tribunales de consumo. Be aware!

Best Bank App I've ever used! you can do everything from this app. literally! not just transfer money, even internationally, also save favorite accounts, so you never have to write information twice, it couldn't be easier. but you can also change all your details, personal and product details, change your limits and pretty much everything else that can be changed, everything that can be done, can be done from this app.

This app is just beyond awful. I had a digital signature which I registered in the app. It then immediately forgot it. I had to call to get another one sent. It was right but the process failed. I cannot see my card pin. I cannot set up the security key because I need to enter my pin test I cannot see. The security key setup process says it's sent s new digital signature. It hasn't, but the one that was previously working is now blocked. I sent myself 200€ which didn't show in the balance

Third day of using it. Everything's smooth so far. Bug: If you keep the app open on the background (authenticated) and then again return to it (still already authenticated), the overlay menu on the bottom (the semi-trasparent black one) gets bigger each time. Each time, it adds a new row of the same items until it covers the whole screen. To reproduce it, you can keep minimize the app and return to it after a couple of seconds.

I was on vacation abroad => on roaming, and an update notification was blocking me to access the app, while, in the same time, it appeared restricted to install the app or updates under a roaming network => impossible to make a transfer or manage anything on your bank account. Not best experience.

Most of the time, pressing a notification doesn't open anything. Recently, I got an interesting one, pressed it, it went nowhere, and inside the app, there is no notification center, so I lost it. I have contracted transfers service for 3€/ month, and from Spain to Poland it works only to some banks, even if you have full IBAN and SWIFT code. The transfer fails without any explanation.
