I'm a developer and there are several design details that make it difficult to use, especially for older people: - The user agreement is pointless.. Literally almost 0 points in size. You cant read it at all. - It uses the terrible low contrast light grey text-on-white style that is impossible to read in daylight - Almost every screen uses ridiculously small text, difficult to read - Check image previews are not really previews, they are unreadable thumbnails - Looks nice, but not much upside

I fixed it. Everyone having issues where app wont open, the newest update is bugged and you must clear cache for the app. Currently working properly for now. Leaving review at one star because of inconvenience. Sandy spring stop messing with stuff that works fine. Revert to old version on next update. App won't Even open since last update. I have the s21 ultra and both my phone and the app are fully updated, yet app won't open. Please fix immediately. App worked fine before.

Frustrating. This update gives you one try to get the password correct, and then it has too many tries logging in forcing you to reset your password. The fingerprint no longer works in the app forcing you to go the password route. This needs to be updated quickly.

I haven't been able to log in for almost a week now. It keeps saying unexpected error, something went wrong. I can't even reset my passcode or log in with my username and password, it just keeps saying something went wrong.

The app is convenient and easy to navigate. The branch personnel are top-notch. Friendly, attentive to my needs, and always willing to answer a question. My branch in Mt. Airy, MD. They are really great. The manager says hello or a wave every time I use the inside bank. His people are getting it done. I have used other branches, that friendliness carry thru.

This app is abysmal, 90% of the time you try to use it, it doesn't work. The 5 digit code feature seems nice until it doesn't work and their no place to pit the password either. Then you can try resetting the password or code for it to continue to not work. Then when you get so fed up with the app you go to the desktop and browser and you select the login for personal accounts and then have to wait 5 minutes before the section to even enter your account information pops up.

This app is terrible. It's always making you create a new password every time and still doesn't log you in. I write my passwords down so I know I'm putting in the right information. Even when you change your password it still doesn't let you in. I may leave this bank because their app is so unreliable.

The app is nothing but a headache. Doesn't deposit checks and keeps kicking out. Uninstaller and reinstall same problems. Then call and been on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back and got a human that has no idea. Trying to figure out how this bank got high ratings it's been nothing but problems the 2 months with this bank

depositing checks. is. so. slow. picture sometimes never snaps. manually shutter button not available until 20 second timeout on auto capture. confirmation dialogs about. deposit button has looooongs delay also. sometimes deposits fail for no reason. then you can't try again with the same check because it says duplicate check found. entering the amount before selecting an account is possible, once you select the account, it makes you type the amount again! short story long... fix this plz!

This App is garbage compared to the previous one. There's extra steps to simply transfer money, the layout isn't as simple and robust as the previous one. And to top it all off, half the time the App is down and syncing with other banks never works any more either... anywho this new app is 10/10 garbo. Go back to what you had before

Every time I open the app it closes. I kept trying to open it over 10 times! Then something would come up with three options to choose from. Whenever I select the option to send feedback, it would do the same thing the stupid app's doing!! What's the point in an update if it's going to act up on ya? Make it make sense bruh!

Crazy Slow. I don't know what changes were made to the application other than the pretty picture, but the coding must be awful in comparison to the previous application. Horrible user interface; can't even find a list of my transactions. This one's a loser but, you have no choice if you want to do online banking.

Another update: The bill payor shows the hour glass when trying to click on the payees list. The old app worked perfectly. Have logged into my account 3 different times before it recognizes me. When trying to log out I have to click on the sign out button more than 10 times. Everything new is not always better. Wish they would go back to the old app. If I could give this app Zero stars, I would.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. The auto capture NEVER works, and half the time after doing a manual capture, it fails and makes me do it all again, and then I have to sit and wait while it attempts an auto capture again (which will not work, *again*). Either get your auto capture working, or let me choose to skip the auto attempt and go right to manual.

App is slow, forces you to use zelle through it, but takes several minutes for that function to load (if at all, because most of the time you get a blank page when you click it.) Functionality, speed, and tech is significantly behind basically every other banking app.

App force closes when trying to mobile deposit a check. My wife and I tried on separate phones. Same issue on multiple occasions.
