Why do we need to authenticate again and again, when we have all information on Google already? Also, I tried several times to authenticate with N26 and, after redirecting to their login form, it gets hung and nothing happens. Essentially, I cannot pay with my watch because of bugs.

Used the watch successfully once every other time it declined, which doesn't make sense, and I literally had to take out the same physical card to tap and pay. Nope, I'll be removing my info and going back to basics.

Understandable why it is rated 2 stars given that the app does not even start... And since this is the only option proposed by Caisse d'Epargne, I guess contact less payment is not for me... Thank you Samsung, thank you Caisse d'Epargne...

completely unusable. I haven't been able to get past the very first screen to even attempt to use my login information. I have reloaded and reinstalled several times. If I knew I wasn't going to be able to set this up I would not have bought a galaxy watch at all. I am extremely displeased with this app. I feel like it absolutely ruined the purchase and now I feel like I got a very expensive and useless watch.

Something occurred on 5/4 that wiped away my cards. Tried reinstalling, cleared cache, uninstall...nothing works. Makes the app on the phone or watch useless. Called customer service for an hour...they were just as useless. Still need to find a fix as you all updated something that no longer works

Great app works as and when I needed it to except after an update. Then you have to reauth the cards which could cause a problem if you don't have the information to hand. However, this is better than Google's version, which I moved from and does the nfc automatically so more secure IMO

I have a Samsung Note 8 and a Galaxy Gear S3 (Old hardware I know but should still have support)... When trying to add a card using this app, it fails to connect to server every time. Multiple reinstalls of several Samsung apps both on the phone and on the watch has failed to produce any results. I have error logs.

Utter garbage. 4 years on and still does not accept UK postcodes in bank card setup and will not upgrade despite innumerable attempts. There are countless complaints on the web about this, but it still doesn't seem to have been fixed. This means that I can not use my Gear watch to pay in store. There doesn't seem to be any other wallet app, such as Google, that I can download to the watch.

Does not work well on Galaxy Watch3. The app works for a couple days and then acts like you've never opened it before. I've had to re-enter my card information at least 4 times over the last month. Also, compared to Google Pay it is much slower to open. Even when it is working on the watch, it's honestly easier and quicker for me to pull out my phone and use Google pay. Hard to believe a Samsung app works so poorly on their own premium device.

Like a few others I reset the watch because of an unrelated issue and when I got everything reinstalled the SP watch plug-in no longer works... From the "checking availability" screen, it simply errors out. I've sent multiple emails with no response... No help from live reps except the possibility of a fix action on or around 10/26...We shall see... Piss poor performance from a leader in wireless and pioneer of MST. I expect more from you Samsung! Fix this chit now!

Up front, why four stars? It takes sometime to load, and to go through, fingerprint, etc. It definitely beats pulling out my card all the time. Also havent seen any ads on the app either. I never really thought I would use this app. However, when I lost my physical card, I did have it preloaded to samsung pay. That's when I started finding out the convenience of having my card loaded on my phone. Only problem I really dont like is having to ask cashiers up front if they support NFC payment.

I downloaded this just to leave a review; it's awful. Every once in a while, I'll open my phone with my thumb just to have it pop up and unlock. I didn't even have the app so I have no idea how to get it to stop. Use Shop Pay or something, no invasion, good for the enviornment and package tracking. Best of all, it actually goes away when you uninstall it

FIX UPDATE ISSUE. I've been using this for my s10+ and my active. both successfully for awhile. I love it. BUT. I literally just bought a new LTE Watch 4, which seems to be what the new update is for. For some reason, it won't install. Says it's installing, 10-15 seconds later says it's failed. I've done all troubleshooting possible. I hope you guys fix this soon. I imagine it's the update and compatability with the Galaxy S10+. I plan to buy Fold 3, but its gonna be a minute Samsung... come on

Worked great with my Active 2 watch. Can't get it to Connect with my new Galaxy 5 pro. This is so aggravating. It is a main feature of the watch and yet it won't connect. I install the app and when I press start it does nothing. Like the start button doesn't even work. Is there a fix for this? Not sure what changed. I did Uninstall the app a couple of times but it suddenly worked. I also found an install on this device button here and did that. What ever it finally connected and is working.

App keeps crashing and resetting. It won't load at all. I can't add a card to my Samsung watch without the app restarting or it says "Failed to connect to card issuer's server. Try again." I contacted my bank and they said there's nothing wrong on their end. They even added a merchant note to let Samsung Pay know that everything's working on their end. Please fix! Thank you!

Works great if anyone actually has tap to pay around my area, which they don't. I do. It works great. I guess if you want to pay people to count change... Anyway, offer notifications are annoying and seem to turn themselves back on. Other than that, it's a good overall app. Oh and you can add some gift cards, just don't forget you got them on there.

It's handy and it is exactly what it says it is. Tap to pay with your watch instead of your phone and without pulling out your card. Simple easy no problem. I would like to add a little side note for the people, did you know that whenever you're app does an update, it resets a lot of the settings not all of them but some. Throw these guys a freaking bone and just turn the setting back on.

The app forces the watch to be locked for any function, not just credit card payments. After unlocking, it still requires a PIN for transactions, meaning double PIN entry. It's slower than reaching for a wallet and credit card. Some scanners don't work with it. It's unstable; within a week, it only displayed 'stay connected to phone', blocking payments. The suggested fix is a full reset and reinstallation.

I've been using the Samsung Pay app on my Galaxy Watch Active2 for about three months. It has worked exactly as described from the start. I definitely like having the ability to go through a checkout line without touching the card readers. However, some stores require you to press the enter key regardless. The ability to load multiple debit/credit cards is also great feature. I just swipe left or right to find the one I want ro use, and pay! Unfortunately, not all retailers accept Samsung Pay.
