On this samsung phone, I have problems where it's located in the Verizon areas of Device secure. This is where they scans the apps and your Wi-Fi for dirt. Well, I check the setting as you know it shameful turn itself on and off. When you look at it, go back on turn when you close it ,it goes off so the scan won't detect anything. I'm sure with it, keep changing there is something there keep you from getting a true scan of the trouble apps where you can remove them and forget

Idk what this app is for. My notifications yes but why its even on my phone?? Could i not still get my calls and messages w/o having a separate app for them to go threw. A separate app to collect data so another place can text or call me or pop up with ANOTHER ad. Im sick of the whole bs system. This app wont work w/o that app but that app wont work w/o one of those apps. "If you delete the Samsung push service, you may not receive the new notification messages." It's ridiculous. 👎🏻

This application is not essential for the android OS to function properly, it only pushes notifications to samsung specific applications, like samsung pay, etc. To be perfectly honest have 0 interest in getting notifications about samsungs unnecessary bloatware, like adaptive powesaving, or memory optimization. Not only is it detrimental to the framework of the device to limit background data and processes, it's counterproductive and slows the phone down. It is a resource hog. Hire real devs.

Stop. I have functional use of my phone. I use my phone when I need to use it and notifications are entirely unnecessary for me. I wish I could stop this service, along with the other Samsung apps. The only one I use is Samsung keyboard because a keyboard is a keyboard in my opinion. All these additional services are the equivalent of obesity - just extra stuff I really don't need or want. Bloatware. Malware. Spyware. And stop with targeted things that worship advertising.

This app keeps saying it stops working and I'm not sure if uninstalling it would do anything bad to my phone but every once in a while I get a Samsung push service has stopped working message and when that message pop us randomly it slows my phone down for a second. I've uninstalled this app and now my phone is more responsive than before I have no idea why it impacted my phones performance in the first place but I'm glad I don't have to deal with this apps shenanigans!!

In my app settings it showed that my phone was being remotely connected to something. Therefor could access everything on my phone. Im not sure what or who was connected to it but definitely not ok with it. My camera could have been accessed along with photos, my microphone to listen to my conversations, as well as my banking information thew my banking apps. Not happy. I give this a negative stars if I could. How do I completely remove this. Only let's me uninstall update. I want it off.

Just another app to take up valuable space! I literally cut all possible permissions and am able to keep it from updating and taking up more valuable space. its useless and dont understand the point of the app at all. All i get from the description is nonsense and worthless. Go through the settings button, apps, then find this one, shut down all possible permissions including the ability to change system settings and notifications. When you see it in list of apps that needs to update. Ignore

Honestly I don't understand what the h... this app does and do I need it installed in order to umm.. what? 🤔😵‍💫 I already have issues with not getting any notification sound when a text message, voice-mail, or email comes to my phone. I've changed the sound, the tune, volume all the way up it doesn't matter. It still won't work. I guess my best bet is to get a new phone.... AGAIN.

I keep all but text & appointment notifications off, and they work fine without updating all the time. Apps that Samsung THINKS we should have should be up to US to decide. Can't do much with 16G hard drive when apps that are installed without our consent keep showing up. If I could transfer unused apps to the sd card, I would, but Samsung has only given me that option for Gallery and Abradoodle Bingo. Kinda pointless, really. Do better, Samsung!

Most of the issues I have stem from the apps giving or not giving notifications. That said, I am no longer able to find the option. To have separate sounds for notifications from different apps... which I found really useful given some apps give alerts just when they activate, but I would like to differentiate between that and a text, when driving.. so I can know if I should pull over to see said text and not just see it was my car's movement activating something.

Why would this app grant itself all permissions,that can't be changed,can't be un-installed and cant be disabled, and then how would I get my notifications. All of these samsung apps are bound together also, like google apps,and are unmanageable when it comes to keeping tabs on things it has no business paying any attention to at all. I have no experience with this app, I can't open it but like several other apps I can't open, it updates constantly. I have permissions for this app and auto updates turned off, but that doesn't stop it. This and several others all the sudden shows up and is using tons of data and storage. I'm notified it updated every day or two, I try to open it and end up here, with no option to open or uninstall. Can't force stop either.

Lots of issues have occured since the last update. Having to power down phone, switch airplane mode, or use my background app killer to close this and everything else out, or my phone will act like it has no service, even when I have 4 bars, or it will say I am roaming and 1 bar, then, while staying in the same exact spot, I can switch phone to airplane mode for a few seconds, take airplane mode back off, and boom I have 4 bars LTE.

Another app that I can't uninstall, disable, or restrict background activity. It acts up in the background randomly for no apparent reason as I didn't allow it such permissions, thus draining my battery rapidly. I'm excellent with tech and far from clueless. This is ridiculous because the average user will be completely lost and think their battery is defective when it's the OS itself that's defective. Android is an advertising system, NOT a legitimate operating system.

This is an awful app! There are so many other GOOD ones available! Rubbish!! I don't know what's going on over at Samsung lately, but the updates are awful! Now notification settings does NOT allow me to prioritize notifications like it used to, and many, many other new glitches! That's a big FAIL! There are other drop-down notification panels in the PlayStore - it's time to try another, more functional one!

Ever notice that there is a constant stream of apps you "must have" and that are constantly being "updated" with permissions they need in order for your phone to work correctly or for you to have an "enhanced" experience. Bloatware at best! Every app should have a truthful "Essential" label and a delete button if it's not so it could be deleted for good at the user's discretion. Crapware!

What's the purpose for it? Waste of space and doesn't function correctly. Instead focus on going back to being able to change notifications sounds for apps, texting and ring tone. That way ppl can tell if it's just an app. (even more so when one app or more that need to have stand out from the rest bc that app(s) are something they really use or is crucial, or a message or a phone sound.
