This app is so glitchy. I run a tight clock in my truck and I cannot tell you how many times I've been placed in violation because this app works fine for a time, but then 3-4 hours later will change my duty status with no warning for no apparent reason. I will literally close and reopen the app just to double and then triple check that we are on the same page, but when I come back at the end of the day, my whole clock is screwed up and I have no way to fix it. I hate this app, BIGROAD is better

this app logs you as driving when you are barely moving 2mph, 50 ft in a parking lot. and then you're only choice to edit it is either personal convey , which the DOT really scrutinizes, or yard move, which counts against ur 70. I would have only given it one star, but at least the personal conveyance is a longer period Of time when you do need to use it, which I don't even know I can give them the credit for that, as maybe my safety Dept hasn't put in the parameters on how much time 4pc.

We use this app to monitor our drivers hours and its an absolutely pain in the a**. This app has so many problems and its totally unreliable! Simply trying to run the program to sign in and open the app takes a long time. Not to mention drive time upload to the program is never in sync. Our drivers use the app on their phones or tablets and 60% of the time their drive time doesn't get uploaded having them redo it manually at the end of a long shift. Repetitive work. Dont use for company

The app auto completes trips before I've even arrived at my first stop. It'll pick up our end destination which is where we start from our yard, and complete a trip with the automatic arrival. It should be implemented where the trip can't be completed before all stops have been arrived to change the skip stop function to not be automatic, it needs to be a manual input. Furthermore the app is jumpy, every time you open a trip and click the back button it wants to jump off present to past/future

Electronic log app. The biggest problem I have with this app; This app is supposed to keep us compliant. It should alert us LOUDLY AND COME TO FRONT (even if we have other apps open) when our shift times are getting short. Like an alert and pop to front of screen at like 30 minutes then again at 15 and 5 minutes. Not just put a banner at the top of the screen. A loud alert and force the app to the forefront. Also, sometimes doesn't accurately display remaining times.

Continually has to reload when switching to the app. Extremely slow to load and at times, fails to load all together requiring me to force it to shut down and restart. To this day, I still don't get warning notifications. Continually switches from yard move to driving screwing up my log. No ability to change automatic changes so you're stuck with it. For such a critical app, the developers sure take their time to fix the glitches. The backend is just as bad, their web app sucks.

I like the app but the one problem I have is when I go to go off duty, it stays in Drive time. Sometimes I have to literally run to use the bathroom, the app shouldn't make me stop and go through another selection about whether I want to sign out or not. Just change my status and be done with it. If I want to log out, I'll do that separately. I wasted almost an hour of on duty time before I realized what was happening. Very inconvenient.

It works great until it doesn't. I have had violations doing a split. The most recent just being a few days ago. With the new split rules it is should be even easier with electronic logs. It will display a toggle when a split is allowed and will show the logs correctly. After you have shut down after seeing on screen you have completed a successful split and ready for a full 10hr, you will wake up only to find out that it NOW says you are in violation the previous day.. WTH!!

Avoid Avoid! AVOID using this app!!!! Every time they submit an update the app gets slower and SLOWER. To the point you cannot even use it. Samsara will freeze your screen for 5 minutes then open a small crash box in the middle of the screen. This ELD service is pure garbage!! This is happening to 3 different phones that i own each of them. Android 9, 10 and 11. They are always adding rediculous features such as a contest trophy icon next to log out button and it isnt even a game. Its for WORK

Glitchy and slow. Multiple attempts to log in sometimes required. Vehicle selection screen sometimes needs up to 6 attempts to "take". Randomly switches off duty & sleeper time to on duty\driving. Cycling back and forth through different screens will usually switch it back. Certify&submit the day's logs usually requires multiple attempts. Any "improvements" seem entirely cosmetic. And now there is something called a "driving screen" which seems like just one more thing to glitch.

No way this has 4.4 stars. The app frequently notifies me of impending violations while Im off duty. Sometimes it just won't track auto driving. The help line said "unplug it for 15 minutes then re plug it." Uh what? That's not a solution if it keeps happening. When looking at the safety reports it claims I crashed my truck. Pretty sure I'd have noticed. Worst part is the random switching from PC to on duty driving. Very frustrating. I want the rand McNally back.

Started with a new company 3 months ago. They use this app for dispatch, etc. I have had nothing but problems with it. My company claims to be working on it, but, the app is a piece of garbage IMO. Constantly freezing, reboot device, freezes again before 2 messages can be exchanged. Crashes mid-day for no apparent reason. Honestly, never seen a released app perform so poorly. Very frustrated and disappointed.

This program covers the basics fairly well. It's easy to use. It dumbs down the process pretty well. But, the driver ratings system is fundamentally flawed. I've lost count of the number of times my 10 hour rest break has been interrupted by this program beeping loudly to warn me of an impending violation, while I'm off duty. And this "feature" can't be adjusted or turned off. It will then leave you on duty for weeks at a time and never notify you about the violation.

It's handy, but it sometimes changes status on me when I'm sitting still. I've lost a few breaks to it randomly moving me into driving status while I was parked. I don't know why it does it. It doesn't happen often, but I still wish it wouldn't do it ever. Was just minutes from my break being over today when it did it and I lost about 26 minutes to my break having to be restarted. I can't even fix it on the logs when it does so, due to it being set to GPS. I was hoping to get to Atlanta by one.

Seems okay other than adding more steps to each job in a day, but the app itself has at least one reoccurring, frequent, hair pulling out issue, and that's the texting feature crash. As many as three times in one day I've had to uninstall and reinstall as a fix to this issue. Occurs while using the in app texting, when you press send to deliver your text and the send button just spins and your message stays in the type box. Messages are still receivable, but you can no longer send texts.

The worst elog I ever used!!! It has so many glitches! It is so slow! So annoying, that 500 characters here will not discribe even a quarter of it! The worst thing is that you always have to check status you select. Did it change it or not. It is super annoying to edit multiple logs it makes with same status. Have no idea why. And it was not once or twice when I set "pc" and start driving. But later I saw that it didn't change to pc and I am splitting my off time! It is real peace of...

This app is terrible because if how slow it is. It freezes all the time. ALL. THE. TIME! Takes more than 10 to 20 seconds to switch screens on a regular basis after you make selections. Not sure if it's a resource problem or a coding problem, but the functionality and system stability is ten thumbs down. Had it installed on a iPhone, and it was bad. Put it on my android and it was even worse! Unfortunately, it's mandatory that I have to use this piece of garbage every day.

The alerts are obnoxious and unfilterable. For example 30 minute warnings while you are off duty parked. The vehicle update tab does not always update the DOT roadside inspection screen . The safety screen will log you as speeding because the data they use does not match the signed speeds of the highway. Many speed limits have not been updated for years. Especially Minnesota rural highways. *At least it's not peoplenet 🤔

Not loyal to customers. Don't sign up! There are cheaper and better providers out there that don't require 3 year long contracts. Multiple times I requested have the service canceled. Everytime they said I could cancel if I paid the fees owed (fees they hadn't earned yet) I'm going to pay the fees owed which almost amounts to the entire contract. I have been a very low maintenance customer. There are cheaper options out there with no contracts. I gove lots of 5 star reviews. I can't with them.

This is a new review from the latest update. Rating went from 5 to a 1 star. I would give a zero if I could. The latest update is horrible!!! We don't need inboxes and all that other junk. The app already sends push messages in notifications. The inbox is buggy also. You have to click the messages individually and it still shows that they're new messages. Please revert back to the old app. I understand trying to always improve but sometimes less is more.
