I have been using the scan and go option for quite sometime. I recently got a new phone (Samsung Z-fold 5) and the scan & go option was there and working, but then all of a sudden the option was gone on my next visit to Sams. I have logged out of the app and back in, I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the option is still missing. I even sent an email to customer support through the app and never heard anything back. Please fix!!

I'm not sure how it would get better. I absolutely hate self checkout, but I love scan and go. It's fast and easy to use. I appreciate the fact I can turn on continuous scan, makes shopping go a lot smoother. I like seeing my total grow and the ability to scan items that don't have a clear price tag. I also like seeing my Sam's Cash balance at checkout. the Scan and Go team deserve a bonus!

I downloaded the app thinking it would help organize my life and make things simpler but that is a joke. Even when I have the location turned on, it won't allow me to set my club store, the app constantly crashes, nor does it all me to add things to a list that I created. It's simply the worst. Guess I will only be using it as a reminder for when my membership is due for renewal!

It offers "continuous scan" EVERY TIME YOU USE THE APP. I have never used "continuous scan", I don't WANT it, yet it asks me EACH AND EVERY TIME. After the 50th time or so it gets rather annoying. There doesn't seem to be an option to say "stop offering continuous scan". I'm a software developer and this is amateur level design and app coding. It's been over a year and "stop asking about continuous scan" is STILL not an option.

As of the last few months, the ability to use the EBT PIN pad on Scan and Go while in-club fails. I am able to "slide to pay" at check out, but when the PIN pad attempts to load, it produces an error message suggesting to update the app. I have updated the app many times, but it still fails. Uninstalling, reinstalling, restaring my phone has all produced no results. Months ago, the PIN pad loaded just fine. For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. Android OS, of course.

UPDATED: Easy to use, makes shopping/checking out a breeze. Scan&Go, best thing since apple pie! The ability to order from the Cafe is very helpful and quick, lines are always long in my area, app orders speed it up greatly. A major improvement would be the ability to checkout shipping items seperate from in store checkout items. As it is now, you have to remove everything from cart just to have one item shipped. Walmart app has this ability so I know it's possible. Look forward to this change

Probably the best and most useful app I have used for any shopping. There's an option to scan & pay, easy to shop and place orders, easy to search. The only thing that needs work is "see substitutions" when an item isn't available. You might be looking for substitutions for cookies and be recommended light bulbs and laundry detergent. I try not to eat tide pods, so that makes dieting hard...

I've done pickup orders a number of times and have never had any issues. The entire app worked great until today, when I was unable to "check-in" at the store. The "I'm here" function would only take me to a blank screen. This was before store opening, so I had to flag down an associate who was bringing out another order - about a 20 minute wait. Now, I'm hesitant to use pickups in the future.

LOVE the convenience of shopping without having to wait in line for a chasier or for self-checkout. Same with the Cafe especially since sometimes the line is extremely long. I place my order for the Cafe before doing my shopping so that it is done when im finished shopping. They even have an option to add more items to your cart after you have made your initial purchase, in case you forgot something. Very useful app. Not sure why others dont use it but glad because it allows me to beat the lines

The app is very helpful. I probably look at it once or twice a week. I love the ability to have ordered delivery, order drop off, or pick up options. I like being able to choose a store/location. We probably have been in 8 different stores in 8 year. We love to check out the Sam's club near wherever we may travel. The app location helps us see what is available at that store. I enjoy scan and go too.

It is very easy to use,scan your items and I learned today you can very easily scan additional items even after you already swiped and paid! You get to save money shopping at Sam's Club and the only line you have to stop for is going out the door for them to check a couple items, just as they do for the others that wait in line to check. you totally skip that part!!

I love the app, I haven't used a checkout since the app was downloaded like 2 or 3 years ago. I always take my time or rush through the store but when it comes to checking out, I scan as I shop so I checkout on app as I walk to exit regardless of how long lines at checkouts are. There are a few items that have to be handled by a cashier, such as Turbo tax software where a supervisor has to bring it to you. Each time I've purchased this I've had to wait about 20 minutes to receive merchandise.

Scan and go: I love not having to wait in line because I just scan everything as I go and pay through the app. My shopping experience is so much more streamlined and I can see what my total is as I go. Fuel and checking out: I love that I don't need to carry my card anymore. I'm not a big wallet/purse carrier, so it's nice that I can do everything on my phone. Online pickup: I stop minimally inside of grocery stores nowadays because online ordering is more efficient for me. This app is great!

This app will not allow me to change the location of my club that popped up as default. The club that came up as the default when I installed the app isn't even that close to me. I've got two clubs that are closer to me and yet it defaulted to a trashy area. I click on search for location and it does not recognize any other club. I live in a big city so this isn't the only club near me! App is garbage!

SOOOO easy to use and super convenient! I can manage my membership and show my digital card at the door so I don't have to worry about forgetting to renew or losing my card - BIG plus for me! I can even "scan and shop" to avoid the atrocious checkout lines at Sam's! That is probably the BIGGEST perk for me! It has you double check before paying to ensure you have the right number of items. If you miss something when they scan your receipt, it's SUPER easy to just pay right there. Love this app!

New sand club member... went for my first trip... everything ok my list was on sale... plus got even more of with scan n go... and paid and left without having to stand in line. best shipping experience ive had in a long time.... only complaint was the layout was a bit odd... made finding some specific things a little awkward... but otherwise...9.8 out of 10... will DEFINITELY be back!

Really makes shopping more bearable. The scan and go is good, but lately, on the s24 ultra, it is choosing the wrong camera. The camera can not focus on the barcode. The cafe option rarely has the full pizza option. And lately, the notification logs me out, but if I closed them, it let's me directly in like it's supposed to, so I'm not sure what is happening.
