Subscription Details
New subscribers will have access to a free trial at the time of sign-up. Users who don’t wish to continue their membership past the trial should cancel before the seven days are up so they aren’t charged.
• At each renewal date (whether monthly or annually), your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee. If you’d prefer not to be automatically charged, just head to your Account Settings and turn off ‘Auto Renew’.

Amazing app! Both my 3 and 7 year old enjoy playing it. They love when there are new games added. Subscription can be pricey but I got it when it was discounted and if you think of all the games you have access to, it really makes it worth it. Great customer service as well. During a recent issue when the app wasn't working properly (which has only happened once in the year I've been subscribed), customer service responded promptly and got the issue resolved as quickly as possible. 👍👍

When I tried to do free for a month, it let me do SOME of the games, but not ALL of them. And I think I HAVE TO do the 6.99 one.

My 4yo loves playing, and talks so much as he plays. We have a lot of fun playing together. We love the trains, and the crab in the castle always makes us giggle.

Best kid game I've come across, so good that I even subscribed. My 2 and 3 year old play with ease....Want to expand and make more money Sago make a cartoon series and figures lol

I would of given you 5 stars for this app but I'm pretty annoyed I paid for the full app Then had to download all the games on wifi which was SO SLOW didn't even get the option to use mobile data now there all UN downloaded and i have to re do it. I'm not impressed at all

So i don't want to buy the full version of it so i redounload it every day and i regret the free trial LIKE YOU ONLY GET 24 HRS AND THE OTHER GAMES SUCH AS DAYCARE HAVE A 6 DAY FREE TRIAL LIKE THAT IS UNFAIR SO IF YOU READ THIS DONT DOUNLOAD IT

Worst customer service &refund policy ever. Ive had my account for over a year now. I paid for this month with an expired card. So I got my updated card &paid and resubscribed. Got my receipt from Google Play &sago mini saying thank u for ur payment. Afterwards it wouldn't allow me to login& kept saying that I don't have an account and to create one. So I contacted customer service and they were very unhelpful. Customer service kept claiming that I also didn't have an acct& WONT REUND ME my $

I regret trying the piknik bundle. I used to only be subscribed to this app only, for like 7 dollars a month. Tried the bundle and my daughter didn't like the other games, only wants to play this one. So I canceled the bundle and tried to just subscribe to this app only again and it won't let me without doing the whole bundle. Sorry but I'm not paying an extra $3 a month for a bundle when my daughter only wants this one app, and now she's disappointed cause this app was her favorite. Stupid!

Why Play Piknik did this? It had many games but now it only has 5 games. Please separate the games again or we could not get a lot of fun.

We have this app for a few years now. At age 7, my kid is still interested in sago mini activities and games. We have almost all the boxes from their subscription boxes. Too bad those are not available anymore. Amazing work put by the team in all the details. It's fun and engaging for both parents and kids. And it's a KIND game. The game that will keep your kid a kid. Recommend getting the subscription.

Since the recent update it has been impossible to install any games. The moment you hit the download button the screen becomes unresponsive. The app is broken and is only able to provide the most basic features. I have the paid version of the app. I have followed the instructions on the Piknik website, including uninstalling the app and trying it on other devices; it wont work on a Samsung Tab5, Tab8+, Galaxy S20+, and a Galaxy S23 Ultra. The same issues exists on all devices.

I HATE THIS GAME. Lemmie explain. So, last time I installed this, for my lil sis, I mean, while the free trial ended, the games were ALL without caracters, the games unlocked. Then, she intalled it AGAIN and the free trial ended. But THIS TIME we only have ONE GAME unlocked! If I could, I would give it a ONE STAR. My dad (pays for EVERYTHING) cant afford it, while paying for the house, car, food, electronics, EXT.! So just take the stupid trial away! If you read this, do NOT install this game!

This app is perfect for young kids and kids with special needs. It has so many different interactive options and worlds to choose from. It's very easy to navigate and what I love the most is it is connected to your email so you can add it to as many devices as you need to without having to pay for extra subscriptions. Also love that the content changes often. It does require a lot of space but you can pick what you want to add or remove. We also have Sago Mini School app and ❤ it!

My ASD daughter absolutely loves this app! There is so much to explore and she absolutely loves the "open sandbox" platform and delights when she discovers something new within one of the worlds. There are a variety of different worlds and characters to choose from, so none of the content ever seems stale to her. I love it because it creates an opportunity for me to encourage spontaneous dialogue with her and engaging her to interact and speak with me and let me into her world. I had an issue accessing some of the games after a few days - my free trial had expired and there was some delay in my subscription updating. I contacted the support personnel and received a response same day with an apology and resolution to my issue! While the cost of the app is higher than any I have paid for before, the option I chose was annual and TOTALLY worth it for the amount of content you are getting and the interaction opportunities it is creating for me with my daughter. World class product and service, I would more stars if I could!

I paid for a subscription but not able to create an account. Have a guest account but cannot update unless I update email and password and can't do that because the app says it can't connect. 2 stars until fixed. *edit* Contacted customer service through the app and they were very prompt in responding. Very helpful and was able to get this resolved in 2 days. Leaving original review for anyone who may run into the same problem. 5 stars. Daughter loves it.

My daughter absolutely loves this app! She can play it for hours. Only problem I have, (every single month) is when the automatic payment goes through, it doesn't reflect on the account for a day or 2, so all her mini games are locked and I sometimes have to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times. It really is annoying. If she didn't love it so much, I would have canceled a long time ago, with how much trouble it gives me once a month. Please fix that issue.
