DO NOT USE THIS WALLET!! All my crypto was drained right in front of me by a hacker. I have his info, but doubt safepal will reimburse me. Has something to do with being able to look at other users wallets which is an option within the wallet. They say you can't transfer the funds, THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE!!! DO NOT USE SAFEPAL FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO MONEY

There is ALWAYS a reason NOT to pay you. And, to make further payments. Of course they are plausible but in the end there is always another request. I am on number 6 now. And I have decided to stop. Normally if someone owes you money you just pay them. With crypto it is different. They make it as difficult and complicated as possible. Today's top tip? Don't get involved. They replied to this review in a positive way. When I took them up on their offer it was sadly lacking.

Core functionality isn't even functional anymore. The wallet keeps prompting for confirmation. After confirming, it just stays on the same confirmation popup screen and nothing happens. The wallet has become worse with every update and it has finally become non-operable. Amazing

Safe pal is user friendly. It's also a cash app and USDT wallet. Very convenient to new users with no experience.

Wallet and app is okay. The main problem is we can't swap BTC to any other coin without KYC. Kindly collaborate with thorchain Dex. It leads me to buy an new hardware wallet - LEDGER

I deposit 20$ in safepal app and after few seconds it disappears and when I see transaction history i found that all the assets have transfered to unknown wallet address automatically

Great app, just wish it had support for more layer 1 tokens such as SEI, Algorand, Hedera, ICP and Cosmos. And no support for Avalanche NFTs? Otherwise supports pretty much everything else.

Hi, I was using this app but got stuck and not able to open. Is there a way to read safepal data that is located on mobile? Unfortunately, safepal team also not able to help. Is it possible to repair safepal / it's data? Any help is really appreciated.

App is very good but here problem is that is when I sign up in Dapps i unable edit my login id, username, gmail, etc. This is what the problem so ensure you update this in your app

The best Wallet App I ever used. ❤ the user friendly UI and the options it has. I do have and used the TW but I prefer SafePal more than any other. Hope to see more developments in future. Kudos to the team behind the app.

Scaming app. A transaction was made without my knowledge and all my account balance was transferred to another account that I don't know. I called the customer center as well as support, no one answered when I explained the problem to them. Im wondering how is Google play store allowed this app. That's because of trusting in Google play store I installed and used this app.

Everything seems to be working out all right for months then they forced me into a what they call Smart campaign. Where I had to put in 10,000. I didn't ask for it I didn't want it. I didn't even have $10,000 to start this campaign. I only had a little over $4,000. They took away my access to my money supposedly for 60 days. I didn't even know right away I went to go pull out money and found out my account was locked up. I wasn't going to get my money back so this is a scam scam scam scam scam.

The best wallet app for me. I've been using this for 2 years now & I have never experienced any problem. One of the features that I like in safepal is the integration of third party mini app exchanges like Binance, MEXC, Bitget, etc. For those who can't access Binance app due to restriction, now you can access it via Safepal wallet.😊

I give 5 stars and I haven't had any problems so far, but I would really like to add the high-risk address scanning item (like trust wallet and better that) to the wallet as soon as possible! To avoid sending or receiving crypto from high-risk addresses and working more and more on the procedure of this item....

I use to rate this 5 stars. But will stay at 2 until the new current issue is fixed. The Solana issue has been fixed. Thank you! But i still can not upgrade my s1 pro! Dragging the .bin file is not accepted to any file or connected device (S1 Pro). It actually freezes up the pc momentarily when it happens. I'm using windows 11 version 23h2. Tried to update it on 2 other pc's with different windows versions as well with the same result. Please fix this!

I upgraded to this wallet from Trust wallet and so far I am really impressed. It's fast and easy to use and has some great features. But there is no LN support yet so I'm a little disappointed about that. Also even though notifications are on I don't receive any about transactions or anything. Other than that it's great best I've used by far.
