Great app with sometimes buggy behaviour as you have to login with pin sometimes instead of Fingerprint. Also, the app is not supported for contactless payments (NFC) payment so you have to either get a Master Card or you can only use it as online transactions only. Wish they will include NFC payment only via app as you already have a virtual card.

This is a great app, but I would like to see some improvements. Specifically, I think it would be beneficial to have an update system in place that notifies me via SMS or email when I receive or withdraw money. Currently, there is no notification or update sent to my phone or email, which can be a security concern. I highly recommend adding this feature, as it would increase security and keep users informed about their transactions.

Sadapay was the stable, clutter free and fastest app as comparison to apps of all other banking and EMI service providers. But, from the last 1 month app takes time to load and sometime shows internet connection error. I have to close and open the app multiple times until that internet connection error resolves. I have a stable fiber optic internet connection, so I'm sure that there is no problem with my internet connection. Some of my friends are also complaining of login delays in app.

I have been using it for 5 months. At first ,my experience was good. Gradually ,sadapay is complexinh things : like you don't change you password on your own . The procedure is too complex, sometimes you don't get otp on your phone via SMS or call. Also it just keeps on getting stuck even after login and takes a long time to open . Kindly have a look on those issues and make it a user friendly app.

Great a good time.. I recently joined SadaPay, and it's been an absolute game-changer! Setting up my account was a breeze, and the app's user-friendly interface makes managing finances a joy. Although the app's interface is good n simple. But it lacks features like other apps for eg easypaisa n nayapay got tons of features. Hope SadaPay also add couple more features. (Edit:) I appreciate the response from the dev & I'm looking forward for the new features easing the user experience.

Being a regular user an overall a good experience with Team Sadapay, but like all the other service provider now when the brand is getting popular, different charges for interbank transfers have been applied(small but still noticeable), which will surely but sadlly increase time. Secondly would definitely give it a 5 star if the limit on the free withdrawal would be increased to about atleast 30k+ and also if the number of free withdrawals are not reduced for a minimum 3 times a month.

new review & suggestions:, first it is hard for me to reset pin i lost. Try both in app and agent help but all in vain. It remains same (asked me to enter pin) Today i casually put a pin that may nearer to or excetly same pin; it proceeded. Now it open. Thanks to holidays.. Team who try thier best to slove the problem. I really did not know how it worked and proceeded!! 👉👉 Plus suggesting adding website payment gateway, other thus i will like a alternative PayPal system in Pakistan 🇵🇰

It is reliable and easy to transfer and receive money. Highly recommended specially for people living abroad. The only problem is the 50K pkr receiving limit. Hope they can resolve the issue. Despite contacting and trying to increase my limit, it fails every time.

I have been using sadapay for a year now and my experience has been good. However, I recently updated the application and it won't launch now...it keeps on crashing, as I enter password, and I'm unable to login. Please address the issue

Great app! Really love the UI/UX as a developer myself. One thing that forced me to put 4 stars is that international transactions take a lot more time than what they should. Even dollar to rupees take 2 days which when compared to payoneer is very high.

Worst customer care service. My transaction amount is deducted from the account but not is not transferred to the beneficiary. And they took 30 hours to generate the Bank statement. And it's been 6 days the amount has not been transferred to my account or to beneficiary. They are just ignoring the client. I was regular user of SadaPay that's why I chose to transfer big amount thur it, and I was a fan of SadaPay a week ago. But no more!

I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. Whenever I fave a problem there is a solution available but in recent times I found Email team more efficient and helpful than the app team but overall the experience has been super great. Love the experience. Highly recommended for both local and international payments and all over great app 💞💞

The Sadapay app offers a sleek interface, which is commendable. However, it lacks a crucial feature - a real-time currency calculator. This omission has led to failed transactions for me due to price discrepancies. Adding a real-time currency converter would greatly enhance the user experience and prevent such issues. Looking forward to seeing this improvement implemented soon.

Excellent app, simple and clean interface, fast and reliable, just missing feature is that it should show your available balance every transaction screen, for example if I am topping up mobile or transferring money to someone my available balance should show on top left or right corner so we can decide how much we need to make this transaction instead remembering available balance. Otherwise its very good app for your daily use, highly recommend!

Edit: Okay the "See All" button for transaction history doesn't register clicks properly. Orig: This service was a lifesaver, when I was stuck with a tight flight schedule and my bank (as unreliable as banks usually are) cards non-extendable online transaction limit. A better bank card would take 10 days to receive, and that's where Sadapay's card came in. I still wish there was a higher cap on the balance (even with the business account) since one still can't pay for certain flights as it is.

Pathetic experience with SadaPay! I've been using it since last year. Yesterday, I opened the app for a transaction but found myself logged out. I assumed it was due to an update. When I tried to log back in, I received a "your account is temporarily restricted" message. Contacting customer support, I was told it was a bug that needs time to be fixed. I even emailed them, but after 24 hours, my account is still restricted.

Great app. Very easy, simple, and intuitive UI/UX. Efficient money transfer. Keep it up! Edit (Nov 8, 2023): There is no "Notifications" tab/page in the app. Whenever there is a push notification in the mobile from SadaPay, clicking on it lands the user on the homescreen of the app. The notification vanishes fron the mobile notifications and there is no notifications tab/page where we can check them. So, once it is gone, you can't check what was it about. It's a major bug in such a good app!

The attention to detail and practicality is wonderful! This app has both insights and passion fueling it, very few things in this world have both so definitely 5-stars! I hope they can maintain the quality overtime. Update 2: The app works fine, but has become a little sluggish in last few updates. Update 3: Alas, the quality is declining. I had to send money but it didn't work. I tried again, but nothing. So I paid in cash. Next day the kind person tells me I paid him 3 times.. -1 star.
