being attacked on the sacramento transit, busses & rails alike. i get tortured on these busses, phydically attacked, blowung my BRAINS OUT with Nuetons, it is pure torture, oh i also found out that they have stops that are located in sac. & w. sac. located ON MY PROPERTY, that has been developed without my knowledge or consent, yes the cities, counties, & The State of Ca. building on my property, the state, county, city(w. sac included) has bus stops, garbage pick up, SMUD supplying electricity

Trip planner will not Ok on Android. Arrival times not 5,15,38 minutes ,refresh back,cannot log in

Excellent. Helps to minimize anxiety as you know when bus is arriving. Busses are on time majority of the time.

Bus drivers keep not turning on their gps so when you look at the map you wont even see the busses. Whats the point if they going to do this.

pretty awful, doesn't show stops unless searched for and crashes when searched.

it's ok about half of the time but sometimes is just way off. especially the real time map. telling me the bus has already left, showing buses that aren't there, etc. it's quite frustrating.

It's exactly like their website version but is easier in my opinion. The bus tracker option works great and works perfectly as intended.

Doesn't even work. opens to a blank white screen. no maps, text, nothing. what a waste of space on my phone.

This app is no longer required to access the SaC RT/zip pass apps to navigate the authenticator app and althought it is informative information its doesnt navigate smoothly. I found it challenging to get to mostly not to dismiss the format it is currenyly in oct 25,2023.

A garbage public transportation company has a garbage app....color me surprised. UI is god awful, if it even works. Google Maps plans my route better than this app does. Why is finding the light rail schedule so difficult? SacRT has been awful for almost 20 years now. I took a trip to Seattle and witnessed what a working public transportation system looked like and I wept.

This app can sometimes be helpful but alot of the times is inaccurate. Often I miss my stops USEING this app, not to mention most of the time it's incredibly hard to open. Sometimes can be a saver on time but it's just best to use Google maps as an more accurate map.

Great App if you know what number your stop is. Also, the real-time map could be improved. Currently it appears to have been created by school children with it's big bouncing bus icons and general silliness. That being down for the record, I'd like to add the utter ridiculousness associated with the 1 Sunrise line has prompted me to purchase a car. Goodbye errant drivers who simply can't see four people at a stop after 7pm. It happens often !

A near useless app. A SacRT representative said the minutes countdown feature only counts down to the scheduled arrival not actual (how unhelpful). I just waited for my preferred bus. it didn't appear anywhere close by on the map. After giving up, walking away, the bus comes rolling by.
