Useless. Designed to keep track of credit spendings but never shows transactions list. Online transactions also get hold and no notice when being processed through.

hmm.... i have faced bad experience with this app. my information at the bank is totally correct but the app shown mismatch information. secondly, i've received a lots of unable to access server for the first installation. please fix them asap. then, i will re-visit and update my rating.

this must be the worst banking app i've ever used, the loading time taking too long you guys, sometimes i feel it's kinda buggy, can you guy make it better ?

The worst app, when I changed my phone, I could logged in fine with all the authentication but after that I could not make any payment because I have to come to the bank to do so. Again do not use their service.

Zero or - 10 stars more accurate. App utterly useless. Won't open or show account details. Crashes that afternoon, after registering app. Simply don't open an account if you don't have to. Shop around.

The worst banking app I have used ever in my life. This app gave me so much unfriendly experience. I swear never use Sacombank again due to this bad app once I have finished all my finances plan here. Wish I can transfer to another bank.

The worst experience I've ever had with a banking app no joke, the info is misleading, the UI is confusing, some features are just there and can't be press on, and some feel like they don't work at all due to how they're displayed. What is this???

I can't log in to the application because my password is longer than the maximum length of the password box on the sign-in screen. Not sure how can you allow that to happen. You allow me to set the password of more than 15 characters but the sign-in screen only allows max 14 characters. Additionally, in the money transfer screen, the max length of the note box is also very limited, much smaller than needed. The other bank applications I ever tried don't have that short limit.

I updated the app and then all my bank cards are disconnected. Now I need to link one by one. Even the accounts for paying water, electricity, wifi, .... disappear already.

This app has always had small problems but, Now every time I log in I'm signed out of all my cards and need to sign up again every time, I'm getting tired of this bank I might have to change banks soon.
