It denied to open due to rooted device while my new Pixel 7 has just updated to Android 14. It has to be upgraded to be more smarter to catch up the rapid change of internet world.

It's very hard to open the application! It requires too much internet traffic! Sorry, but i can't give more score in comparison to another bank's applications!...p.s. Look at msb for a reference!...

Can't log in, long delay in bank transfer, disappeared transaction even though deduction text received without any sign of adding up back. Terrible experience

The app has continous problems , cannot log in via app. Only thru a laptop/pc. Have uninstalled and tried to reinstall but still doesnt work

App is quite bad. Cannot remember acc number. Option cells require user to scroll up or down instead of keywords. Require to provide branch of beneficiary bank, but limited option of branches' name. So I cannot do transfer money to my friend.

Terrible if you're a foreigner as the same rights don't apply. Passport is a must even if the TRC is your ID card which has been verified from the passport. The original must be present even after activation or change of new phone and so on.

I can't update this app. Once I update the app. I cannot open it anymore and it forces me to shutdown accessibility features.

The app doesn't do anything, it's just a copy of the website, so you might as well just open your web browser instead. However, there is one crucial difference, I cannot login on the app. Like other users mentioned, this negates any usefulness of the app

The App thinks my phone is rooted or jailbroken. I've not done either, so it's quite frustrating, there seems to be no way to rectify this, even with multiple installs and clearing cache

ANNOYING. I called customer service many times just to RESET PASSWORD. It took a lot of money and time just to call their hotline number to fix this problem. Agents just passed me from one to another. HORRIBLE. I called before and it took only 5 minutes. Then now, it's been an hour or so! They either hung up on me or put me on hold for too long!!!

This Not an App. This is a TERRIBLE DISASTER for your phone!! It forces you to turn off all accessibility settings for all your other phone apps. Only in Sacombank I saw a primitive online banking app like this in all over the world! They say it is for security. But rest of the world (except you) can provide security WITHOUT BLOCKING ALL OTHER APPS on the phone! Your technical level is on the ground,maybe underground.Shame on you! If you cannot be able to do this job then DO NOT DO IT SACOMBANK!

I have no idea why all of a sudden it decided that the accessibility menu on my phone is on, which is NOT, and due to this excuse I can not run the application, it just refuses to open the app saying that I need to turn off the accessibility feature on my phone settings. What does that even mean, how are they related first of all, and the second how it can give me that excuse when the accessibility feature on my phone is OFF 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ VERY DISAPPOINTED

The app just suddenly stopped working after upgrading to Android 14 (it says my phone is rooted, it isn't). Please deal with it ASAP. Edit: I have reinstalled the app and nothing has changed. This is a brand new phone and I double checked - it hasn't been rooted. Now, I have no access to my banking app. Please fix it or suggest a solution.

Since today's update the app isn't working on Android 14 AGAIN. Upon start up it incorrectly identifies my phone as being 'rooted'. This is the second time in a few months that an update to this App has caused this same issue!! So unreliable! UPDATE 15/04/2024 The App just updated and is now fixed.

Very inferior app compared to other Vietnamese banking apps. For instance: 1. It's so complicated and difficult to navigate to the QR code generator/scanner. It should be easily accessible from the main page. Check SHB and see how much better. 2. The engineers fail to test updates often for Android and pixel phones making the app unusuable to long stretches. 3. The transaction history is terrible and only gives a snapshot. It's impossible to see details of the transactions. Please fix!
