This app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate around. The most interesting thing about this app is that I'm able to do skin assessment to understand my skin better and also the product recommendations based on my conditions. The ingredients of each individual product are clearly stated, too.

This is a WOW app. In just 1-2 minutes, I complete the quiz and my skin assessment is out. The result is quite precise! They also recommend a personalized skincare that just works for me. Great app for skin analysis! I firstly install this +SABI AI skincare I thought it just a normal skincare app but surprisingly I really love this app. It very easy to use and user-friendly. It can analize my skin current condition and it provide a recommendatiom on the suitable for my skin. This app allows users to more comprehensively understand and manage their skin condition. Now I no need to go to a facial centre to determine my skin type and condition. This is life and money saver for me.

So many issues with this app. can't leave the treatment going in the background and do other things or it hangs. hangs when trying to do hydration check. ive done about 20 treatments and only 4 are logged because thats how often it hangs. fix it please. spent $300 on an appliance and cant use it properly due to this app.

A user friendly app that provides a customised skincare regime based on a skincare analysis, backed by science. Truely remarkable and saves time as you are able to do this from anywhere you are! Lovely app that i got to know from my girlfriends. All i need is to follow the step to complete the quiz and my skin assessment is out. Pretty accurate i must say. They also recommended on the skincare routine for my skin type. Super impressive by this AI tool. Need to know more about your skin condition, you ought to try this out yourself!

Got +SABI AI for their loyalty program and skincare tips, and I'm getting so much more out of it. I'm able to have a skin assessment in a couple minutes from the comfort at home, and also product recommendation based on my skin concern. Also, I can take my daily activities, habit, environment into consideration on how to have a better overall wellness.

I did like some features of this app, like it gives you a skin score with areas it assess like skin barrier, clear skin, & more. And I really liked the skin identity check questions and the report seems to be accurate, but the suggestions they give for what your skin needs to correct problem areas are just their products that they can conveniently put right into your cart for purchase. I need help with learning how to help my skin, not more sales pitches. Also needs to use sides of face pics.

At first, i thought the timer screen need to be on the screen at all times in order to count down properly. When i browsed away from the timer page, it will hang and stop counting down. Now its even worst. The device off itself around the 5mins mark and i counted choose i want to continue the treatment on the app.

Failed to log in using existing Skin, inc. credentials (I double checked the pw twice). Tried to launch the app again and it gets stuck on loading screen. Won't be using this after all. Edit: developer was quick to resolve the issue. I was able to log in but the 72% off sale promised in the email did not exist.

This is the first class of 360 wellness and skin health coach app that I've ever used and I am so impressed with the functions. With the customized SkinID check recommendation, I have understood more about my skin health, my wellness and can't wait to see the result of the 'new me'. You could get points too right after you're registered and it will increase more depending on the activity that you have performed. I would highly recommend you to download this amazing app. I ♥️ it!

I don't rate apps poorly often, but this one is particularly garbage. First problem, it asks for social details and requires an account. Then it won't continue until you login as guest. It requires precise location services and won't do anything useful until it is granted, I don't share that kind of information with anyone, finally the device won't bt pair with any of the three phones I have. Avoid this product. Good yt reviews but absolutely horrendous app, beauty companies doing tech suck.

With so many products available, it can get confusing which products are suitable. So I'm glad that +SABI AI has a skin analysis survey and recommends products that targets my skin problems. Easy to use interface. The Serum booster shot - Detox is an interesting "serum". The mini capsules burst upon rubbing on my skin. Blends easily and gets absorbed really well.

Tried to do hydration test and it seemed to hang. I put the device to my face and held it there for more than 10min while it says 'Measuring'. In the end, the device timed out and switched off and I still didn't get any result. Not sure if I'm doing it wrongly. It would be great if the app can include links to how-to videos. Also the neck scan seems to give me contradictory results. It says my skin health is 32% and needs improvement, but everything else is off the charts and above 60%?!

Doesn't work well. Keeps logging out. And it just shows the loading icon when I try to upload my face selfie. Not giving it one star because it successfully connects with the Sabi device (I can check my hydration level but there's no explanation on what the number means). No point of the app when I can control the device without it and can't get the added value of the skin analysis.

Used for a few weeks until one day the app decided to ask for registration again before I can use device. Got stuck at the upload receipt part where I've given all permissions but the app tells me I have not. Also, previously when it worked, I have to stay within the app else when I come back to it, the countdown stops.
