Ever since the latest update, the app has been going downhill. The worst user experience ever so far. The app keeps stuttering and it has ultra delay in response. I can't even pay my bills without having to wait 5 mins for the screen to finish loading. Everytime an update is released, I get my hopes up that the issue will be resolved but unfortunately I keep getting disappointed.

System is very uncomfortable. It requires sms to open the app. And I don't receive sms often. There should be alternative ways (like via email or face recognition). Everything is too complicated (maybe for security). Also when I am abroad I cannot make any operations with SABB, system blocks all operations without my permission. I couldn't call them even with Skype, tried all ways. Virtual assistant is useless. There should be alternative ways to connect/chat with an operator.

After a very long time, Sabb finally brought a usable mobile app. However, every now and then it develops some issue. For example, over the past few weeks or so, it wasn't possible to scroll. Luckily, they finally fixed it. Also, when entering text or numbers, most of the times, the text box gets hidden from the user and one has to scroll to see what one is entering in the box. This is very annoying.

My mobile showing message to update sabb bank application, once I did by uninstalling, the message appeared while applying installation, this phone is not compatible for application, what goes wrong. I have Samsung device

App is mediocre at its best. It does the job, but the user experience is terrible. The app is very laggy and gives you the feeling something has gone wrong, is going wrong, or will go wrong. Also, most important of all, why on earth does it not have a refresh option?! Either by dragging the screen down or by pressing a dedicated button. Currently, to observe any new changes on balances or transactions, you need to log out and back in again! This is primitive!

The app is a good upgrade from the previous version. I like this one a lot because they make things easier and more seemless. That being said, there is an obvious caveat. That is the app is slow, really slow. And that's because of its animations. I think it's an overkill, adds a lot of delay and makes you feel your running a very slow phone. I hope you can fix this minor issue and keep improving as always.

Very poor service. Once if u miss to update ur information, then from last one week I tried to update my information but they not accept. If u are in such place or travelling then they will block account and u will begging for own money. So keep away from this bank. Now I will close my account once open to transfer my balance.

When making international transfer the field for beneficiary email is not working. This is making transfer impossible for international as the field is mandatory. Please fix, it happened just after foundation day update. I can't use the app anymore. Please fix urgently

UPDATE 6.1.2025: app keeps crashing upon logging in Update 29.9.24: my credit card was taken by the ATM machine. I am unable to get a replacement via the app, because asking me for an expiry date which i dont have. And it was a whirlwind to call support 7-8 times to either apply or talk to a human. Finally i was able to talk to a human, they told me to use the app and apply! Useless! And here i am trying to find another human who can help or find the option to do it online but not available!

Ugliest, most glitchy banking app ever Absolutely disappointing! In an era where other banking apps are smooth, fast, and user-friendly, this one feels like a relic from the past. It’s painfully slow, constantly crashes, and makes even basic tasks a nightmare. A serious upgrade is overdue!

whenever you transfer any amount from SAB credit card to stc pay , it is charging you 80 Riyals without sending an SMS notification each time about these charges per transaction , it is cheating as for a long time I was not aware of it, I believe SAMA should take action on it.

Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable App I’ve had the worst experience with the SABB app. The mobile banking app won’t let me log in, no matter what I try. I’ve been calling customer support all day, and no one is picking up. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I need access to my account urgently. A banking app should be reliable, and customer support should be responsive—SABB fails at both. I do not recommend this app at all!

The app is generally ok, two major problems though: 1. Fingerprint/Biometric fast login is confusing as it is hidden under the quick pin settings while there is a separate TouchID option which requires a password on login. 2. Constant loading animation (bank logo), most modern apps have stopped doing this and instead use progressive loading using UI placeholders rather than blocking the whole screen. Minor problems include inconsistent UX across the app.

It was utterly frustrating when I tried to activate my Visa Card as it has taken almost 6 attempts, and each time, the automatic recorded call asks me to press 1 to activate the card, then it informs that it's active, but on the app the card status always shows inactive. After a month or so, when tried again, suddenly, it worked !!! Another thing, until now, I can't update my info as after filling all the required fields, it returns an error message that there is a technical issue. BR,
