It is impossible to change the ticket when bought. There is too much irrelevant information on the screen while relevant gets lost.

Great app, very useful for traveling by train with no extra fees Some issues with Google pay and Samsung pay, you probably want to look into it.

It gives an error when I enter my passport number on the site. He says it must be 9 digit and its already 9 digits, but he doesn't accept it, I can't buy my ticket.

Hanging always and error Based on your respond. I Uninstaller the app, then install again. Connected to wifi and still your app doesn't work App doesn't allow me to book. Not working

The app does not allow you to enter passport numbers that contain letters, and without entering your passport details you cannot purchase a ticket. Absolutely useless.

I can't input my international passport number because it contains 2 alphabets and 7 digits. The input field only allows 9 digits, they don't accept letters. I can't proceed!

As a foreigner, I am thankful 🙏 for your best train booking ticket application even in the whole world. Good management , very kind and responsible stiwards, ontime transportation and so on , everything is perfect , thank you РЖД managers and the application developer.

The app is good, though it still can't see the passengers you have entered on the official site which is ridiculous. I guess, the passengers list is stored locally - the 80th level of security from RZD ;)

First time login is bugged. App kept saying that data was entered incorrectly when agreeing to terms and conditions despite checking all the boxes. After logging in through website once the app works ok

It's not opening even I updated the app...when I open the app,app screen just stuck in loading privacy policy and Don't move further...every time it shows the network problem but I have good network...still the app is not opening

Very convenient app. The names of the places in english is just teribbly wrong sometimes. These are the examples I noticed. (In brackets is how I found it on the app): Nizhny Bestyakh (Nizhniy Bestiakh) Khabarovsk (HABAROVSK) Yakutsk (Iakutsk) These spellings are how I usually find it on maps. It could also help if, for example "якутск речной вокзал" is added in english as "Yakutsk river station" instead of transliterated as "Iakutsk pechn".

Nice app. But, like your website, it seems that not all part of this app are translated into English. Some parts like train names etc are still in Cyrilic writing. It would be nice if you translate it into English/Latin scripts

Need to add different document types when registering. Currently only accepts Russian passport, birth certificate, military document. The site version accepts other documents like foreign passport and resident permit, so it is clearly an issue with the app

It's 2021 and the app does not sync passenger data with the website?! This is ridiculous. Am I supposed to enter the passenger data on my phone as well? What for? You already have it, give it to my app. Literally every other app for tickets has this functionality!

Doesn't work. When I start the app, it asks to accept license agreement before proceed, but it just never loads like it doesn't have Internet connection.

I used a year ago, everything worked flawlessly. Now, I can't even accept the license agreement, it doesn't let me to do so. Could someone shed some light on the issue?

Well, I would say 3/5. 0. No tickets without log-in... 1. It's required to enter full info to buy s-bahn tickets. What's for? UPD: ok, ELECTRONIC, but for urban trains... Meh... 2. It's simply impossible to buy tickets for 2 person at the same time. Look, guys, it's your process, not my pain. 3. I would strongly recommend to investigate SBB app for Swiss railways. How it's much easier to buy tickets, especially for a group. 4. What's about a small (5-10%) price reduction for app users?

As Pavel has already pointed out this app will not accept foreign Passport Numbers. I tried with my passport number, I tried with country passport code GBR and my passport number, I tried scanning my passport with the built-in option and got a prompt stating it was not a Russian Passport. At the stage where I enter all my document details and select them I get the message 'The document does not correspond to the specified age or tariff' of course all my details are correct. Oh, and I tried it with with language interface in English and Russian. A shame as I would use it if I was able to actually purchase a ticket.

Frustrating experience. I didn't find an option to buy two tickets simultaneously. Have to book one ticket, then go back to search, then buy another ticket (hoping noone bought the sit next to the first one). Also I had passengers saved in my RZhD account on the website. Somehow although I logged on to my account in this app, my saved passengers didn't showup. I had to save their passport details once again. So frustrating... I'm not even talking on how difficult it is to log in to РЖД website..

Disgusting App's translation to the English, and mostly no translation to the Chinese. Numerous service names in boxes are not translated. The biggest problem that it's impossible to buy a junior ticket otherwise than to switch to the Russian. Absolutely unclear what does it mean the fare Full, Single or Regular Non-refundable unless you switch to the Russian. Such a poor translation of the most important transportation service sets negative feedback. Hire professionals to do the work.
