I booked 2 months ago was all nice and easy ,last update is a big mess !! Not clear at all , after choosing the luggage, it is not understandable,they won't allow to continue,keep asking to mark down a luggage even if you already did in the previous screen. At the check in when I pressed that I wanted to take on board a bag pack ,a warning message appeared like I had to pay more ,not clear again . I had to start and restart over and over .I was fuming

If you're travelling with a child under 16 years of age it let's you reserve seats for them in the emergency exit seats... which is something that's not allowed by policy. Also, the way it resets information is atrocious... if you change apps to get some information, then you have to input everything again... great. Low-cost company, low-cost app, you're better off not traveling than using their services.

App as per with Ryanair makes it as difficult as possible to get on the flight without incurring an extra charge, be careful checking in. You get one chance to do it correctly or they will charge you at the airport to change a digit error. The app itself works well and I managed to check-in without incurring additional costs despite the companies best efforts.

Worst carrier company in the world! I have more than 1k flights, but this was the worst customer experience ever including this app. No support, no qualitative customer service, after canceling the flight, company left us with two children in the middle of the night with no option to re-book, no offer for hotel to overnight (eventhhough some customers were prioritised), extremely unprofessional and the worst customer experience ever. App is totally unusefull in such situation. Not to reccomend!!

Only 1 star as no 0 star poss. Horible, bought tickets and parking in the ryanir app. After a week they canceled one of the flights, so I had to cancel the journey with them and bought tickets from a different airport and different airliner. When I asked for cancelation and refund they only gave me back the money for tickets, for parking they said I have to contact the parking. Contacted parking and was sent back to ryanair because I booked parking in their app. Ended up losing 104 £ parking.

Terrible service. Ryanair recently decided that traveler should wait for two queues in Fiumicino, Rome. The first is needed in order to weight the luggages. Additionally, both the app and internet are needed. Got there enough time early, but app was not working and therefore missed the flight. Booked a new flight but they lost my luggage inside the airport. Managed to take the second flight just in time. Shame on you Ryanair, shame on you!

Some times I feel awkward to see the options you offer to buy this and that, instead you include in the ticket price for the seat, and luggage etc. I feel this would be better for a passenger to travel tension free. Using app Is very very good experience and very very helpfull.

What's gone wrong? The app used to work perfectly, you could browse, book, and check in. But in the last couple of days, I can't even browse flights. Put in all the options when, where from & to, and just get an 'Oops there's a problem try again' which repeats on each try. Have given up & will book elsewhere.

Check in could be better. There were no help buttons for anyone who was checking in for the first time. My husband usually checks us in, but I had to do it this time and I had no idea what the "Document Number" was. After adding passport details it takes you to the luggage page. It does NOT say "Would you like to add additional luggage?" I was convinced I had already paid for my luggage. Now I'm stressed that I'll have to pay €100's extra for luggage I thought I was already paid for!

Twice now the app has shown an error when trying to check in the morning of my flight. The first time I didn't have time to check in online and had to pay €60 at the airport and they didn't care about the print screens not working. Ryanair customer services ignored my emails too. Same just happened again. Luckily managed to log in on time on a browser. You can't charge €60 for not using your app if the app doesn't work!

There is no chance to modify reservations if you don't need extra bag anymore. It is only available if you want to pay more... Customer service is a joke, feels like the app itself tries to hide where to reach out. When you find it, simply no answer. This app perfectly exemplifies what is the problem with Ryanair.

Used a 3rd party app to pay for my flight. Turns out this app is too stupid to understand how to work around 3rd party apps when every other app can. I've used multiple apps that can accomodate to my legitimate purchase while this is the only one that can't. My guess is they do this on purpose to make money off of people. I was charged 55 euros because I couldn't check in (had the correct reference number wrong email APPARENTLY). I tried their "contact us" option and I couldn't even access it.

Awful app tries to up sell you 4 ways, 4 times for each flight. Impossible to go back without losing data during check-in. Tries to get you to check in for your return flight but then won't let you without purchasing a seat selection. Then when you go back you have to start all over again for both flights. Absolute garbage.

Literally the worst design ive ever seen in an app . any time you change apps it completely deletes any flight you were in the middle of planning , but wait it gets better when trying to pay with pay pal you have to confirm the payment in 1 of 3 different ways . any of the ways you choose completely restarts everything because its another window/app Fire who ever runs this app

Lags. lots of gotchas to take your money Doesn't load when you need it to The "extras" button doesn't work, so I'm sitting at the airport unable to redeem my bus ticket. Btw, don't ever do this because you have to print it, and the bus fare is the same if you just buy on-demand. It is also easier too. Ryanair doesn't let you check in for a free i-dont-care seat until a specific window before the flight. Then if you fail to check in, they will charge you 55 pounds. Also if you miss or no-shows

Cheap flights, but you get what you pay for. Check in through the app has to be done 24hrs in advance (the app frequently crashes when trying to do this), or they ask you to pay to check in when you get there. I also purchased parking through the app, but it does not provide a location for the service. The temperature in flight was very hot and uncomfortable even with the vents open...during the winter. Good enough for a short flight, but I wouldn't travel too far with Ryanair.

I've used Ryanair for many flights now. The app was a great tool until it wasn't. On our flight out of Budapest, we were delayed for over 6 hours (5 on the plane). I kept getting about out of date emails with new departure times, and the email said to use the app. I have the app, and absolutely 0 information about my delayed flight could be found on the app for my booking. It's absolutely terrible. The one time I needed it, it failed miserably.

CAUTION!!! Absolutely the worst app I have ever used! Ryanair tells you you have to download the app to check in. Then you must choose a luggage option. If you have already paid for a luggage option in advance, they charge you a second time because you cannot go to the check-in page without choosing an option - ONCE AGAIN, even if it was the option you already paid for!! I was charged both directions and ended up paying an additional $184 for a flight that originally cost $293!!!

It took me over two hours to sign up with a new account. It took over 20 takes of the passport photo to be recognized. And 5 tries to take my photo! Turn left, turn right, smile, close your eye, etc etc. Ridiculous at the power of 3. Cubed! And not to mention the fact that first I tried to do it from my PC and gave up. So I had to install another application on my phone. Then struggle two hours. Well, let's see my first upcoming flight experience with Ryan Air.

This app/airline is an awful confusing mess. Why can't you just screenshot the ticket, why are you scanning qr codes at bag drop and giving the app more permissions, instead of it scanning your qr code there? Somehow, I have two accounts with the same email (because of FB login), but the FB one doesn't work, just successfully logs me into the app without error... But doesn't actually log me in. The whole thing is an amateur hour sh*tshow, along with their website. Nickel and dime you too.
