Love this game. Storyline and graphics enhance the basic match 3 game. Plenty of chances to continue playing if you use all the moves with each game by watching an ad. Most are games in the Playstore. However I have trouble returning to the game after watching the ad. Those same ads play in other games & I don't experience the loop that either returns directly to the viewed ad OR to the game in the Playstore. I have to exit the game. It returns to before the ad. Otherwise it would be 5 stars

I like the game but the tutorial does not tell you all you need to fulfill quest. Just wanted you to know I really like the idea for a treasure hunt type game but wish I could take a more relaxed version so I could explore everywhere on the map and find all the objects. thanks for listening.I like the new choices now for game play. But the last time I played on move number mode it froze up and I couldn't get a renewal amount of plays like the last several times.Hope it was just a good up.

It's and interesting game but have to uninstall. The ads are too pervasive popping up after each completed level and too many of them have no X to close but takes you straight to playstore install page for whatever app is advertised. You can't back out and return to this game, you have to close it entirely and relaunch runefall in order to play one more level then repeat the process again.

This is a great matching game. The story has its humour and keeps it short and sweet each break between levels. The visuals are very nice. I like the way the play area moves depending on your move direction. A mini map available for you helps to 100% complete the levels. All in all this is a wonderful game and definitely worth having a go.

I'm on my second day playing. So far, so good. Words are really small though, so I'm having some troubles with rules of the game. And what the goal is for that level. UPDATE- im @ couple weeks in & still like it. Wish clues- or side puzzles/challenges- were offered to assist in travelling the map area to achieve goals as opposed to ads for extra moves. At least there's variety with the ads. Love the graphics & extra puzzle challenges!

This game actually puts your thinker to the test. Super fun and fanciful. So the story line is told like a bed time story, with only the voice of the narrator. The town map is upgraded as you collect materials. The match puzzles are great. There is a move counter. So far I have not had to pay real money to progress. There are mini puzzle games that are quite challenging.

This should be a great game. This is the 2nd time I downloaded it and it's the same issue that caused me to uninstall it as the last time. The instructions, dialog, etc. is too small (even with a screen over 6" I need a magnifying glass to read it), and the automatic forwarding is too fast (even as a moderately fast reader). This game may work on a tablet, but not a phone.

I enjoyed it until I got into it and the levels started leaving me frustrated. I don't game to get frustrated...defeats the purpose. Trying too hard to make this a skill game when it's fine as it is at the start. Also, it wouldn't hurt to make the story/town more interactive. There is no choices for personalizing the town. All quests are gathering quests and predetermined. The story is like a book... nothing to do but turn the page. More options for making the game unique.

This is my 3rd time to start over from the beginning. When I changed phones, my progress wasn't saved. The 1st time, the kind folks at Tamalaki tried to get my progress back, but try as they might, even writing special code for me, it was never recovered. I love the game, so I just started over. It was fun, remembering the storyline, upgrades, etc, & I was actually glad to enjoy it all again. Now I changed phones again-- no progress. I didn't even bother Tamalaki, just started over again. ❤️

Love the game! It's a match 3 paradise, with loads of other puzzles and characters thrown in. I love that there are no ads, except for bonuses...but I need to say that the ads made by hyprmx are ridiculous! Not only having to go through several windows, but at least one of them having SO MANY graphics to load that the page has to spin for a while to load them all. If you can deal with this issue, it would most definitely be a 5 star game!!!

I posted a fantastic review yesterday and it's gone now. Oh, well! This is not your average match-3 game, and you'll see for yourself if you try it! It's challenging on every turn. One great feature is the separate volume controls for FX, music and voice. The voiceovers are all exquisitely done and lend themselves to making a great story! Well done, PlAycademy, for making such a great game! One feature I wish for is the ability to pan and zoom the village and its buildings.

I would rate this higher if not for the intrusive pop up ads. It has cute graphics, a decent story (so far, just started), and I enjoy the game play. Optional ads to get resources (which this game also has) are fine. There's a store but unfortunately it doesn't include option to remove ads. I will probably end up uninstalling soon due to the annoying interruption of game play.

Love the variety of challenges this game offers-not just match play, you have to explore the map, solve logic problems and build the city infrastructure. Awesome! Update - just upgraded with latest release and getting a problem with game freezing... screen does not respond at all please fix soon !! Update 5-16 - All the issues with app freezing have been resolved and I am back to fully loving this game!! Thanks for all the new perks and variety of mini challenges!!

*Awesome-Relaxing-Fun* *10/10* TRY IT! I've tried many different match 3 games over the years and I've never come across a game like this one. It's absolutely nothing like other match 3's, which are often near exact copies of one another,can be difficult to play without spending real money and tend to get boring pretty quickly.The voice acting and dialogue are well written and executed.The game play is smooth and the controls are easy to use. Good job,developers, keep it up!

Different from other match games out there, but has some flaws mainly not being able to move the camera, that's not a cute new feature, it's a hindrance, you waste more moves trying to see everything and plot your matches,the bombs are more like firecrackers, and the rewards for so much work are paltry, but you always get enough after each game to make one upgrade to the town, right now, it's okay but average.

Loved this game! Yes everything is too small to read but you can manage thru it. My problem is that I played thru to level 86 everything froze wih fireworks going off & Hedrick saying oh my you found all the runes. Does this mean the game ended? With everything frozen you can't move none of the buttons work & you have power off your phone to get off the screen. Very much a hassle & inconvenience. I hope it's not the end of the game. I uninstalled & reloaded to play again too see what happens. Pl

The game was really fun. However the tutorial that kept forcing you to click a button and not allowing you to move on unless you did was annoying. The thing that finally made me uninstall was that I kept getting yanked around the level every time I found an obstacle. If I have to use my limited moves to navigate and I get a bonus for clearing every tile then forcing me to use those moves to get back to a spot I was working on is not OK. Fix the issue and I will add four stars.

I'm a senior on a limited budget. It's why I play free games. Can't afford to buy gems, energy or whatever to keep playing The graphics & storyline are good, but I don't like the timer. I made it to lvl 6, but I can't pass it. The timer goes too fast to find what you need, when you don't know where you're going. If this game was like other similar games that give you the option of timer or no timer, I'd keep it. But, it doesn't have that option, so I'm going to uninstall. It's too stressful.

GREAT game ! ads very much tolerable, gameplay smooth, design-story-characters- relaxing scenic view i could enjoy forever. I am just confused, in this past month, when i leave in middle of a game & return to find my # of moves are gone as well as any progress i had made, to have to redo the level from beginning ?! On level 101-first massive map, 2/6 chests open-must redo all ! start to be annoying, please fix ? Thanx, 1 of the few great ones-good job devs ! Behaving now thanx again ☆☆☆☆☆

Love the music and the game but the game will not let you win unless you spend a lot of money or watch tons of commercials. Also they need to change up the graphics every three or 4 levels or at least add new ones. Gets a little boring. Hope they make some changes because I love the game. Also earn more bombs quicker after making several moves. Not just one.
