I love rummy world. I play every night before bed. It is the best game ever. I had a problem and they took care of it right away. Great customer service. Once you start, you'll be hooked. I can't wait to get home each night just to play. It is a fun, fast paced game. You get to play against people from all over the world. I know you'll love it just like me, once you start. I play till I can't keep my eyes open anymore, lol. Try it - you will love it as much as I do!

You don't even give complete instructions for how to play rummy using Your app. And you easily penalize and lecture without giving any options regarding timing (to time or not to time the game). More details and options could make Rummy World a fun app to use in my world.

Have been playing for over ten years on Facebook , and have credits that I bought, but can nolonger access the account. Seems they just want players through the App so they can bombard with adverts! Previously my favourite game to play :(

Coins go very quickly and requires either a purchase or waiting several hours for more in order to be able to play at all. Additionally the wild is used completely wrong in this version

The game crashes, and then fails to get you back on the same game being played, thereby requiring you more coins to play. It's a deliberate steal of your money. Don't buy coins, they will give you 18 every day. Accumulate and use, but don't buy unless you don't care about the developer taking your money up front.

The payouts are ridiculous. In Classic, 30-40 coins go in (depending on the # of players), but only 12 come out?! Where's the fun - or logic - in putting up 10 coins for a chance at winning TWO??? I've seen other apps take a 'cut' - like maybe 5-10%, but to keep (28 of 40 coins) SEVENTY PERCENT?!?! C'mon now.

Great game. Expensive even when you buy coins unless you win 80% of the games. Good short term, bad long term. Fix the coin distribution and I'm sure you will make more money then what your currently earning as more people will purchase coins if it's more affordable.

Game stopped and now it won't give me over 4000 tokens that I had bought that was lost. I have emailed twice but no response. Can only play in 1 room...others are locked. Treating me like a new player and I have played for many years and have bought tokens many times. What gives???

Great game. Lots of fun. I highly recommend it. One thing that keeps it from 5 stars though is that I wish it had a setting to play with people at your skill level. As a beginner it's a little frustrating to be going up against some of these people who are pros; especially when you only get to play so many games in a day, and they're wasted on a game that you're really not even a contender in.

I have just downloaded the app and it not functioning properly on my Samsung S10 Plus I am not sure if it has to do with compatibility but the screen shows the app half on the screen. I made a page/print so you can see what I mean, however I am not sure how to upload the picture.

No longer given the option to watch adds to gain credits has made this game no longer worthwhile. You only get 18 credits every 24 hours, I've spent real money on this game. Loved playing ot everyday. No longer worth it to spend money or only get 1/2 games a day with the 18 credits.

It's seems I can only sign in as guests as the application keeps having trouble starting and as well most days the application doesn't work. Kindly advice as I really did have an enjoyable experience. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you

I don't like that I cannot play with robots on my phone. However, when I had issues with the game locking up and lost credits because of it, you were very quick to address the problem and restore my credits (even more than I lost). Thank you for that.

I downloaded this app in 2017. Loved it. No issues, was PERFECT. In Sept, Oct of this year it started not crediting my coins on my in app purchases. I reached out to support a few times concerning the issue and still no credits for my purchases, which caused me to edit my positive review to a negative. If I had been patient with the support team. They were still deserving of my 5 star review. They did correct the issues and credit the coins to my account. My fave app. Thank you Rummy World ♥️♥️

They stealing your money!!!! Like theives!!!!!! The new version of the game makes you lose 30 coins each time you log in . It's like stealing your money and forcing you to purchase with your money whenever you're out of coins. Sent too many feedbacks on a daily basis and they keep ignoring all my notifications.

I would like to have an option to add players randomly in "play with friends" because if only one friend is connected sometimes is boring playing 1vs1 so with this change you can play 4 players including your friend. The game is great!!! I didn't have any problems, I really recommend it.

The game is too slow. Only stack 1 tile at a time and timer is too long. Doesn't give the option of 15 seconds and if the internet isn't connected you cannot play Pity. It looked like a nice alternative. Maybe if the developers made it quicker to stack tiles and anywhere? Can tiles snap to others? Not cool that tiles move to a specified place on board. 777 left and 1234 right. Leave it where it was placed, that way you can strategise better. Constant tips are annoying, can it be switched off?

Not sure what happened, but woke today and game completely gone from my S10 phone. Tried reinstall from Google Play Store and it won't complete installation. Never get to the OPEN button. Agree with other comments, game too slow, I rarely win, have no idea what the ticket and boosters are that you send to friends at bottom. 3 coins for ads are ridiculous. Sometimes completely skips my turn. And who are these rapid fire others on the game that always win. No thanks.

It gives 3 coins for watching the ads instead of giving 5 coins (really stupid!!). I can't even find 3 coins in my car or couch! All the games u play requires multiple of 5's coins. The game crashes so much & kicks u out & forfeiting. Another issue u can't win, I'm used to losing but The game favors the opponent no matter wat! Alot of players would have 1 set of tiles & drops with a perfect row!!! I would RATE THIS A NEGATIVE SCORE but this stupid game crashes so much & favors others!! Dum game!

Game could be fun but the time limit does not work. A player moves the game pieces by touching them and moving them where they want. Unfortunately, there is a timer running and as the time becomes shorter it becomes more difficult to move the pieces. Tapping several times on one piece is often required and the time runs out so a penalty is incurred. Ridiculous.
