Once you get to the Sharks level, it's hard to get an opponent. It'll search for however long you leave the phone on. You leave the room and join again but still no opponent. Of course all this time waiting, you're losing points on your rating. I went from 3rd place to 22nd overnight. It's hard to regain because you can't play coz you're waiting for opponents. One more week of this then I'm gonna have to uninstall.

Boring game takes a long time to find someone to play on 1on 1 and the 4 player almost always ends with reshuffle takes to long not enjoyable

Really obnoxious ads in game. Won't let you skip, you have to wait the entire ad. Forces switching to play store

Auto play function is ridiculous, without asking for it, it keeps giving it to me when I play to the extent it will kick me off !!! You have to be connected at all times and if the connection is lost when returning to play it starts a new game from fresh !!! Totally unimpressed, now totally uninstalled getting a rating of ZERO STARS and not at all recommended for anyone who wants a serious game, there are far better ones out there 😡 👎🚮🗑🗑🚮👎

There are not enough players and they are replaced by programmed robots that collect the entire bet on the table with a few moves and leave the table. If I want to play with a robot there are many offline games

Update a year later I contacted support to address. They have gotten worse Algorithm set to cheat blatantly. It continues to get worse. Months later. Give negative feed back and you're done. I'm thinking zynga to big to care squash me like a bug. I'm still here. Buyer beware.

This game was fun until it started cheating. It was my turn I put down 3 kings then it threw them back and laid down one of the kings. I'm getting tired of them cheating all the time. So I'm uninstalling it until it's fixed.

I gain a lot of in-game coins, leave for a while, and when I load the game, half of my coins are gone...every time...really irritating, please fix! And when you tyr to leave a table the game takes your money... Please make it so a player can leave after a round, whether they win or lose, if they choose!

This game is fun. But I downloaded it specifically to get the 10000 coins on gin rummy plus and it didn't give then to me. And when I try to contact customer support online there isn't an option for either game and I have to pick a game in order to send a complaint...

Fun, but not enough time to do stuff. They limit your turn to 20 & if you haven't made a move then it autoplays & then if that happens three times in one hand then you are kicked out of the game. I got so mad I almost threw my phone. Not worth my anxiety going up.

Money Hungry, had 400k and forced to bet 100k. You don't get to chose the betting range and as soon as you purchase coins, you lose like crazy. Terrible but typical ZYNGA style rip off

It's a great game, but you can't use any of the emoji, and play the daily match Wil give 5 stars when these are able to use and play.

Experience was okay until I caught them cheating and I have contacted Customer support 3 or 4 times nothing back. I have screenshots if you're paying to play the game They are robbing you.

I'm uninstalling this game!! Several times I have completed my "meld" and when I try to discard it tells me that I haven't finished my meld so I can't discard, then it runs out of time and takes my meld off the board and discards THE ONE card I needed for that meld.

Great game , the only advice i would give to players is that when you play against three others, you have a better chance of winning if you meld the cards right away and don't wait until the end because you' ll be able to play your cards as the game goes on . It's a very challeging and fun game . I like friends requests but I enjoy it when they have a real picture of themselves instead of the avatar . See you ! 👋🤩

Been playing for a while now. I've noticed coins disappearing and this week I have been in 3rd place in the shark room and when I just went to play, it restarted me in the middle of the challenge so I'm now in like 1985th place. I played for hours and hours and spent real dollars to get up to the third place. To be restarted is not cool.

DONT DOWNLOAD! You play on a 4v4 table, the game puts AI bots on the table (clearly seen on their photos) for example, a man, with the name Ellie, or a woman named Brandon? It's set up for you to lose, to purchase anything from the store, coins etc. Concept of the game is great, but the game sets you up to lose.

This would have been a good game to play; I used to love playing it before on line version; but unfortunately it doesn't exactly play the same. First the tutorial is constant, with the game( I don't want constant help throughout the whole game). Next the so called " help" with the big cartoon hand ; wouldn't let me play the discard I knew was more logical than they were forcing me to play. Too bad I am uninstalling.

Don't Bother! NOTHING BUT A MONEY GRAB!!! During the trial, the game subtracted about 1000 coins or so per game. After I purchased coins, it took as many as 60,000 in one game! 60,000?! If there is a way to adjust the coins, it is not easily found. I submitted a message to Support, hoping that they would respond and confirm it was a glitch. So far, nothing. When all of the coins are depleted, I will be Uninstalling. I hate that I wasted my money. And I would not recommend this game.
