SLOW cloud updates when I change port & my cctv for my ES-200 series switch. DHCP Snooping error(blank) Difficulties to get into my system configuration a lot of junk ads I m just start to I having FatAP, FitAP & macc issue I need help Cable test took so long duration to run end up no result. No idea why 1 of my AP720L EAP shown offline from cloud On site it is online counter check web interface with same model EAP all configured same & done multiple times hard/soft reboot via multiple interface

Ruijie Cloud is a very simple useful cloud application. Through which the RUIJIE REYEE devices can be easily controlled remotely. It is cheaper than other brands but very reliable technology equipment.

Invasive app that wants access to you network. Junk products switches and bridges no tech support in english. The response I received started with "Dear, Good Day" their POE switches at not compatible wit their wireless bridges, the IP address to configure with a PC is not correct, they give no choice to configure with out using their spy app. Do not use or buy their products unless you want to give them full access to your network.

Nice and Easy to use. I hope they add a sort and filter function in the Voucher section, as that will make it more easier to navigate through many voucher groups. They should also allow us to be able to copy the voucher codes directly from the app. That would be q nice feature. Do that and it's a 5 star from me.

The app after the latest update become very bad when ever I'm trying to add access point to a network it's always apper as not connected to internet but so I'm using the same access point and it's has access to internet Also the meshing technology it's not stable after a period of time I have to reset it and adding it againg

This is by far the worst network system I’ve ever seen. If you’re considering buying Ruijie for your small business or company, take this advice from a Network Engineer, don’t waste your money. This brand is completely useless, problems happen 99% of the time, and solutions simply don’t exist. Their technicians are unskilled, unprofessional, and have zero real knowledge about networking or Wi-Fi. Save yourself the frustration, don’t even bother searching further, just close this page!!

The most stress free devices configuration when it comes to networking... Easy to setup n remotely accessing all your network in ur hand in seconds when troubleshooting.. We love it, we used it, and I stayed with you like wife n husband..

The router make other hidden SSIDs behind the actual SSIDs created by user. Even after user turn off the mesh feature, and for example, user turn off 5GHz wifi, the hidden SSID for 5GHz is still there. Behind user's 2.4GHz SSID there also hidden SSID by Ruijie. Search for the community post about the matter still unresolved since long time ago. Other thing, simply to rename our router as a DHCP client isn't possible, no menu for that. Not recommended product and app.
