Main purpose of getting this App was to pay for the car parking in Dubai. Unfortunately the App is not at all allowing to top up the parking pay account using any of the payment methods. At the final step of top up it just shows a blank screen. Very disappointed. Only good thing is that it shows the remaining time on your parking ticket (purchased via SMS )

Badly designed and functional problems. It gives the option of signing in with UAE Pass, but even after UAE Pass has authorised it requires you to create an account - pointless. I've tried creating an account but it rejects every password I've tried, even though all of them meet the criteria. When you try and give feedback, this app is so badly designed that the phone keyboard covers the typing area of the feedback, so you can't see what you type!

So buggy... when you open the app it takes anywhere between 10 secs to several minutes for it to actually open and move past the logo screen. Super frustrating when trying to pay for parking.

I used to use this app on iphone and it was fluid smooth but in my s24 ultra this app is really bad. Doesnt load up on time, has lag issues. Worst software for android eapecially when we wanna put for parking. Need fix for these bugs.

The earlier app was excellent, this version is very disappointing. It takes ages to load. I tried to top up my parking ac, renew my vehicle registration, and nothing works, I had to ultimately do it on my laptop via the website.

Very poor app services and supports received are negligible!! It's been more than 3 weeks and RTA is un able to fix or rectify an app problem related to the parking permits. No effective support received. I'm unable to park any place coz I could be fined at any time. Dubai government calls for customer happiness and an index has been created, but unfortunately RTA have not met the standards related.

Eish, you need to seriously look at your app. The previous ver. worked fflawlessly. The new look and ver. look very fancy, but only half of the key features work. I can, for example, not pay for my parking. 🤷‍♂️

the new updated app doesn't show any details, it only shows error message "something went wrong" and also takes too long to load anything. Previous version was very user friendly and straightforward. This app looks very similar to dubai police app.

Reply to RTA: I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING AND I STILL DO NO RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATIONS! Got many parking fines because of this app!!!!!! This app does not send notification AT ALL, no matter what I did... I made sure the app was running in the background and never got notifications about parking ticket expiry! And to make things worse when I try to dispute these fines, I get a rejection from RTA!!!!

The App was working fine till a past few months, I am unable to top up the parking account or pay parking fee using the app. When payment is initiated through card, the option to confirm OTP does not appear. Have tried re-installing the App several times. Still the same.

Horrible app. The previous version was well developed. This one works very slow. The loading takes forever now, until that you can't use the app. Better to use ticket machine than this nonsense

The app is super slow and why there's no 8 hours option in parking section? So many times I've missed the time when I need to extend my parking. Auto extend is not working correctly. Already paid hundreds of dirhams. But there's no other options.

Dear there is a problem in your application, whenever we go to a view parking ticket and select 5 to 10 parking ticket, For printing the application automatically stops and closes. This problem is happening with a lot of my friends I even uninstalled and reinstalled the application but still the same problem And the second problem is that even if we have the same mobile number on the same account, if we do parking through SMS from the mobile and if we do smart parking from the parking meter, eve

I just downloaded this app and created an account, I couldn't log in even though I put all the correct details in, I even tried to change my password and put my email in, I checked but did not receive any, and there's something wrong with the phone number, it isn't even my phone number but a different one, only the email looks similar to mine, is this a bug? Please fix this issue!!

The new app simply doesn't work as well as the old one. Several times takes several minutes to load the info. Several times it does not allow paying parking on time, neither to recharge salik. I used to rely on it to pay public car parking, but now I'm forced to use again sms's several times. Looking forward to updates that will solve these issues.

Will take ages to open.. While parking you will have to wait till it opens and make parking payment. Horrible, some time it doesn't even open. In that case will have to look for parking meter.. I deleted the app and reinstall it.. Same issue.. Kindly do something on this....More than two months. Still the issue remains same.. Would like to give zero star..

I added one star to my previous rating since you fixed Salik recharge option. But I need to remove some stars since your smart app removed the auto renew for the parking fees. Usually, with every new version of a mobile app, some new features are added, not taken away. This will cause some clients to forget to extend the parking time, therefore causing them to get fines, which I am sure that is not the purpose!!!
