If you are a Member use your email and PIN (Personal Identification Number) to log in. If you don’t know what your PIN is or can’t remember it, you can retrieve it by supplying your email before you log in.
By using this App, keeping tabs on all your vacation transactions is easy and the results are immediate. You can register the members of your travel group prior to arrival. During your stay, check all your purchases and orders and confirm them the moment you make them. Before you checkout you can even use the App to pay your bill with your credit card.

Pathetic...being a member, i signed in with pin. Could not navigate. Just program jibberish.

1 year ago I tried it and it didn't seem to do anything at all. But now I can log in and see my upcoming reservation. I got an email saying I could pre-register using the app. But I can't find any such feature.

Doesn't work, sent email to pre-check in using the app, that keeps closing. At least for my android phone. Please fix.

Kind of useless. it really doesn't do much unless you want airport transfers. You click a lot of links but really dont ever get any information

Terrible. Wasted over 2 hours on website and on app trying to access and pay bill for this week. Then front desk sent me a link that is not even functioning. Still no success!

Not one really monitors or updates this app. Stays are like 6mo behind, royal uno isn't even part of this yet and it's been open for more than a year. You literally can't do anything in the app except see really old charges.

I can't send messages to services because it keeps closing when I hit save. Doesn't show all my reservations. Can't zoom in on menus. Having tons of issues. Wish they would update/help.

it's working fine for me. Someone said all it did was show a picture of the beach. That's true until you sign in. I used my email address and requested a pin. it was emailed immediatey and after logging on with it, I could get around the site. I like that I could check my charges. the receipts given are printed rather light and difficult to read.

It is absolutely useless! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same outcome! I cant see my room charges , cant make reservations, cant do anything really except see the menus in print that are so small even with my glasses I cant read it. RR PLEASE FIX THIS

I cannot zoom in on menus! The text is tiny. I cannot see the activity pages either - too small to read. Once you fix that, I think it would be a much more useful app. Much of the app just loads the website and it is not configured for a tiny screen.

This app doesn't allow you to make restaurant reservations at all. Doesn't give you the actual activity schedule for the individual resorts. As a member, my email has changed with the resorts administration but hasn't synced with the app. Has a lot to be done to get it up to par.

Doesn't work!! It will not open up for me. All i get is the screenshot of a beach and palapas. Frustrating. I uninstalled it several times and re-installed it. Same result. Am i doing something wrong?? I touched the arrow and it finally openned. I have touched it many many times before and all the App did was close. It has finally openned. Now I will be able to play with it and start using it. Finally.
