Decent game. No bugs that I have found. I enjoy seeing and trying new parts and configurations. Cons: No option to replay missions once beaten. No updates, so very limited number of missions. I kind of preferred the first one because it had more possibilities for continued fun and more goals to strive for.

Update 10 / 20 Ok, I gave it a chance. Dropped some stars. I'll stay with the 1st rovercraft. When you play same level for weeks it gets frustrating. Change vehicle setup, etc. chassis setup seems stiff and breaks easier than 1st. Power cells seem to be spread further, expected on later harder levels, not early on. Play side mission, hoping for battery storage increase. Get what I don't need. 2 wheels, with all 4 power cells hoping I can coast nuff to next cell. Not only issue. Out of room.

The first Rovercaft had more freedom and choices. The cargo is a nice concept, but the levels are limited in length and variety. Additionally, in my playing time, it seems like it takes much longer to unlock parts. If you're bored of the first Rovercraft this is a good change of pace, but otherwise, you should play the first one over the 2nd Rovercraft.

It's got good graphics and overall gameplay, but I agree that it is based too much on RNG. EDIT 2: I have tried several designs (including the recommended blueprint), lots of attempts, and have still not been able to get 50% on Marena mission 8. I looked up the mission on YouTube and found a design which works very well, but I'm missing a few parts the design uses, two that it needs for sure (apparently from other planets but it should not need to be done with parts unlocked later.)

Originally I'd given this app 4 stars saying it was reasonably fun and involved some strategy. I thought the first version was more flexible and thus allowed for more strategy than this one. But after working on a level for a month or so, and developing a vehicle that could beat the level, they pushed an update that changed the performance of the vehicle. They reduced its functionality and its strength. Essentially I would have to start all over again. I'm not going to waste my time.

I think this is a good foundation for the game to build on. I like the levels that get you through the planet, but one of my favorite things from Rovercraft 1 was beating my times on planets I had already completed. Also, There are some planets I don't like driving that much so when I open the game and I don't have deliveries and the exploration is a planet I don't really like and I'm waiting for upgrades to move on, I'll just close the app. It feels like there's not enough to do sometimes.

Ok that's it done. Game is unstable. Everytime I go to the dilivery or explore missions the game crashes. I still can't get past the last level before the new world. Been there over a month. Parts still randomly break, wheels fall off on smooth terrain. I complained about that before and was told " excellent feedback". I am deleting it now

Lots and Lots of ads now. All of a sudden , no update involved, while selecting parts they will disappear. There's just a blank gray box there. No amount of fiddling will get them back. You have to close the game. Then wait a bit before restarting. Not sure why I have to wait before reopening the game. If I don't it will still be a blank box tho. It's an S22+5G. Gets updated constantly. I do the apps manually or they too are always updating and this thing is slow that it's useless. A little help

It's really a shame that after putting all the work into designing all the parts and physics engine etc., the developers seemed to give up on what could have been a pretty fun game. There is only one map available at a time, which tends to either be so easy that u pass it on the first try or so hard that you are stuck on it for weeks. The explorations are pointless. So the only other thing to do is wait for deliveries to come up every once in awhile. Which are ridiculously easy.

It reminds me of those games with dirt bikes or trucks that you have to make it through obstacles, but with a building your own vehicle twist. Unfortunately the build your own vehicle is locked behind missions and other things that drip feeds parts to you rather than giving you free reign to buy and sell parts from a store. So you become reliant on needing certain pieces that the game doesn't want to give you and it just makes things more challenging and frustrating than it needs to be.

I've played this now for a while and it just disappoints overall compared to Mobirate's first Rovercraft game. The first game was fun, just a fun game overall that I would replay often. Durability was more forgiving and the selection of parts was more useful. The second game is a chore to play, it's just not nearly as fun. And the durability is atrocious. Don't accelerate too fast or you might break a part... Initially I was thrilled there was a sequel, but now it's just wasting my phone space.

Really good game, I enjoy building vehicles etc. One problem I have is that certain levels are impossible no matter what if you don't have the right pieces. One level had mud, I couldn't play the game. I opened a chest and finally could even make progress. Really fun game otherwise. One suggestion: make a sandbox version, I would get it in an instant and I'm sure others would too.

Great game! Deliveries are a fun twist, but very repetitive. How about different shapes and sizes? The thrusters seem near useless. Maybe a new wheel that allows the vehicle to "hoover"? That repulsion piece could also make a great bumper. It would be great to "turn down upgrades". When placing a part, I should be able to make it level 1 so it consumes less, or is slower, etc...

I tried really hard to like this game, but I couldn't. It's not garbage, but does feel like a cash grab. Essentially, it's a copy of the first game with more microtransactions and less freedom. The worst feature is having to buy a crate of upgrade cards which (in my experience) offer items that aren't really useful. Same for mission rewards. You had it right in the original where I could choose upgrades rather than cross my fingers and hope to not get something useless. Fix for a better rating.

I loved the first game and was looking forward to this one. I was extremely disappointed. The entire system of the game is built around lootboxes that contain parts. Some levels pretty much require certain parts, but the lootboxes don't give you a choice in what you get. So you're either forced to wait an inordinate amount of time waiting for a drip feed of boxes from the deliveries (missions only doable every few hours) or, as perhaps the developers intended, spend a lotta money. Not worth it.

The new update took all my progress as far as parts and coins. I ground on that for a very long time. Extremely disappointed, and considering deleting it. Not worth the grind. Your video system is faulty, so it almost never gets to 4 videos watched for the box of parts. The parts I had have been reset. And while I love the idea of redoing levels, that should have been optional, not necessary. And what happened to the non mission delivery every few hours? No, you screwed up the game good.

A fun experience. Has much more attention to detail than the first one. Though, the progress can be very annoying. I hate that some levels I can't complete without certain parts (like a new battery), so I would try and hope to get a crate from the delivery. Didn't get it? You now have to wait 6 more hours for the next chance. You can't even get crates from exploration, which I think would be nice. Overall, the game is nice, but the teatious loot boxes can be EXTREMELY annoying for progression.

It's okay, limited part variety is one minor downside and another is that you now have to base your builds on (seemingly) random loot drops from challenges. I spent two days making no progress in missions because I had to grind for the possibility of battery drops, not too fun. I also had a problem with a "fatal error" message after a mission which crashed the game and lost my win for the mission. The game does run smoothly and is quite enjoyable. Edit: Nothing has gotten better since last time

Fun game I just wish that it wasn't so difficult and time consuming, not to mention frustrating, to collect enough to get the parts you MUST have to advance without just paying for out of pocket. Just like the first one, the key is patience. which is something that we all should have more of! BECAUSE EVERYTHING HAPPENS LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO, WHEN IT'S MEANT TO!

Update: ads between levels now. Was... really fun with lots of puzzle and strategy elements. After finishing and then playing rovercraft 1, I am a little puzzled that some of the level features have been simplified; like moving platforms and other challenging obstacles. It's a new game with more to do, so I'm not complaining and it gives me plenty of reason to enjoy both for their unique gameplay. I hope you keep making these creative yet fun games! Big fan of this developer now.
