I cannot say the app is bad because I never got to even try it. The app does not have an option to import stops from the actual shipping labels. For those of us that don't get the route on paper or any other form that is not digital, it is impossible to use the app where there is no option to import the route from the actual labels. We use the amazon flex app to scan individual bags containing the packages, and the app gets the information (delivery adresses) of the individual packages inside.

Update of my review: Last year it was a great App, works well to set up a route of many stops. Intergrates with Google maps to give you GPS turn by turn directions by voice. This year, the App reaches 10 optimizations just while inputting addresses, I believe it is ploy to make you buy the App. Used it once a year to make a Christmas lights viewing route, no thanks, not buying it for very occasionally use!

Though my phone's OS isn't the greatest for this app (poor interface with Google Maps brings up wrong address frequently), the app is still great for routing several dozen or more stops. Takes a bit of time to drag a new address from the bottom of the list to where it needs to be on the route when adding to a 100+ location route. Great app overall.

Been house hunting over a fairly large area ( metro Atlanta, North side). I've installed, tested, and deleted 4 apps before this one. This is the keeper; easy to add and remove addresses(great voice input for additions), gives options to link to various mapping apps, and optimizes your route with a single touch. So far, very pleased with Route4Me.

This app is decent when it's actually working. Unfortunately there is a list of constant issues that prevent you from working smoothly. Sometimes you have to take up to 10 photos before it actually saves one for you to continue. I've had my entire route disappear multiple times and it doesn't come back for 20 mins. Even after restarting my phone. You also get a "not on route" message for packages that were scanned to route prior to starting. This app adds an extra hour to the work day.

I had lots of hope for this app. I did the 7-day trial. I love the route optimization. I really loved scanning addresses in from a list. I did not love being navigated everywhere EXCEPT the actual addresses. I would end up somewhere random, then check the address, only to find that the app is feeding address ranges into navigation, and not the actual addresses. Every address, every time. Yeah... not paying for that tomfoolery.

This app was great before the latest update. The previous version had a small feature in the "Edit list" button. You would find "route info" and it would show you the package # at the bottom (if you only pressed optimize once it would be the correct). This small feature allowed for an expedited labeling of all deliveries. It was ESSENTIAL for long days and saved hundreds of hours sorting though that fat and oversized default list. This app was great but when you take away a time saver.....

I downloaded for the demo kept having issues setting up my start and finish points. It would keep changing and re optimizing. I guess I ran out of optimizations before I could even use the app. I ended up paying for the month subscription. The app doesn't provide automatic navigation upon route completion. Also the app does not track stop completion so you have to remember your last stop. In addition I would like to see the route have time estimates. This app is lacking functionality.

I really wanted to like this application, but a lack of certain basic functionalities made it difficult. In the middle of a 25 stop route yesterday, I accidentally tapped the big Optimize button. This immediately caused the application to "re-optimize" my route which completely changed the order of my stops and made the route MUCH less efficient. Some type of confirmation before re-optimizing is needed. On top of that, every time I press the "show on map" button, the application closes.

Not what I was hoping it was. This app does nothing more then Google map already does. If you pay for it you can simply add more stops at a time then using google maps. I have a list of 100 addresses that are not in any order, I need an app that will organize the stops for me. I need it to tell me the best starting point based on my current location. This app only plots a path between the addresses you put in, and only in the order you enter them.

Using for the 1st time. Takes a while to set up and get familiar with menu. I'm planning my route and we'll see how things go. Then hopefully I can come back and give it a real review. After using, found it very cumbersome. Would not sync w BT. The point stop feature that allows you to put in various places between destinations is great. Wish it had a gas station locator. Continued to falter through city. Loss in mountains. This is the trial free version. Not sure it's worth spending $$ on it.

Route 4Me is not night friendly. When you scan make sure you have a flashlight. The font is too light and small. I struggle to see if you have a drop off or pick up you have to skip locations in between then unskip them. After completing your stop it doesn't go away. You have to scroll down until you find your next location everytime. If you skip it it turns yellow just like the completed items. If you don't have any drop off or pickup this is the app for you.

This app makes my job harder. My company has been working with this company DIRECTLY to fix a hundred little issues that cause us problems while delivering. The idea of the app is nice, but once you get into actually using it, it's a pain in multiple ways. There was supposed to be an update, according to the developers, that fixed everything we listed. That was 2 months ago. One problem for example, the app randomly decides to stop my route once I've already started AND completed deliveries.

Just did a visual refresh.looks more modern but instead of actually addressing ease of use issues with the app they Actually made the user experience even more cumbersome than before. For some reason re-optimizing a route can just be done whenever you want. I added stops it just sticks them on the end no matter what optimization setting I have on. It won't work those stops into the route. Unless I duplicate route. But the re-optimize option isn't there on the bottom of the route or in the 3 dot

Great Instability if left open too long. I should not have to buy the web version and upload the stops that way. Unfortunately I was told that was the only way. Either way it's still unstable. It freezes or crashes. Why offer the cheaper version if you're forcing people to by the web version for $100+ per month. That's crazy. Do better.

I loved the app. I was able to preroute everything. But 2 things keep it from being 5 *. First and foremost no way to print the driving directions. Where we travel we lose cell phones and need printed backup. You can send the route to email but not the actual driving directions. The 2nd huge drawback is the route is only available a week with out paying. Another reason you need to be able to print. Nice try but wont work for me.

Doesn't work well with android phones, confusing way to enter data into spreadsheet columns and when you transfer the spreadsheet to the app, some of the data gets deleted from the route and you will miss stops. Cannot recommend this product. Support doesn't always answer questions about spreadsheet entries, some try, but they aren't well versed in how to do all entries. One representative directed me to a printed tutorial on the website, not helpful.

Edit I found a setting about opening links, fixed myself. Would be good if in app navigation worked. Would only allow 1 stop at a time with Google maps. If I hit navigate its my only option. Default to Google then try changing in settings, choose in app navigation and it stays Google. Chat service had me cleat cache, nope. Uninstall and re-download still no. Disabled Google maps and now there is just no navigation at all. It's like that part of the app is just not there for me.

The latest update is absolutely rediculous. I should not have to click 4 different buttons on the same single stop just to be able to mark it as done, and now I absolutely HAVE to do so to be able to end the route. Been going downhill for a while lately, fix it to make it convenient for your customers not more difficult. /// been a year since that review and the updates continue to get worse and worse

Developers, please make this app easier to use by allowing rerouting from current location, or by being able to duplicate the previous route but leaving out the previously visited addresses. Also, I wish I could load an excel spread sheet of the addresses I need to visit from my computer or Android phone so I don't have to manually type in each address. I would also like to Lock in "visit" so I don't have to change it on every address...otherwise good app.
