Great in concept, but not so great in execution. The app seems to be able to identify orders correctly from my inbox, and it can even extract the tracking number. But it doesn't actually know how to track the package that way. Most of the orders it identifies go into a "getting info" stage that just sticks there, even after delivery. Here's what's funny, if I copy the tracking number and then paste it manually into a new package in the app, the tracking works fine. So it only seems to work if you manually enter your tracking information, even though the app knows how to pull the tracking number. I have the UPS app, the FedEx app, the USPS app, Amazon's app, Target's app, Etsy's app, etc. They all give me status notifications. I would have LOVED to consolidate that all into a single app. But if all I can see is a list of orders with 90% of them saying "getting info," it's not particularly useful.

1 star for being redundant and not being accurate. I downloaded this app to track a package from a lesser known merchant. Route picked up on 2 other orders. One I know hasn't shipped yet. The other, however, has, but Route stated that it hasn't yet. Tracking it directly through the carrier gives better, more accurate information. Don't waste time with this app.

This app is GARBAGE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. it is a waste of time. This app used to be somewhat accurate and decent, then something happened. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstaling force closing etc. Nothing works. The starting "map" that is supposed to tell you where your package is, is NEVER right and 9 out of 10 times it just says searching for new orders and can't even give any inkling of a destination or whereabouts. Better off just guessing or checking shipping through seller or Amazon etc

Not great. Notifications are mostly useless because they only say "there's an update for one of your packages"; you need to go into the app to find out WHICH package or what kind of update. The app doesn't even link you to the tracking page for a package—you need to copy the tracking number and then go to your browser to search it up. Finally, their Amazon functionality breaks constantly, much more often than competing apps. Basically, avoid this and go download Shop instead, it's way better.

I've been using Route for a little over a year. And there's a few features I really like. Specifically the visuals. It has dark mode. So when viewing it doesn't blind you. It also does show you where your packages are on the map. And it's a very smooth, seamless kind of experience. Which is pretty neat. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the notifications are a little slow. And it's a little slow to update the tracking. But it's still pretty good overall.

I only want to check the status of my package, but I can't do that on the website without making an account first, and I can't make an account on the site, only on the app. Really frustrating through the whole process of making an account and not being able to easily track the package without going through several app pop ups to connect to other accounts, then followed by "are you sure?" when selecting no. Annoying and already uninstalled.

Had to download this because a product I purchased could not be tracked any other way. You have to give it complete access to your email account, which is a massive privacy issue, because it functions by scanning every email you receive for tracking information instead of connecting/working with the companies that send the orders or ship them. To top it off for me, it didn't even work for the one product I needed it to track.

Its not a very good app. Seems a little slow. Doesn't show exact location of package. When a package was finally delivered, It didn't notify me until 30 minutes later... The other package coming from the same company shipping on two different trucks(?), didn't come until the next day. Even though they both were out on delivery the same day. So, I was waiting on a package all day that said it was out for delivery, but never showed up. I just feel that the app should be more accurate.

This app used to be really useful. Now, though, my notifications that something shipped or was delivered are several days late. I don't get Amazon package notifications at all, because it won't stay signed in to Amazon. Here's an example af a typical experience with Route. I ordered an Olight flashlight from eBay 6 days ago. It shipped the next day. It's out for delivery. Route just now notified me that it has shipped. It also shows that I have an order from Olight's website, but I don't.

Such an incredibly helpful app. Instead of having to keep multiple tracking orders, and entering them in on various sites, this app monitors and keeps them all in one place for you. It's as simple as opening the app and seeing how your orders are doing. And yes, it keeps track of different order from different sites all arriving at different times too! The perfect app for organization with tracking packages and keeping you notified.

Got the prompt to use route during the Christmas season. It was great! It picked up the orders, AND collected the tracking numbers without me having to do anything, it was incredibly hands off and convienent, I could keep track of all my packages at once. Now all it picks up is that I placed an order online, once I get an actual tracking number for the order I have to manually input it in the app for it to track. It's not a deal breaker, I'm still gonna use it but just kinda disappointed

Great app overall. Well-organized, not cluttered and full of ads (looking at you, Shop). Status updates can be a little slow, but quicker than other apps, plus sometimes this is on the carrier's end. Doesn't seem to want to update the delivery date when something is arriving unexpectedly early. Easy to check the carrier's site from the app. I would love to see an archive option and a way to put a custom note especially for things that don't have details, but these are relatively minor.

This app does absolutely nothing besides throw up useless notifications. The websites and apps it's supposed to use for tracking get updated quicker than this app. I've placed 4 orders since downloading it, all have been delivered and the app still shows "label has been created" worthless. And one order hasn't even showed up in the app yet and it's the order I downloaded the app for!

Garbage app, requires access to the contents of all of your emails and acts like it isn't required. You cannot use the app for anything unless you consent to them reading all of your emails. They give a checkbox that you can choose not to check, but you can't use the app unless you say yes to them being able to read and scrub all of your emails for data.

Absolutely useless! Doesn't update, so far for USPS, Amazon and FedEx. I just received a package a few hours ago that showed a status of "Awaiting ETA". Nothing is ever correct. I will say that I haven't yet seen how it performs with UPS or any other services like DHL for instance but if it does work well then please make it known that accuracy depends on the shipping service.

Outdated disaster. No idea why they have option to "report" wrong info if they don't even pay attention when you select them. Missing a lot of carriers. You can put a USPS number and it automatically puts FedEx or any other crazy stuff. Customer service non existent, spent 1 month showing errors with images and nothing got fixed. You can't select the carrier it does it automatically thus all the mess assigning bogus ones. Bottom line. STAY AWAY FROM THIS 🗑️

There's no point to this app for me personally, all of my Amazon orders never work on this app even though I login to Amazon everytime I add a package, and I always have my orders arrive before it even says that it has shipped on route. I think they have a lot of improvement to make if they want this app to be more helpful and convenient than any other tracking website.

Route: Package Tracker is a game-changer for online shoppers. Its streamlined interface and automatic tracking make monitoring deliveries effortless. The map view feature is especially handy for visualizing package locations. With proactive notifications and easy claims for lost items, it's the ultimate package management tool. Highly recommend for stress-free shipping!

Not sure what happened. I used this app for a few years, and it was flawless (except for tracking Amazon packages). We'll, they fixed the Amazon part, but it no longer showed you the progress of the delivery on the map. On top of that, sometimes (like 70-80% or the time) you'll get tracking information, but the rest if the time nada. Go figure.

LOVE this tracking app. I don't have to do anything as long as I'm getting a email about the package. It's automatically picked up. I get updates as it makes it's way to my mailbox. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to HAVE a GOOD TRACKING APP! With all the so-called "lost" packages & thievery that's going on with USPS these days. DON'T RELY on the $100 insurance, USPS usually will find a way they're NOT LIABLE. With these apps you can more closely monitor your incoming and outgoing packages.
