was not willing to help with an issue of paying expedited shipping. received the item much later than was supposed to. item not as described and incorrect size. now they will not return emails or calls or messages in the app. would not recommend using them for anything. worst site I've ever dealt with. also has open disputes with the better business bureau. don't expect to get what you pay for or any customer service. will not help at all. no matter what the issue is. i hope they all see this...

Love looking at the clothes, would love it more if purchased items ever arrived! I spent over $100 on clothes which are currently over a week late and apparently their tracking stops tracking as soon as it passes through customs- so there's no way of knowing whether the items were truly shipped or if it's just a very elaborate scam. The same thing happened the first time I ordered from them a few years back (waited like 2 months for items to arrive them had to go through a grueling refund)

Worst. Ordered per size guide. The thin elastic material that Everything is made out of lacked shape, caused static and was horrible. You can tell these are made off basic patterns and never tried on a real human. So far there has been 5 messages back and forth with CS to get a return/refund and I still havent been sent info to do so. You are expected to pay for shipping on returns/exchange, how are you supposed to know it fits? Shipping is more expensive than the items itself. Do not buy.

The site was okay. Easy enough to find items. I did like the items. Very original and creative clothing and things for the house. Very upset about the higher than normal shipping costs. Waisted so much time going through the products and was ready to purchase but the shipping cost was very high. So I didn't order and I'm not planning on ordering again.

Terrible. Before I applied coupon, shipping was free. After coupon was applied, $16.99 shipping. Multiple notifications about time left to complete transaction. No real benefit. I've read the reviews. Seems like a boilerplate response to all complaints, no resolution. I'll quit while I'm ahead. Uninstalled. Sad. Clothes are really cute.

Honestly, I adore this app. The clothes I get are always made out of this super comfortable fabric, and they fit. Not only in size, but my own personal aesthetic as well. The shipping is usually fairly quick, though I'm always checking on the shipping, cause I really really want to know when it gets delivered. I get points for the reviews I leave, and I've even had suggestions from the app, some of which I have ordered. All in all- this app is by far, my favorite clothing app.

I ordered 3 shirts, all the same size. 2 came in the correct size, but one was 3 sizes off. I contacted them about exchanging it for the correct size and after 2 weeks of exchanging emails, pictures and info they told me they won't exchange. They will only issue a store credit for less than what I paid. This is some crappy customer service. I will be deleting this app and never buying from them again.

I have ordered through RoseGal a few times now, and have found a few great items. My biggest issue is trying to do a return for items that don't fit me well, or that when I received the item, the fabric was too thin. It has now been over a week trying to get the items that don't fit returned, and they keep requesting photos of the items that don't fit well! Like you want photo proof that my chest is exposed in an item? Or that the fabric is see through while I wear the item? Its ridiculous! I

I like using the rosegirl app. It makes it easy to filter the results to what I want, they even let you search by size in stock, so I never see anything that I can't have. Customer service is also good, they get in touch quickly and will ask clarifying questions if needed. I've been happy with my purchases and all around shopping experience so far :)

This app has gotten much more user friendly than when it started. Cons: It has a place to click on to add to wishlist but I can't find the wishlist items. It says that if you buy a certain amount you get another certain amount off but it doesn't seem to be adding up the way it should. It's also supposed to have coupons but I can't find those either.

Put in an order in early April, never was told items were sold out or back ordered. Had to go ask support, they couldn't tell when stock would be in. Managed to get 2 of 3 items almost 2 months later. Finally just canceled the last item, waste of time and money. Oh, and they deposited it in some wallet thing, instead of an actual refund the original payment method.

You get what you pay for. The clothes look nice in the pics. Gave everything I purchased away due to lacking luster, bad fit and just not the materials I thought they were. Good for cheap purchase I guess. Definitely look into return policy before you buy. I can't be bothered with that so it's just a loss and learning experience for me. Good luck.

Overall, as a shopping app, the app does a good job of displaying Rosegal's inventory. Love the many filters, makes finding just the right item easy. I have 3 issues, however. #1: It asked me to sign in to Gmail or Facebook. (This is a big negative in my eyes.) Fortunately, you could skip that. #2 It doesn't say the total number of items, not even with a filter. #3 2XL is sometimes a US 16, sometimes 18, sometimes *12*. Deleted becoz too many daily ads & discounts weren't that great.

I have bought several items from clothing to jewelry to wall art. The clothing chart has improved a lot so i can get the right size in tops and pants. The wall art comes just like it looks in the photographs with all the vibrant colors. The jewelry looks large but the sizes are small for my taste. Returning and refunds are made easy just the normal wait time. But what i love most is the packaging. Each item has its own packaging.

Very user-friendly, no glitches! Easy to sort, search, and find what you're looking for! A must have app if you're plus sized! You can make a wishlist (believe me, you'll make one), you can see sales, it's not bombarded with ads, the clothes are cute, and it's easy to get sucked into shopping on this app. Definitely one of my new fave apps!!

I had to contact customer service because I realized it was going to the wrong address, they fixed the issue within a minute. Like others have said, it does take awhile to arrive, maybe longer in my case (almost a month). But I followed the sizing and everything fits fine. Some things I needed a large in, some a 1xl. For the price, it's fantastic. Excited to have a new wardrobe for this price.

Extremely cheap, thin clothing with weird fitting. Trying to do a return was like pulling teeth. I ended up having to do a dispute through PayPal and they sided with me, BUT I had to return the items and input the tracking number first. (In my case, the cost to return was more expensive than my whole order was! ) So I had to take this as a loss because I can't afford $85 shipping back to China only so they can give me back $80! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Elaborate scam... avoid!!

Overall the basic shopping experience was good, the selection was expansive, and had good discount opportunities. However - their customer svc leaves something to be desired. I ordered 4 items that were to large and upon trying to return them learned while I spent $60 they only wanted to give me back 7 and so the process went on and on for several weeks.

Hit or miss with the items. Some of them are worth the sale but a lot of the clothes are made of cheap material (thin swimsuit type) and sold at a highly inflated price. points can be redeemed for 10% of total. All reviews have to be reviewed by their staff and anything that could be considered unfavorable will not be posted. Also, any negative feedback (such as complaint) can't be submitted due to various errors. On the bright side, if a ticket is submitted they do respond in a timely fashion.

I ordered three items for Christmas, paid for expedited shipping and it still took longer than estimated. Also, one of the items never even shipped at all, but they took payment for it. It wasn't until I contacted them, they said they were out of stock or orders get split up and lost in the confusion. They did however refund me SOME money but not the expedited shipping fee. I won't use this app again. Beware, most of their products come from CHINA. The 2 sweaters are very thin!
