hello @Roquu team, I made a transaction this morning to my opay account, but up till now, it's has not reflected in my opay account, I haven't experience such before, the compliance support page keeps logging me out so I can't report my issue, what's going on today ? please fix this issue for me thanks.

I really like this app from the beginning due to how it transaction of deposit and withdrawal in the next 1 to 4mins what I don't like with it is that the customer care services is too slow in attending to issues but the app is working well, and another thing is that they should look for another means of deposit through bank,by voucher because most your Marchant are blocked by CBN which I noticed so their is no prob since 2020 I started using this app I rate you with 4.5 star

For more than 3 months I can't verify my account. I have never been frustrated with an Application like Roqqu, no help from the online service support always repeating the same process with no result. Do something about it and let me get access to my assets please.

Started using Roqqu recently but i will say they are the best so far, very simple to understand. it's not complicated like others especially for Us Africans. I will say i love them and i hope they don't change from their good side. I have no complaint yet So i don't know what else can be improve, anyways, Kudos! But i will like to be verified to tier 2 which is given me a hard time. Pls see to this, thank you.

This app is a great disaster!!!! I've deposited fund into it now it's almost 2 months, just for them to start telling me I must complete facial verification before I could do any transactions I've been on this for almost 2 months now if not more, yet they keep telling me my face is different from the one on my NIN. I've mailed them severally, may be they'll respond tomorrow, I've as well chatted their customer care agent to no avail. You just held my fund bound bound very disappointing!!!!!!

Despite providing all required details several times, I keep being asked for the same information. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. This app is very good especially as it supports fiat (local currencies) deposit via bank transfer coupled with its fast transactions ability. Still it needs to add Price Movement Indicator (rolling vertical line showing timely price) to its price graphs.. It can also beat competition by reducing its SWAP fee to 1℅.

i have been having trouble accessing roqqu application, it keep showing me network issues but other application are working fine, this have been happening for over 4 days now... my account that has benn verified for almost 6 moths plus which i have been using for transactions, now its showing me pending kyc... pleas looking into it and fix it

Such a wonderful app, I wonder why I didn't find this out earlier to be honest, to the only issue I have is that the withdrawal hasn't been activated for some coins and that the login pad glitches sometimes, every other thing is topnotch.

I'm yet to be credited for my first payment of 6000 Naira as I created my account yesterday, I made a deposit of that amount to the given account information and instructions given to me and for 20 hours my deposit had no reflect on my dashboard and I can't even assess the support because it keeps saying that an agent will join this chat soon and I find it awkward and could file a lawsuit for such act. Fix that fault and I can proceed with my transactions. T for thanks

Very reliable and easy to use. But I'll suggest a reconfiguration in the area that calculates percentage increase/decrease for a currency, because I noticed the market statistics over a period (like 1hr, 1D, 1M, 6M etc.) remains the same value, which shouldn't be. I look forward to seeing a more precise statistics. Cheers.

Roqqu have upgraded and has become a better exchange than before but coin transfer from exchanges or wallet to roqqu delays beyond doubts, Roqqu team, delaying peoples coin deposits is very annoying, and not a good approach, I placed a BnB deposit which I need to make payment but up till now am still waiting for it to reflect, and customer support is not even helping matters, for several hours now, they are yet to attend to me.

abysmal and fraudulent, and their customer support cannot be contacted through the app I made a high volume transaction to another bank, and it was reversed it's almost a month now, and the money hasnt reflected back in my balance i keep following up every day, yet they keep telling me they are working on it, but nothing has been done. they can't be trusted trusted with your funds

the worst service ever. Nigerian apps never fail to disappoint. Fees are something else. not to mention the amount of delay. a transaction you can easily run in bybit or other crypto apps for just $1 fee will cost you over $12 fee on request. yes, $12 isn't that fraud. you guys should just shut down if you won't give real value to users. if you don't want to waste your money and time, use some other wallet. roqqu is now a mess

You know an app might be great with it's interface,speed in transaction and all and might not have a great customer support service but Roqqu has the both🥹. I had an issue while transacting on the app,I think there was a network congestion so my funds didn't drop to where I sent it to,I really panicked but the customer support on X just kept reassuring me that it'll be looked into and I just decided to be calm,the issue was resolved in less than 24hrs after 24hrs of the delayed transaction.

must you people delay someone's transaction? the app is too slow and it's annoying the team and workers aren't to be trusted.Integrity is important but you people lack it. So after making a transaction,I have to wait for days before I get the money in my account. You will chat customer care and they won't reply immediately. You can't get them when you need them.It is very bad. stop delaying people's transactions and making it hard for someone to meet up with his or her target.The delay is bad.
