So far I have had an amazing experience with my purchases and the employees I have encountered all the way from choosing my furniture to the delivery. Everyone has been great that works for this company. Quality of merchandise has yet to be seen since I just received it but it looks to be of good quality and is just as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions.

My daughter and I had the best customer service experience on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Schuyler was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. He stuck to my budget and gave me a lot of options to choose from. He was very friendly and never rushed us and made the buying decision very simple. He took time to explain everything. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Again best customer service I've received in a long time!!! Thanks Schuyler for a job well done!

A waste of time app. Terribly slow, even on high speed internet, and have to swipe multiple times to get an action to work. "Coupons" aren't coupons. There's "sales" on specific items that you probably don't want anyways.

This app is trash! It's 2022... a kids' coding class can do better than this. The search function absolutely does not work. The filters DO NOT filter. The cart jams. It freezes constantly. Unistalling this app asap. This app is 100% garbage 🗑 !!

Horrible navigation. It's near impossible to filter for what you want to view, look at something, then try and go back to your filtered list. You have to re-filter over and over. Go to the full website, it's easier.

Frustrating. Very slow app. Hard to filter selections. Won't track my order even though I ordered on the app. Don't bother downloading, you will get the same results by just going to the website. Best results are in store, but delivery is more expensive.

Very unable with customer servicer and the adjustable bed that I bought in Nov 2019. I have been call since the frist of the year because the base wouldn't go up nor down it is just stick mid way which is very uncomfortable. I have a bad back and knees and in pain every morning when I get up. I have had 3 or 4 appointments which they have cancel, they don't answer the telephone for 20 to 30 mintues and then ask if you would like to be placed on a return call list that takes for ever to get back

I wouldn't recommend anyone use rooms to go. They charge a large restocking fee. I ordered a 700 dollar set, it would of cost 200 to send it back. It didn't look exactly as pictured and it didn't include everything I thought it did. I wish I would have because even of they kept 200 dollars, I still would of saved money buying elsewhere. Stupid mistake to buy a bedroom set here.

Looks nice. Haven't tried to purchase through app let, but I'm a bit concerned considering the entire top row of functions are not responsive. No search, no see what's in cart. It's frustrating because I know what I'm looking for, but can't find it on the app. It pops up on the web page so it's making the app useless.

App is inaccurate as to location - Drove 30 miles to see furniture based on app indicating it was on display there. Get there and they don't have it.

We really enjoyed Stephanie and the Team. I really loved talking soccer with the Tottenham Fan. I wouldn't mind just coming back talking soccer between break. Everyone had great spirit. Stephanie let's us look without hovering that afforded us to make our choice.

Can you please release support for the Pixel tablet resolution? Very limited experience when it comes to viewing the "M1" Modular One furniture accessories. I'm unable to view individual pieces to build upon a previous order. The app needs more work. For most of your collection you couldn't go wrong with more of an a la carte interface if that makes sense.
