Went through the whole set up process only to be nagged about paying. Ridiculous. Why would I pay for months and months of this service if I wouldn't need it that whole time I have a roommate already? So angry rn.

Runs decent, but there's hardly any users, most of which haven't been online in months. Can't really find roommates or homes when there's no active community.

I paid for the upgraded service and messaged many people, but never got a response. It was as if they were not getting the messages or the accounts I was messaging weren't real.

Such an intuitive and easy-to-navigate app. The filters are great, and the roommate profiles are super detailed. Finally found my perfect roommate match!!

After setting up profile, my perfect matches were total opposite of what I wanted and they wanted me to pay for these 100s of matches, each! If you're looking for young girls to live with, this is your app!

You have to pay to message anyone. All of the listings are incredibly old. Kind of a scam, not worth your time

I received a refund and hope for a cancelation so I don't get charged more. After purchasing the trail period for 10 days I was logged out I am mostly trying to avoid any future charges once the trial period. Please help. No way to manage in app account can't access account.

Terrobke experience I properly advertised my rentals regarding the room I have for rent It was never posted and it was am offer about my ad being boosted I started to purchase it but I never proceeded my card was charged $9 anyway and ad never got posted sounds like fraud to me

Can't get past the city and state I live in Pathetic now it wants so much information about myself do you need my resume? The date you want to move in doesn't work won't go past 2006 lol

Matching doesn't update still on 12/2023. You'll have the same matches for months. Contacting customer service did reset my account and I saw many new matches. I asked again to look at the account again due to 0 new matches in attempt to look into or resolving zero new matches in months and no action. I use other apps and there are new matches almost daily. Canceled because matches haven't updated in months. Save your funds for any of the other similar apps where you will get new matches daily.

Unfortunately for you to respond to a listing it's not free. Especially when in recession and inflation times when money is already hard to come by making it equally hard to find housing. It would be nice if the app were to have even moderated responses to help our community and overall individuals with a number one importance (housing)

Terrible roommate app. Everything is random. Its a cheap membership and cheaply laid out patform . They requested more details on how they can improve. Give people a trial period of at least 3 weeks. With nothing blocked. Maybe. Just maybe your clients might stick around and pay for the subscription Room if you're IT CAN'T figure it out. STOP TRYING It's a total scam and rip-off. There's no organization for any type of search location, type of housing, search by price. A Big scrambled mess

Searching and finding potential roommies worked just fine. I paid for the upgraded version to be able to message potential roomies. However, none of the messages I sent to them were delivered. If I can't contact anyone in the app, then the app is useless. A week later, I got charged a reoccuring subscription fee. Nowhere did it say I had purchased a subscription. I'd gladly pay for service that works, but this was a mix of non-functionality and unethical marketing. Save your money, don't bother.

There are some good postings on here but because no one pays no one can see your messages. It was a waste of time, I sent so many messages to find a roommate but no reply back...the only messages I recieved were spam or scammers. I suggest to allow people to see messages sent from those who pay for the subscription. Otherwise this is a useless app.
