QSince the new update that launches new UI and things. I can't even claim and re stake my ron token via mobile now. It keeps crushing now. I love the app before but now it sucks visually great but not that good in the use case. I still need to go to a desktop to do things when everything is mobile now. Sucks Ps. Ive tried uninstalling and installing and also log in and log out. No prior solution, please release something to fix the bug. Edit. Bug fixes update. All good in the hood. Thank you !

Update 2/13/24: new version is much better but I cannot change anything in the settings page. Old:This app needs improvement. Takes some time to open. Page keeps refreshing when you do a transaction. Why not just do the waiting in the background then refresh the page once it recieves the data? They are releasing not property tested update, they used the app dev domain instead of using a sub-domain. Some links still points to dev urls. 😱

Does not connect to the apps linked. Waste of my time. Spent ages working on the linked games and nothing transferred. Deleted. Wouldn't not recommend. Would give you zero stars but cannot.

Wallet does not work. Their own token (or any other) does not show up even if the token address for Ronin is added manually. I see my wallet deposit in the blockchain explorer but nothing shows up in the app.

Used for one day, and now the app won't start. It just tells me to unlock. I unlock it with my finger, and it just starts over. The only option I have is to reset it, and I've not even written down my pass phrase yet, so I'm screwed. Had I known this would happen the next day.

After setting up the app I can't get past the unlock screen. It shows a spinner for a moment and then nothing happens. The Ronin I transferred to my wallet: gone.

So far, not so good at all! Created an account transferred ron to it and now i cannot get past the unlock screen, no matter what i do. Just now Uninstalled and am waiting for it to reinstall now. Will update accordingly after install complete and i try once again to log in.

After the first time I ran the app, and enabled biometric authentication , I cannot open the wallet again. It keeps asking for my biometric authentication, and although it is successful, asks it again. Cannot use it, please help

Downloaded, it does work just has issues . Signed up,logged out and now it is just freeze the number when you put your pin in to unlock it, came right after clicking on the screen randomly

Recently, I lost all my assets despite using 2FA and securing my recovery phrase. I'm aware of phishing and malware, yet scans showed my device was safe. Support was unresponsive. I advise moving assets from this unreliable platform; hackers profit here, and security and support team can't do anything about it.

It's a great app in general and i'm really happy to use it. But please Sky Mavis, fix the axs restaking pop-up, which is not showing when it's requested, instead of that the app shut down suddenly. This bug is occurring only in the latest version. Because when i was using the previous version of the application this wasn't happening. Thank you.

I just setup the account created the pin (which you enter twice) and was able to login once. Now the app says wrong pin. Update- I had to clear the files and cache and was able to retrieve my account using my recover password. I created the same pin and will see if it gives me issues again.

Grabbed the app and set it up with access via biometrics (enabled other backup features). Switched to Coinbase to send some Ronin to my wallet and now, even though I pass authentication with biometrics, the wallet app only gives me the option to scan my fingerprint again - refusing to actually unlock my wallet which now has Ronin in it. Wrote to Ronin Wallet support and absolutely no reply. Maybe someone here will actually try to help. Doubtful, but no other support options.

I only downloaded this to complete Coinbase tasks, but I can't buy any Axi creature - it keeps loading for long time, then says "Something went wrong. Please try again in a few seconds". Switching crypto also doesn't work, the order confirmation screen glitches and gives error.

Very buggy and slow wallet. Connecting wallet and sending funds to another wallet is a pain. Utilizing the most basic functionality of a wallet on this app is frustrating as hell. Worst wallet! Edit: Also, terrible support. 5+ days after providing details requested I received an email to rate the support instead of a solution, what a dumb support system. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET! You'll lose access to your wallet for no reason and no one will help you! Ticket ID (403280)

This is the worst designed app I've ever used. It takes forever to locate tasks, no "help" tab/button. You have to go to outside websites for different functions. ie: Was able easily to buy something in the Marketplace easily, but in order to SELL it you have to "connect RON wallet"?? Didn't require that to SEND crypto there. Now can't find ANY where to be ABLE to connect. Also noticed every reply to a complaint here is exactly the same canned response. Feels and acts like another crypto scam

App worked at first, but it is very buggy. Now, it will not unlock from biometrics. Gives the spinning wheel and returns to the unlock screen. Fortunately, I only used this poorly developed app for the coin base quest, so I'm only locked out of $10 or so that wasn't mine to begin with. If you are actually going to use this app, make sure to record your seed phrase because it will break on you.
