I have purchased so many books, and reading many still and somehow the app got deleted off my phone. Now I have lost everything including all the money I had on the app. Also I can not find anyway to contact someone for help. These book were not cheap and now I have lost entire series. Very upset.

I had to download the app again because the old one stopped working and I lost all of my purchased coins and points. This new app doesn't show how to get rewards or free points. I ha e to purchase e everything. The only thing that pops up are the reading points or purchase points.

Well most of the stories are great but my only problem is the payment method. Why can't they tell us the book you are downloading is attached by payment , cause when u have reached an interesting part is where you will be ask to pay after you being fully prepared to complete the story due to what is to come next. And I will be very grateful if you can also use your bundle as the payment method instead of coins (money) cause most at times you may not always have money to pay in order to finish

I don't go to barnes and nobles and purchase a book per chapter. I purchase the whole thing for less than these coins. I feel asthough with all the grammatical errors I should be able to unlock a whole book. I dont like how they limit how much of the book you can read based on the amount of coins you have. Alot of people read books as a past time. This app is a waste I dont reccomend using it to read any real author gets paid per book and they don't have any grammatical errors.

I love this app. As someone who loves and enjoys reading I try to find books that capture my attention, that pull me in and make me feel as if I was the main character. To actually feel what the character feels and what they are going through. These books accomplish that. Bravo!! Only negative I see is having to buy coins to continue reading to the next chapter.

I was very happy with Dreame was reading several books then all of a sudden I get this notice popping up saying refresh can't connect to server so I check everything it's all good still can't get app to work. I ended up having to uninstall the app and then install it again needless to say I am not happy right now cause I lost everything and can't get it back all the money I paid and to lose that amount of money for me is very hard cause I'm on a fixed income and this is the only thing I allow

I haven't been able to accumulate any point in at least a week now. Please check it out for me. I tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it but lost all progress in my books. I went from Chapter 27 I think to 1. Now have gotten back to Chapter 6 but can't get past there. The Hunter's Mate is the same. Please help me, I really want to finish the 2 books I was reading. Thank-you, Robyn

Gutted is how I feel, had this app for years on previous phones, my last phone had a major crash and died, as soon as I got my new phone I installed my favourite reading app Dreame only to have lost everything. Previous books I had payed for gone, any credits gone, my library gone so I'm not impressed. Now I have carried on and I don't know why but can't even use the store to buy credits.

I'm actually wondering why you have 2 similar apps on google play with absolutely no difference. I tried installing this one to see if there's any difference with the other but I found them exactly the same but I can't log in the same account. What's the purpose of this?? Did you just try to update your app but somehow doubled it?? Either way, I'm frustrated with both because their also both inconvenient. No redownload button.

I love this app. I love the books and stories. It mashes you really feel like your in it. As I read it I can see the images playing in my head. I've never had that happen before while reading. I just hate the fact that I have to spend so much money in order to keep reading. I wish there was another way to earn points to open chapters. That would be great. Other then that awesome reads. I have gotten a few of my friends hooked on dreame books.

I have read fanfictions online that had better plots, grammar and spelling than what is available on this app. Also, I didn't even pick werewolf as one of my tags, but all it showed me was werewolf romances--it was extremely annoying. This app came predownloaded on my Tab M8. I will be uninstalling it, as I don't see any reason to keep it on. There are a few stories on here that are well written.

THIS APP IS A SCAM & WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! EACH COIN COST 1 CENT. CHAPTER COST IS AN AVERAGE OF 45 COINS. 1 BOOK CAN COST $50+. When I do the daily check-in, I no longer get more coins the more days I check in. I get no more than 15 coins total a day. The bonus points for reading 15, 45 minutes, are the only way to catch a discount. THE AUTHORS ARE GREAT, BUT THE APP IS A MONEY PIT. How about adding a lot more bonus points tasks and lowering the chapter prices?

The books are wonderful but it's too expensive and the app isn't giving enough rewards you should really upgrade the reward section because all the other novel apps are upgrading the reward section except for this app take novel wolf , moon novel as example. Most of the time I have to download other novel app just because the reward isn't enough.

Not good my coins are gone again. My coins are gone and nothing gets done about. All u get is an email saying sorry.

I love this app but the only problem is buying the locked chapters but otherwise its a great app

It has my new favourite book i am just enjoying the experience and how it blanks out all the bad words its great
