1. While on a property it continues to show you as been away from the assigned location every time you clock in. 2. It has two options for the company insurance, either you take permanently or it will ask you every time you submit your invoice. A one time opt out option is not available requiring you to to make your selection every time and allowing for the accidental purchased of the insurance.

From the moment I began using the RollKall App, and to this very day, I've never had a bad experience with the app nor Customer Service. Customer Service is Exceptionally Great. Emails are answered, and responses are quick. AWESOME APP, AWESOME SERVICE!!

*Update* Apparently there were no PUSH/SMS notifications for a job time change. A text message seen on my phone would have been much better than showing up at the job site on time (actually I'm always ahead of start times) for a 1 hour change. It's this software related or client input error?

this is a great app, it just takes so long to get paid. Three pay periods passed before deposit was made. Otherwise, it's good. Since my last post, great improvement on the deposit time! Thank you! UPDATE REVIEW: Since the last review, ROLLKALL HAS ACTUALLY REACHED out to to thre officers and listened to what we' had to say!! Faster pay out, easier to leave info on the job asks leaves a detailed history, etc... Thank you

The update made my Motorola Moto Z4 crash. The app launcher stopped, then when I finally got to the settings tab, it stopped as I scrolled to the R's to uninstall it. I finally managed to get to the play store and uninstalled the app, now the phone works fine. Changed over to a phone with the old app, worked fine but it AUTO-UPDATED to the new app, same issues. Phone calls and emails got "We will get back to you" then nothing. Fix doesn't work. Bring the old app back until you fix this garbage.

its gets stuck in the loading page to where all I see is all blue screen with the rollkall letters. also, the app gets stuck often to where I cant reopen the job I'm currently in to sign out or sign in. nor can I see other jobs being offered. restarting the app does not work. I have to restart my whole phone 1-2 times. and I have a newer phone. can you guys fix these two glitches pls. update: if you press on the top left corner square it resets the page!

Recieved an email today that roll kall was fixed. I installed the app again and it continues to crash my phone and home sceen. I had to Uninstall the app again for my phone to work. How can an app destroy the whole phone. Go back to the previous version until this is fixed! Additionally on I've attempted to use the app on different phones. I cannot scroll to find jobs because the jobs will disappear or not load.

Takes 5 minutes to load jobs when posted. When there's 25 people trying to sign up for 4 slots, this is unacceptable. By the time it loads, they're all taken. Every officer I've talked to has been having the same concern because it's random of who gets stuck for it to load. It's costing us money.

Update- they have fixed many of the issues and app works much better now...... Shows blank screen. Shows the number of jobs available but then just shows a blank screen. Some times if I uninstall and reinstall it will work for a short time but now that does not even work. Can't sign up for something if it does not work.

New update about destroyed my phone. "App launcher keeps stopping" I cannot run the app on my OnePlus. I finally figured out that it was rollkall causing the crash and uninstalled. My phone then started working correctly. I then had to install Rollkall on my IPAD and the clock out feature is missing and the app is running very slow and glitchy.

The app has some nice features, & tech support has been diligent & great to work with, especially after the challenging last Android fix nearly a year ago. But after the most recent updates this month, there's a significant delay with "job approved" notifications whereas before it got an immediate response after applying. Also, I still don't like not being able to see who else is signed up on a job before applying for it. Also, notifications don't work if the screen is timed out & you miss jobs.

The old version had a Rollkall Pay tag on the jobs that were paid thru Rollkall... Can developers bring this back?? Also, the app seems to be a bit tedious to scroll through. I know how to navigate the app. I was giving my opinion about the update, and I don't like it. Furthermore, the response that Rollkall gave to my post was pretentiously insulting.

It's not bad to start out with but then the mess starts to accumulate. Trying to enter any dates like birthdate you have scroll through all the years of the calendar until you get to the year etc. That is the MOST inconvenient thing I ever saw. And it consistently says error no internet connection when there is perfect internet connection with any other app and browser. This app sucks. Couldnt "clock out" because of "no internet" stupid app.

I understand change is hard but this is a step backwards. To summarize -RK pay banner on jobs no longer there. By the time you click into the job it's already taken. - Too many steps to click to see job details and anything It's no longer streamlined. - The payments sorting total paid,pending,etc...under the unpaid tab it shows jobs not coordinated through RK pay. This can be confusing when reconciliation comes around. would be nice to see who is signed up for the detail so you know who

Pretty cool app. But cant clock-in due to gps not working have to call in. They dont have alot of jobs in Ga. You have to be constantly looking at app for jobs. They go fast. Needs a computer version. Asked to many questions to sign up. But overall its a nice way to get jobs. I have done 4 jobs and put 2200 in my pocket from June 21st -Jul 8th. Customer service is great. Will continue to use.

App continues to shut down and close after 5 seconds of being opened. un-installed and reinstalled several times on 2 different Samsung devices.

Add information: how long the job is and sort by that. Also would be nice to see a total of the expected payment for the job. Yes I can do the math but if it's there, I wouldn't have to. When does the job post? The user interface sux. Pretty much can only view 2-3 jobs at a time on the screen and there's no divider for each day. Job boxes are too big. Make it a list that easily viewable like CYA. No homepage where notices can be posted with any changes or common issues. Why did we switch?

Absolutely horrible app. Says it needs my location to clock out. Even when I give it location permission, it still doesn't work. The layout is very messy on the website and app. Looking for jobs isn't very intuitive. Our dept used to use Cover Your Assets website. Worked like a charm. I hope we go back to that.

Newest version of this app is terrible. Everything from the clock in and out screen to the pending payment section. The old version allowed you to see pending payments easily. Now you get an email saying a client has paid but it's not easy to see how much was paid or when it's coming. Also, once a client pays rollkall holds the money too long.

Last update fixed the issue with the app. Still not a fan of the new layout. I dislike the job applied section of the app, it lacks the information to easily find the date of each event. It would be better to have it kept under the Find jobs (instead of removing it after applying) with the "applied" tag on it. If it was done that way, a filter could be easily added for "applied" and "available" jobs to have them show by themselves as well.
