Scam. Do not install. App promise discounts and then doesn't apply them. Followed all steps and only received 0.05 cents off on 2nd attempt to use. 1st attempt no discount applied.

I haven't used it yet but it was fun setting it up and I'm excited to use it. After I use it I'll give it 5 stars instead of 4!

I clipped a coupon, and they never applied it. What is the point of this card. I have used it for months I was finally going to be able to use the points towards something, and they didn't apply it. This is a scam a waste of time

Good app but you have to type in your number at the pump otherwise it doesn't track your points, please find a way to scan the barcode at the pump in connect it when you use your card to pay.

Easy to set up if you know your pen number. I had no problems with this app and it never blows up my phone with notifications definitely try this app it's worth it.

When I try to generate a QR code to pay in it tells me that I made too many purchases today, when I haven't made a purchase for 3 days. Infuriating and they never do anything to fix it I just have to wait until it randomly works

My experience is a bit different. The app worked as intended up until tonight. Tried checking my rewards availability and it constantly force closes Update: guess it was an isolated incident

Introductory offers of 15 to 20 cents off your 1st fuel purchase and 300 points credited to your account ARE NOT APPLIED. 20 ounce free drink offer was not applied at cash register at two different locations in two different cities on two different dates even after activation and used in conjunction with mobile pay. All browser and app updates were installed prior to opening the app and activating the offers on a Google pixel 6 Android phone. Customer service to date has done nothing to correct.

App was getting stuck at logo screen but about 20 minutes later it started working fine. So if you're app gets stuck on the logo screen give it a little time

The app just opens the "app info" page. I've tried uninstall and reinstall and still only launches app info. The app itself never opens.

Had this when it was just Kickback rewards and it never had any issues. Rocket rewards has never worked for me and I've called the number and set up and registered my card 3 times so far and still it says it's unregistered and I can't access and use my almost $20 worth of rewards built up. It's ridiculous.

I can't even get post the sign in screen. It goes to a losing screen and never loads. I can't put my rewards number in to register my card or anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

The app isn't worth having. Employees/management aren't knowledgeable in their craft- but what else is new. They would wear a name tag on their shirt saying "ask me about the app. You ask them about it, and they don't know. Lololol. Almost like a slap in the face. Customer service nationwide is pretty much awful. Don't waste your time with the rewards app because you will have to all of the troubleshooting/research. They don't even ask if you are a rewards member upon checkout. Again,nothing new

Terrible app, no way to redeem your points through the app at the pump and they have to do it as two separate transactions points /money at the window if you want to fill up your car. Waste if time.
