I need help. I forgot my password. It's giving me such a hard time and I go to my email and then come back. And ask me start over and don't let me put in the code that it gave me in the time as it's going on too long. Can you know me? I just want my app. Rocket, reward this fun. Shaddy company, it seems like a scam to get and sell your information. The app has regular problems with sign on and points. I used the app for 6 months and got a reward of 25 cents. Sometimes their phone service works, sometimes it doesn't. When I requested information regarding how the points actually work, it was an issue. They asked me to prove I spent money because the app wasn't sufficient. I sent them the charges on my card at store in question. After giving me the run around a few times.

This "Rewards" program does not work. Using your ALT ID, it goes through for Kickback points, NOT Rocket Rewards. The pumps are only Designed for KickBack points, Not set up for Rocket Rewards. I have repeatedly contacted Rocket Rewards about this and when they have responded, it was to tell me to "Either scan the app or input ALT ID". Hello... Is anybody Listening at Rocket? Inputing the ALT ID goes through for KickBack Points, a DIFFERENT program. It does NOT go through for Rocket Rewards.

I have had this card for over a year and use it every single day. I have used the rewards as cash to make purchases and until now I have been very happy with the service. Please contact to help me rectify this problem.
